This study provides a bibliometric mapping of international research on the relationship between urban public transport and access to employment, analyzing 25 years of scientific publications (2000–2024) indexed in Scopus.
The analysis reveals an exponential growth of research since 2012, peaking in 2024, which reflects the increasing relevance of this issue. Three thematic axes structure the field: urban planning and infrastructure, the social and health impacts of mobility, and the specific challenges faced by developing countries.
The findings highlight the dominance of Anglo-Saxon and Chinese scholarship, with buses identified as the most studied mode of transport and physical disability as the most examined vulnerable group. However, research remains fragmented across disciplines and geographical regions. This study emphasizes the need for integrated interdisciplinary approaches and broader scientific collaboration to design truly inclusive mobility policies tailored to specific territorial contexts.

Collaboration and performance in the supply chain: An analytical study: Collaboration and performance in the supply chain: An analytical study
Currently, companies are being called upon to strengthen collaboration within their supply chains to fully leverage the resources and expertise of their suppliers and customers, particularly in the face of an increasingly variable and uncertain environment. This theoretical article aims to highlight the importance of this collaboration and explore its impact on the logistical performance of the entire supply chain.Currently, companies are being called upon to strengthen collaboration within their supply chains to fully leverage the resources and expertise of their suppliers and customers, particularly in the face of an increasingly variable and uncertain environment. Anxiety and Depressive Disorders in Hemodialysis Patients: A qualitative and quantitative study conducted at CHP Hospital in Kenitra
Kidney failure is recognised as a complex condition with significant physical and psychological repercussions for individuals due to various factors. This study highlights this complexity by examining different treatment methods. Dialysis, for example, is one of the most important techniques used to filter the blood of individuals with Kidney failure.
This study employed a mixed descriptive analysis, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Conducted at the IDRISSI Provincial Hospital's Haemodialysis Centre in Kenitra, the research took place on site for one month from 1 March to 1 April 2024. The objective was to determine the prevalence of anxiety and depression among patients undergoing chronic haemodialysis. We assessed these symptoms in 31 patients undergoing chronic haemodialysis using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Most participants were elderly (64%), female (64.3%), and unemployed (96.4%). High levels of anxiety (75%) and depression (71.43%) were identified among participants, with a combined prevalence of anxiety and depressive disorders of 57.14%.
Our results reveal that chronic kidney failure poses a significant challenge to patients' daily lives. While most do not have serious medical issues, some suffer from hypertension (21.4%) and diabetes (10.7%).
Following this study, we made several recommendations to address the issues identified and to improve the quality of life for patients with chronic kidney failure
Multidrug-Resistant Bacteria: Prevalence and Resistance Profiles in Intensive Care Units
Nosocomial respiratory infections, particularly common in intensive care units, represent a major challenge due to the proliferation of multidrug-resistant bacteria (MDR). This study aims to assess the prevalence of MDR bacteria and their antibiotic resistance profiles, isolated from protected bronchial aspirate (PBA) samples from hospitalized patients in intensive care units. Conducted over a one-year period at a laboratory in Casablanca, the study included 100 samples, with 41% showing pathogenic bacteria. Among the identified bacteria, Klebsiella pneumoniae (34%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (12%), and Acinetobacter baumannii (8%) were the most prevalent.
Of these cases, 24% were nosocomial infections caused by MDR bacteria. Antibiogram results revealed high resistance to carbapenems, particularly due to carbapenemase production, posing a significant therapeutic challenge. However, K. pneumoniae and P. aeruginosa strains demonstrated sensitivity to colistin and tigecycline, offering alternative treatment options.
This study highlights the urgency of improving antimicrobial stewardship in hospitals, especially in intensive care units, and strengthening measures to prevent the spread of MDR bacteria
Artificial intelligence issues in libraries in the Democratic Republic of Congo: inclusion or exclusion challenges

This article explores the issue of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into libraries in the Democratic Republic of Congo. While AI is generally presented as a vector for modernizing information services, its transposition into the Congolese context raises fundamental questions. Based on a mixed study (quantitative and qualitative) conducted with a sample of 368 stakeholders (professionals, users, experts), the results reveal a paradox: a strong awareness of the potential of AI coexists with a keen lucidity about the immense obstacles to its adoption. These are identified as primarily structural (glaring deficit in internet and electrical infrastructure) and human (lack of training, fears about employment), well before being financial or purely technological. The article concludes that for the DRC, the absolute priority is not the adoption of sophisticated AI tools, but the consolidation of the basic digital foundation and the strengthening of informational skills. He advocates for a pragmatic and contextualized approach, where AI is not an end in itself, but a distant horizon conditioned by the resolution of persistent socio-economic constraints.

RETRACTED: Eco-Friendly Synthesis of Nickel Oxide Nanoparticles Using Microtrichia perotitii DC Plant Extract: Structural Characterization and Antibacterial Activity
The growing demand for sustainable nanomaterials has intensified interest in green synthesis routes that utilize plant-derived biomolecules as reducing and stabilizing agents. In this study, nickel oxide nanoparticles (NiO NPs) were synthesized for the first time using Microtrichia perotitii DC leaf extract, a medicinal plant known for its rich phytochemical profile and traditional therapeutic applications. Nickel (II) chloride hexahydrate (NiCl₂·6H₂O) served as the precursor, while the phytochemicals present in the extract flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, phenolics, and saponins facilitated nanoparticle formation and stabilization. The NiO NPs were characterized using UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and Thermogravimetry/Differential Thermal Analysis (TG/DTA). XRD confirmed crystalline nanoparticles with an average crystallite size of 24 nm, while FTIR revealed a strong Ni–O stretching vibration at 651 cm⁻¹. SEM analysis showed irregular, agglomerated structures, and TG/DTA confirmed good thermal stability with major decomposition attributed to phytochemical residues. Antibacterial assays demonstrated that the biosynthesized NiO NPs exhibited strong inhibitory effects, particularly against Bacillus subtilis and S. aureus (18.8±0.6 and 19.6±0.40 mm zone of inhibition) Although this activity was slightly lower than that of ciprofloxacin (5 µg/disc, 22.4 ± 0.50 mm and 23.1 ± 0.43 respectively), it indicates strong antibacterial potential for the biosynthesized NiO NPs. Gram-negative strains exhibited lower sensitivity, likely due to their outer membrane barrier. This first report of M. perotitii-mediated NiO NP synthesis highlights the plant’s untapped potential for eco-friendly nanomaterial production and underscores the applicability of these nanoparticles in biomedical and environmental fields.
