What Drives the User’s Continuous Usage Intention of OTT Video Platforms? Identifying the Role of Cognitive Absorption and Perceived Usefulness With the Impact of OTT Content on it
Purpose: This study aims to understand the user’s holistic experiences and beliefs about using OTT video platforms. The study adopts the concept of Cognitive Absorption with the impact of OTT content on it to test the user’s perceived usefulness and continuous usage intention of OTT platforms.
Theoretical Framework: The study utilizes cognitive absorption theory along with all its five dimensions in a two-stage hybrid model and tests its overall validity and reliability using partial least square-structural equation modeling.
Design/ Method/ Approach: The study employs a primary data collection methodology in which a survey has been carried out on the respondents who are already active users of OTT platforms. Data has been collected through questionnaires from the young IT professionals working at Noida (NCR).
Findings: The results of the study confirmed that the user’s continuous usage intention of OTT platforms is strongly influenced by cognitive absorption and perceived usefulness with the impact of content on it.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The study sample was represented in (190) views in the two companies (Northern Cement Associate and Southern Cement State Company), as the answers obtained from the aforementioned sample were analyzed through the statistical analysis package (SPSS).
Findings: One of the most prominent results of the research is the presence of a state of convergence between the two companies regarding the variables in general, which is due to a basic element that the two companies follow the same reference represented by the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and therefore the performance adoptions in its general framework are almost similar, including instructions, general directions and strategies that are adopted by the supervisory institution It is the responsibility of the operating departments to adopt them and work under the general policies of the ministry.
Research, Practical & Social Implications: One of the most important recommendations of the research is that the Ministry of Industry and Minerals adopts a policy that obliges its affiliated companies to provide clean products that contribute to reducing environmental pollution and enhance their competitive performance, as well as adopting control systems that follow the process of applying green manufacturing strategies from before these companies.

Investigating the Reality of Using Quantitative Methods in Improving Decisions in a Sample of Public Industrial Sector Companies
Purpose: The research aims to verify whether or not the production and marketing managers in Iraqi public companies (research sample) use the contemporary quantitative methods (operations research). The present research draws the attention on these managers to explain their importance and impact in choosing the best decision alternatives that respond to environmental complexities (economic, social, technical, and even political) that took place after the events of 2003.
Theoretical Framework: The use of quantitative methods is seen as a criterion for the validity of decisions to be taken before implementation, which requires managers to think seriously about the importance and impact of these methods in reaching sound decisions, which raise economic efficiency and productivity, and improve the financial position of the company in its markets and among its competitors.
Design/Methodology: The research community consists of (3) general industrial companies, as a sample chosen by the researcher to represent the Iraqi industry. And because the research problem is one of the existing and chronic problems in the Iraqi industry, therefore, the time series of the research included length of the economic life of the three companies.
Findings: The results of the research showed that the industrial companies (the research sample) did not use quantitative methods in the past and in the present in decision-making processes, whether productive, marketing or other decisions, the researcher did not find any interest in the economic nature of the decisions taken. Therefore, we recommend attracting analysts and specialists in economics and management sciences to be a nucleus for the establishment of a central supporting unit that uses quantitative methods in the field of decision-making.
Research, Practical & Social Implications: The research dealt with the issue of using quantitative methods in a sample of public industrial sector companies, and clarified its important role in making more objective decisions of an economic nature that works to reduce the randomness of dealing with local markets, the cases of uncertainty, and the economic and social benefits that can be provided to the companies themselves. And for members of society and those who deal with it.
Originality/ Value: The originality of the research is embodied in the investigation of whether quantitative methods are used or not by organizing survey lists that were distributed to production and marketing managers in industrial companies (the research sample) to answer them, which is a precedent that has not occurred before in the Iraqi industry
Prospects for Implementation of Green Campus in Education And Research Pillars at Edupark Fkip Unsri Become Edutourism
Purpose: This study aimed to look into opportunities for implementing green campuse on education and research pillars at edupark to become Edutourism in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Science, Sriwijaya University (FKIP Unsri).
Theoretical framework: Educational tourism knowns as Edutourism provides combination between travel and educational material which focuses on learning through experience. It is a general term used by schools and other educational institutions, like colleges and universities to involve students and communities for learning based on nonformal situation in Edupark around them. Edutourism programs have shown to help students and communities learn better and get along better with others.
Methodology: This study implemented a descriptive design and content analysis to develop SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis. This study involved 44 FKIP Unsri lecturers as participants by using a questionnaire for data collection.
Findings: Based on the SWOT analysis, it was determined how critical it is to have a sufficient number of education centers in the Edupark area, as well as a sufficient number of study programs preparing educators and a sufficient number of education centers in the Edupark area to meet the needs of the visitors.
Research, Practical & Social implications: Future studies should focus on management and development of Edupark for each faculty in Sriwijaya University. It is important to create teaching-learning situation by loving nature and building good interaction among lecturers, students and communities.
Originality and Value: A green campus is a part of becoming a sustainable higher education institution. As part of a green campus, the Edupark of the FKIP Unsri provides a space for activities based on the pillars of education and research. It also aims to explore the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for daily operations of organizations to fulfill their social responsibilities to society.
Theoretical Framework: The study made assumptions based on in-depth review to investigate variables in Iraqi context. One of the comprehensive measurement criteria provided by Liao (2019) covers the three dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency.
Design/methodology/approach: The statistical population contains all listed companies on the Iraqi Stock Exchange between 2015 and 2021. The hypotheses were tested employing a multivariate regression model. The hypotheses of the study were tested using a sample of 168 observations from listed Iraqi banks from 2015 to 2021 and a multiple regression model based on the panel data technique of the random effects model.
Findings: The results showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between social responsibility and bank performance. Also, information technology governance (ITG) moderates this effect. Additional methods (t+1, fixed effects, ordinary least squares) were employed to test the validity of the research models.
Research, Practical & Social Implication: As this is the first study to investigate this issue in emerging markets, it provides users, analysts, and legal bodies with valuable information regarding CSR, which substantially impacts banks' performance.
Originality/value: The finding suggests several consequences of IT governances and its effects on corporate social responsibility which contributing to the development of knowledge
