HUBUNGAN ASUPAN PANGAN PROTEIN BALITA DENGAN STUNTING DI DESA LOKASI FOKUS (LOKUS) STUNTING KABUPATEN BUNGO PROVINSI JAMBI TAHUN 2022
Objective:Thie research aimed to analyze the correlation of animal and vegetable protein’s intake and the irevalence of stunting in the stunting locus village, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. Method: This study used cross sectional design on 88 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional simple random sampling. The instruments in this study were microtoise and food recall form. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square test). Results: The results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between animal and vegetable protein intake and the incidence of stunting, because it was based on the results of the Chi Square Test animal protein (p-value 1.000) and vegetable protein (p-value 0.631). This means that intake of animal and vegetable protein is not affect the incidence of stunting. Conclusion: there is no significant relationship between intake of animal and vegetable protein and the incidence of stunting because it’s influenced by several factors, such as internal factors (age, physical condition and disease infection) and external factors (income, education, employment, culture, food intake)
HUBUNGAN BODY IMAGE DAN INTENSITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DENGAN KEBIASAAN MAKAN PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMAN 1 KOTA SERANG
Background: Nutritional problems in adolescent are caused by changes in eating habits. Several factors that influence changes in eating habits are body image and exposure to social media. Objective: This research wants to find out the relationship between body image and the intensity of social media use with the eating habits of young women at SMAN 1 Serang City. Methods: The research design used was a cross-sectional study with a sample size of 145 respondents and selected using a stratified random sampling technique.. Variables collected include eating habits, body image, and intensity of social media use. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test and Fisher's exact test. Results: There was an association between body image (p=0,001) and eating habits, and there were no association between frequency (p=0,288), duration (p=0,469), and intensity (p=0,715) of social media use and eating habits. Conclusion: There was an association between body image and eating habits and no association between frequency, duration, and intensity of social media use and eating habits of female adolescent
PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN BUAH BIT (Beta vulgaris L.) DAN BUBUK SARI KACANG MERAH (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) PADA PEMBUATAN BOBA
Introduction: Boba is a drink topping. The target market is teenagers. Teenagers are one of the groups prone to anemia. Anemia is prevented by eating foods containing iron, for example beets and red beans. This research aims to analyze the quality, acceptability and nutritional characteristics. Method: Experimental study design with a 2-factor, Completely Randomized Design with 3 treatment levels. The study was conducted with 40 untrained panelists. Statistical data analysis Friedman test and Wilcoxon test. Result: Sensory, hedonic and ash content analysis results indicated that the F3 treatment was superior. Water content test results received more F1 treatment. The results of the iron test showed that the F2 treatment was better. Conclusion: There are significant differences based on sensory analysis research results. The highest moisture content test results were obtained in F1, the highest ash content test in F3 and the highest iron content test in F2
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERDASARKAN TEORI HENDERSON PADA KLIEN DENGAN ARTHROPLASTY LUTUT TOTAL: CASE SERIES
Patients post Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) will experience pain, mobility impairment, significant blood loss leading to anemia, and disruption of postoperative recovery.
Method: This is a case report conducted on 13 patients with stage III and IV knee osteoarthritis and postoperative TKA. A knee prosthesis was used on the left knee. Nursing care was provided based on Henderson's 14 basic needs.
Objective: The objective of this case report is to provide evidence-based elevation positioning using orthopedic cushions.
The research results showed that all respondents experienced a decrease in drain production on the first day post-surgery, ranging from 100cc to 480cc (<500ml). About 84.6% of respondents had a postoperative Hb level of 10.4 g/dl. Range of motion (ROM) increased from 30 degrees to 90 degrees on the third day post-surgery.
Conclusion: Postoperative elevation and flexion of the knee in TKA are effective in reducing blood loss and improving functional abilities, initiating rehabilitation, and early walking ability
HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI DENGAN PENYAKIT TINEA PEDIS PADA PETANI SAYUR DAN BUAH DI DESA LAMPAH
Introduction : Tinea pedis is a fungal infection of the feet, especially between the toes and soles. 65% of vegetable and fruit farmers in Lampah Village suffer from tinea pedis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and tinea pedis among vegetable and fruit farmers in Lampah Village. Method : The method used in this study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were vegetable and fruit farmers in Lampah Village, with a sample of 45 vegetable and fruit farmers taken through probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets and is analyzed using the contingency coefficient test. Result: The results of this study showed that almost all vegetable and fruit farmers in Lampah Village did not use personal protective equipment (86.7%), and most of the vegetable and fruit farmers in Lampah Village tested positive for tinea pedis (57.8%). Based on the results of the contingency coefficient test, it shows a significant value of 0.002<0.05, which shows a significant correlation. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and tinea pedis among vegetable and fruit farmers in Lampah Village. It is expected that more attention will be paid to personal hygiene, or the personal hygiene of farmers, and how to use and maintain personal protective equipment to prevent tinea pedis
ANALISIS SISTEM PENYELENGGARAAAN MAKANAN DI INSTALASI GIZI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) KOTA TANGERANG
Hospital food preparation management is a series of activities that begin with menu preparation, food requirements planning, budget planning, food procurement, receiving and storage, food preparation, distribution, storage, reporting, and evaluation. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to know the description of the implementation of nutrition activities which include planning, procurement, reception, storage, processing, and distribution of food to patients in the nutrition department of Regional Hospitals (RSUD). Tangerang. Hospital nutrition services (PGRS) including patient nutrition services are a series of activities to fulfill the nutritional needs of patients through disease-appropriate food. The implementation of hospital nutrition services was adapted from the 2013 Hospital Nutrition Service Guidelines (PGRS) for patient nutrition in hospitals. The type of research used by program managers in organizing food service at Tangerang City Hospital is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were recruited from the nutrition division of patients at Tangerang City General Hospital. This study used questionnaires and observations to collect data. 52.9% of respondents thought that the tasks and work skills were appropriate, around 52.9% of respondents felt comfortable at work and about 41.2% of respondents thought it was good if the warehouse provided an opportunity for employees to rest. Part of the planning process, where there are several assumptions according to the guidelines for Hospital Nutrition Services (PGRS), where there are availability menus, instruction menus, item menus, food ingredients to be processed, food processing equipment, and quality control. rules and standards of use
HUBUNGAN PAPARAN INFORMASI DAN PENGETAHUAN DENGAN KEBIASAAN MEMBACA LABEL INFORMASI GIZI PADA SISWA DI SMAN 14 SURABAYA
Introduction : Nutritional information labels are label that contained the nutritional information on food packaging.This study aims to analyze the relationship between information exposure and knowledge of the habit of reading nutritional information labels in SMA Negeri 14 Surabaya. students Method: It was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 636 students in grades 10 and 11. The sample was 116 students obtained by stratified proportioned sampling method. Result: The results showed that 75% of respondents didn’t read nutrition labels. The results of the analysis Chi-square showed there was a relationship between information exposure and the habit of reading nutritional information labels (p=0.005). Meanwhile, there was no relationship between knowledge and the habit of reading nutrition information labels (p=0.503). PENGARUH MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI GIZI SEIMBANG TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP GIZI SEIMBANG SISWA KELAS IV SD HANG TUAH 10 JUANDA
Introduction : Wrong eating habit in elementary school students make nutritional problems. Balanced nutrition education needed by learning media can attract elementary school students’s attention. This investigation seeks to determine the effect of delivering information on balanced nutrition through the use of animated videos on the knowledge and attitudes of fourth-grade students at SD Hang Tuah 10 Juanda, Sidoarjo Regency. Method : Quantitative Research with QuasyExperimental trough Pre Test Post Test Control Group. The sample wasfourth grade pupils at SDHang Tuah 10 Juanda with 96 students. Results:The paired sample T-test revealed that the mean scores for knowledgeand attitude differ before and after the animation video interventionwith sig value (0,00) < 0,05. Independent T-Test shows sig value (0,00) <0,05. Conclusion : Animation in video content influences the knowledgeand attitudes of fourth-grade pupils at SD Hang Tuah 10 Juanda
PENGARUH EDUKASI PENCEGAHAN ANEMIA MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA POWERPOINT DAN LEAFLET TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP SAAT MENSTRUASI PADA SISWI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KESEHATAN
Anaemia was still a global public health problem with the highest targets being young women and women of childbearing age. Based on data from the Global Nutrition Report, around 33% of female adolescent are detected with anaemia. Lack of knowledge related to anemia is one of the causes of anemia in adolescent. This research was conducted to see effect education on increasing knowledge and attitudes the female student of Puspita Medika Depok towards preventing anemia during menstruation. The research used in this study pre experimental with one group pre post design approach. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The number of samples in this study were 46 students. The result in this study were that were was increase in students knowledge after being given an intervention, but not in a change in attitude. There was an effect of increasing knowledge before and after the educational intervention was given, but the was no significant change in student’s attitudes when the intervention was given. However, the average attitude value was good, because it is in the middle of the two extreme point
ANALISIS PAPARAN MEDIA INFORMASI DAN UANG SAKU DENGAN KONSUMSI BUAH DAN SAYUR DI SMA NEGERI 19 SURABAYA
Introduction: Low intake of fruits and vegetables among adolescents is a common problem related to adolescent consumption behaviour that can increase the risk of degenerative diseases and health problems. The study aimed to determine media exposure and pocket money with fruit and vegetable consumption at SMA Negeri 19 Surabaya. Method: The research used an quantitative observational cross-sectional with asample was 100 students selected proportionally using stratified random sampling. Result: 69% of students had adequate fruit and vegetable consumption. 32.2% of students never consume vegetables,and 36.1% of students consume fruit 1x/week. This research showed there were significant relationships between media exposure and fruit and vegetable consumption (p=0.008), however not by pocket money(p=0,289). Conclusion: School has an important role in awareness and practice of fruit and vegetable consumption among adolescents. Use of attractive information media can be used to increase consumption, so that adolescents' dietary fiber needs are met
