    The Influence of Tourism Experience and Online Reviews on Revisit Intention (A Study on the Tourism Business of Green Canyon Pangandaran)

    Tourism destination marketing strategies not only focus on creating experiences for tourists, but also need to pay attention to public perception on digital platforms through online reviews. This study aims to determine the effect of tourism experience and online reviews on revisit intention at the Green Canyon tourism business in Pangandaran Regency, West Java. This study uses quantitative methodology and uses a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from 150 respondents. The target population of this study consists of tourists who have visited Green Canyon Pangandaran at least once in the last three years (2023-2025) and have seen or given online reviews related to Green Canyon Pangandaran tourism on Google Maps, Social Media, and other platforms. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that tourism experience and online reviews simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the intention to revisit the Green Canyon Pangandaran tourism business. This research enriches the tourism behavior literature and provides insights for tourism managers to develop marketing strategies that focus on improving the quality of tourism experiences and managing online reviews to strengthen tourists' revisit intentions

    Employees’ Job Satisfaction, Cooperative Schemes’ Benefits and Management of Agri-Environmental Institutions in South-West Nigeria

    This study investigates the relationship between employees' job satisfaction, cooperative schemes' benefits, and management practices in Southwest Nigeria. Through a mixed-methods approach, data was collected from 339 employees in various cooperatives of four selected agri-environmental institutions in the region. Results indicate that employees commonly access benefits such as loans and savings culture enhancement through cooperative schemes. Moreover, positive perceptions were found regarding cooperative schemes' management, with respondents expressing satisfaction with financial care and member involvement in decision-making. However, while overall job satisfaction levels were moderate, certain areas, such as job pride and recognition, received neutral responses. Correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between cooperative schemes' management and job satisfaction (r = 0.307, p0.01). Based on these findings, it is recommended that organizations prioritize enhancing management practices, tailor benefits to employee needs, offer clear career development pathways and promote a positive work environment to improve job satisfaction and organizational success within cooperative schemes

    The aim of this research is: To determine the influence of work climate, work environment and work motivation simultaneously and partially on work morale at the Gianyar Regency Environmental Service. Sampling was carried out using the census method or saturated sample, namely 48 contract employees. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, the nature of the data is quantitative data and qualitative data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The research results show that work climate, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the work morale of contract employees at the Gianyar Regency Environmental Service

This collaboration aims to show the millennial generation the harmony between traditional music and modern music and bridge generations in understanding the cultural values of gamelan.     Communication style is sometimes more important than the content of the communication. In the context of a country, a president needs to develop a communication style that suits his personality character in order to contribute to the effectiveness of his government. This study aims to describe the communication styles of three presidential candidates—Anies Baswedan, Ganjar Pranowo, and Prabowo Subianto, and to relate them to the tendencies of each individual's personality type. The method used is analyzing documents of news (from Detik.com, Kompas.com and Republika.go.id) with news samples in December 2023-January 2024 highlighting news items that contain the meaning of communication style. The results show that Anies Baswedan's communication style tends to be Argumentative and Precise, Ganjar Pranowo tends to be Open and Impression leaving, while Prabowo Subianto's communication style tends to be Dominant. Based on the tendency of this communication style, Anies Baswedan's personality tends to reflect the Sanguine type, Ganjar Pranowo tends to be Phlegmatic, while Prabowo Subianto tends to be the Choleric type.

    This study aims to understand the role of intercultural communication among students in the digital era in creating effective communication adaptation in multicultural classrooms. Lack of understanding of students towards intercultural communication is often the cause of ineffective communication, even potentially triggering failure in building harmonious interactions. Students today are part of Generation Z, who were born and grew up in an era of very rapid technological development. Therefore, social media should be used as a source of knowledge that supports students in solving various problems while increasing their ability to adapt to new environments. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the understanding of intercultural communication obtained by students both through the socialization process in class and through the help of social media plays an important role in accelerating them to overcome communication barriers that arise. The process of adaptation to a new culture also takes place faster thanks to the ease of access to information provided by technological developments in the digital era. This study is expected to encourage the development of a curriculum that is more responsive to cultural diversity in multicultural classrooms, as well as integrating technology-based intercultural communication teaching.

    Strategic marketing analysis for enhancing competitiveness and customer satisfaction: a case study of Indihome TV in Pasuruan City

    This study aims to develop effective marketing strategies for Indihome TV to enhance its competitiveness and customer satisfaction in Pasuruan City. Utilizing a comprehensive approach, the research integrates tools such as the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, SWOT analysis, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Eleven alternative strategies were identified, of which five were prioritized: conducting targeted marketing campaigns emphasizing ease of access to entertainment, increasing the frequency of discounts, offering economical subscription packages, providing flexible channel selection options, and rewarding loyal customers.The results highlight the significance of addressing customer concerns, particularly pricing and convenience, to improve brand recognition and attract a wider audience. Key strategies such as promoting tailored packages and enhancing customer loyalty through discounts and bonuses are designed to align Indihome TV’s offerings with customer needs. The Pareto Chart analysis confirmed that these top five strategies account for over 50% of the company’s potential improvement in marketing outcomes.These findings provide a strategic roadmap for Indihome TV to strengthen its market position, improve customer retention, and achieve sustainable growth. This research emphasizes the importance of aligning marketing strategies with internal strengths and external opportunities to address competitive pressures effectively

    Analysis of waste in the flow process warehouse using the lean warehousing method at ABC Company

    ABC Company is a manufacturing company that produces animal feed using raw materials stored in a warehouse. One type of raw material that is widely used for animal feed production needs is the premix type of raw material in warehouse 1. The large number of raw material needs makes warehouse activities increase. The large number of activities causes the warehouse to often experience wasteful activities with a lead time exceeding the company's standard of 420 minutes. This waste can reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of the warehousing flow process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine what waste occurs in the warehouse using the lean warehousing method and to provide suggestions for improvements with Plan, Do, Check, Action and Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. Analysis carried out using the lean warehousing method is important for the category of activities that add value, the category of activities that are needed, the category of activities that are not needed, and the time of warehousing flow can be known through value stream mapping both before and after improvement. From the analysis conducted, it was found that there were 52 warehouse flow activities with an activity time of 556 minutes, which after being given a proposal for improvement in the warehouse flow process activities decreased to 39 activities with a lead time of 304 minutes

    The work environment in a company is a working condition to provide a comfortable working atmosphere and situation for employees in achieving the goals desired by a company. PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that focuses on the production of socks. Based on interviews with workers in the production area, workers complained about problems related to the physical work environment. Therefore, researchers conducted sampling on the lighting factor and noise factor, and there were several work areas that did not meet the predetermined standards and criteria. So, this research aims to design a Physical Work Environment Maintenance SOP that has been adjusted to ISO 14001:2015 Clause 9.1.1 concerning Environmental Management Systems and Permenaker No. 5 of 2018. This SOP design uses the Business Process Management (BPM) method. This research produces a Physical Work Environment Maintenance SOP, which includes physical work environment maintenance procedures and supporting documents consisting of physical work environment maintenance plan forms, checklist forms, list budgeting forms, findings and corrective action forms, and final reports. The results of the SOP design in this design are expected to assist in providing structured and detailed guidance covering the identification of nonconformities, the repair process, and the evaluation of corrective actions
