BIOSORPTION OF HEAVY METAL CHROMIUM BY LIVE AND DEAD FUNGI ISOLATED FROM LEATHER TANNERY
Hexavalent chromium Cr (VI) is one of the most common environmental metal containment released primarily from industries such as leather tanning, metal plating, alloying, wood preservation and electroplating. Chromium (VI) is known to be highly toxic, mutagenic & carcinogenic to living organisms including mammals. Biosorption is potentially cost effective way to remove toxic heavy metals from industrial waste waters. The present study was planned to evaluate the heavy metals uptake potential of newly isolated white rot fungi from metals contaminated leather tannery sites. Two white rot fungi viz., Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus stolinifer were selected for biosorption of Cr(VI) study. Chromium resistance was tested at different concentration.. Biosorption efficiency was estimated by live and dead fungal mass. Dead immobilized white rot fungi had the effect of biosorbents dose on metal biosorption. The cost effective potential biosorbent can be developed by these two fungal species for removing chromium from industrial effluents as well. Key words: Biosorption, Chromium (VI), Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus stolinifer, Diphenyl carbazid
Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles Using Ginger Extract and Its Antioxidant (In Vitro) And Anticancer( Insilico) Study
Herbal drug delivery is limited by poor solubility and bioavailability which can be overcome with suitable nanomaterials that will enhance their pharmacokinetics and performance. Optimization of this green synthesis would support the production of AgNPs with great therapeutic potentials. The present work is focused on discovering a new technique for green synthesis of metal nanoparticles of ginger water and methanolic extracts. The investigated samples were used to evaluate the antioxidant capacity and antimicrobial activity. The present study reveals that to separate and detect gingerol from ginger rhizome, to synthesis, characterize silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using gingerol, to find out antibacterial activity against P.gingivalis, to screen the antioxidant activities of the AgNPs, to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant activity of AgNp and to find out the binding efficiency of Gingerol against breast cancer target
A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE RETENTION WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE CHETTINAD CEMENT ARIYALUR
The research titled on “A Study on employee retention strategies with special reference chettinad cement ariyalur limited” Ariyalur was conducted. Employee retention is the systematic effort to retain the current employees by providing best policies and to recognize various expectations of the employees. The challenge is not only to attract the talented employees and to retain them. The objective of the study is to analyze the organizational factors influencing the employee retention and to find individual factors leading employees to leave the organization and to examine the necessary conditions to retain the employees. The study has done through descriptive research method and the collection of primary data has done through single cluster sampling method under probability sampling method. The research design followed in this study is descriptive research. Questionnaire is used to collect primary data and conceptual review is used for secondary data collection through books, websites. From the study, the findings show that the respondents are satisfied with compensation benefits & working environment, the employees feel that their work load is high. The company can implement better working environment to the employees; they can provide proper job rotation to motivate them. Provide flexible work schedule to the employees
A STUDY ON PROMOTIONAL POLICY IN E.I.D. PARRY (INDIA) LIMITED SUGAR FACTORY, PETTAVAITHALAI IN TRICHY.
Product innovation served as a growth driver and enabled the company to crack the code of traditional business trends. The sugar division made a strategic shift in marketing sugar from a commodity product to a customer driven, value add variant, thereby increasing its institutional sales and earning higher revenue. The business also leveraged the potential of its co- products and converted its residual potash waste to ‘Kash’, a fertilizer used in agriculture. In the global market, the division expanded its market space with export sales recording a new high
A STUDY ON EMPLOYEES JOB SATISFACTION SAKTHI SUGAR LIMITED COIMBATORE-A STUDY
Job satisfaction is the positiveness or favorableness with which employees view their work. It expresses the amount of agreement between once expectations of the job and rewards that the job provides to him. Job satisfaction is a part of life satisfaction. Since a job is an important part of life, job satisfaction influences once general life satisfaction. The result is that satisfaction arises from a complex set of circumstances in the same way that motivation does job satisfaction is dynamic one. These has great relevance to the society and the management, when a worker is fully satisfied the mental pressure becomes less and he will be contributing to the organization and the nation. It also leads to a pleasant relationship with the family members. KEY WORD:Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Management, Rewards, Organisation EMPLOYEES JOB SATISFACTIO
CONTEXT-BASED SPECTRUM SHARING IN 5G WIRELESS NETWORKS
Dynamic range sharing can give numerous advantages to remote organizations administrators. Nonetheless, its effectiveness requires complex control components. The more setting data is utilized by it, the better of organizations is normal. An office for gathering this data, handling it, and controlling base stations oversaw by different organization administrators is a supposed Radio Environment Map (REM) subsystem. REM-based plans for the designation of base stations power levels in 4G/5G organizations, while considering impedance produced to an authorized organization. It is expected that the two organizations have various profiles of served clients, e.g., territory of their positions and development, which opens open doors for range sharing. The proposed plans have been assessed by methods for broad framework level reproductions and contrasted and two generally embraced strategy based range sharing reference plans. Reenactment results show that dynamic plans using rich setting data beats static, arrangement based range sharing plans
COLOR CRYPTOGRAPHY USING SUBSTITUTION METHOD
The dangers to data security are expanding at quickly. The best and general way to deal with counter such dangers is encryption. In Traditional encryption procedures replacement and rendering is utilized. In Substitution procedures plaintext is planned into figure text. In all conventional replacement methods plaintext characters, numbers and extraordinary images are subbed with another characters, numbers and uncommon images. In this new strategy an imaginative cryptographic replacement is proposed to produce a more grounded figure than the current replacement calculations. This technique centre around the replacement of characters, numbers and extraordinary images with shading blocks. This calculation of replacement depends on Play Color Cipher. This is an even framework which is executed by encryption of text by changing over it into colors. Each character of the plaintext is scrambled into a square of shading. Each character will be subbed by an alternate shading block. A tale strong content encryption strategy by utilizing Armstrong number, shading code, prime number and ASCII codes by utilizing replacement and stage procedure. In this encryption procedure 512-cycle size key is utilized for encryption. In replacement strategy message is changes into ASCII codes .In the proposed procedure irregular Armstrong number, prime number, shading code are created and key is scrambled by base-64 encoding for greater security. In the change cycle increase, expansion is performed on the information for encryption. The proposed approach deals with the symmetric encryption. The proposed method is then contrasted and the standard IDEA calculation. Result shows that the proposed method is hearty, quick and secur
DYNAMIC TEXT BLOCKING IN SOCIAL NETWORKS FOR USER EXPERIENCE
Online social systems have become an important part of everyday life. While initial examples were used to share personal content with friends more and more online social systems are also used to do business unfortunately, privacy concerns raised in the recommendation process impede the expansion of OSN users’ friend circle. Some OSN users refuse to disclose their identities and their friends’ information to the public domain. Indeed, today OSNs provide very little support to prevent unwanted messages on user walls. In order to avoid this problem in the proposed system implemented the dynamic blocking algorithm, it’s automatically block the unwanted text post message and in the classification methods using the supervised methods are implement the decision tree, Using the decision tree, its creates the more number of category, under this category its stored more data
