PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, CITRA MEREK, DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN PADA KOSMETIK SARIAYU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada kosmetik Sariayu Cileungsi Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah berbelanja kosmetik Sariayu yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen yang sudah menggunakan produk kosmetik Sariayu sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS v.26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan juga berpengaruh positif yang signifikan antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Aquaponics In Improving The Economy And Food Security Of Urban Communities In South Meruya
The application of aquaponics in South Meruya has dual benefits, both in terms of improving the community's economy and food security, which ultimately improves the welfare and quality of life of urban communities. Aquaponics is an integrated system between fish farming and hydroponic farming that utilizes fish waste as nutrients for plants and filters the water that is reused for fish. The application of freshwater fish aquaponics in South Meruya is an innovative solution to address economic challenges and food security for urban communities. Aquaponics assists communities in generating fresh revenue by producing fish and vegetables for local markets. The relatively low operational costs and limited space make aquaponics ideal for implementation in urban areas with limited land, such as in South Meruya. Aquaponics allows communities to produce food independently and sustainably. Community food security increases due to easier access to sources of protein and fresh vegetables
Digital Marketing Communication to Improve Marketing of Candle Products from Waste Management in an Effort to Empower Communities in Kembangan, West Jakarta
The issue of used cooking oil waste is currently not as much of a concern as the issue of plastic waste because many people take it for granted. Based on discussions with the Head of RT.15 RW.06 North Kembangan Village, West Jakarta, and also field observations, 220 families in the area have difficulty managing waste from used cooking oil. To overcome this, various efforts were made so that the community had an understanding of the impact of using or disposing of used cooking oil. In addition, the waste of used cooking oil generated has the potential to increase economic empowerment and improve skills in utilizing the waste into candles. The purpose of this activity is to market the candle products produced through digital marketing communication with several stages of the method by conducting socialization and training for the community about the dangers of used cooking oil waste and ways to recycle and manage used cooking oil waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Then apply the technology of filtering used cooking oil so that the community does not wait for the oil to settle too long and create an account on e-commerce as a marketing tool for products made from used cooking oil. The results of this activity show that participants can understand the material provided, and it is hoped that participants can implement waste management from used cooking oil
PENGARUH GREEN LABEL, GREEN PRODUCT QUALITY, BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TUPPERWARE DI JABODETABEK
Di era modern, meningkatnya kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dan isu keberlanjutan telah mendorong konsumen untuk lebih selektif dalam memilih produk yang ramah lingkungan. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang muncul dari kesadaran ini adalah green marketing, yaitu pendekatan pemasaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan tanggung jawab terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Strategi ini muncul seiring dengan meningkatnya kasus pemanasan global dan kerusakan lingkungan yang mendorong konsumen untuk lebih sadar dalam pola konsumsi sehari-hari. Hal ini kemudian memunculkan perilaku green consumer behaviour, yaitu sikap konsumen dalam memilih produk yang aman bagi tubuh dan ramah lingkungan (Imaningsih et al., 2020). Di sisi lain, masyarakat dan komunitas pemerhati lingkungan kini juga mulai mengamati praktik pemasaran yang dijalankan pelaku usaha (Dewi et al., 2018), termasuk penggunaan green label sebagai penanda produk yang bertanggung jawab secara ekologis. Mengacu pada data Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional (SIPSN) Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, total timbulan sampah di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 mencapai 19,45 juta ton, dengan sampah plastik menempati urutan kedua terbanyak sebesar 18,55%. Kondisi ini menjadi pengingat pentingnya peran green marketing dalam mendorong konsumen beralih ke produk berkelanjutan
ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA TBK TAHUN 2020 - 2024 MENGGUNAKAN RASIO LIKUIDITAS, RASIO PROFITABILITAS, DAN RASIO SOLVABILITAS
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk based on liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and solvency ratios. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, with assessment indicators Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin, Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The analysis results show that CR tends to fluctuate and remains below the ideal limit, indicating the need for improvement in current asset management. ROA and ROE also fluctuate downward and have not reached the ideal limit, indicating that the company needs to optimize the use of its assets and equity to generate profit. GPM showed relatively good results as it approached or exceeded the ideal benchmark, suggesting the need for better control over operational expenses. DAR and DER showed fluctuating decreases that reflect the company's efforts to improve the capital structure. Therefore, the company should remain consistent in strengthening its capital structure to reduce its reliance on debt. (Financial Performance, Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Solvency Ratio
Perancangan Mechanical Seal untuk Pompa 5M Washington Menggunakan Aistem API Plan 62 dan Standar API 682
This research is related to changes in the seal system on the Washington 5M pump from gland packing to mechanical seals to eliminate losses that occur, the purpose of this research is to determine the type of material, components and mechanical seal design. The type of mechanical seal material is in accordance with the characteristics or specifications of the 5M Washington pump, based on the results of research conducted, good materials use process parts, face contact uses TC vs SSiC material, secondary seal uses o'ring with viton material, hardware uses C276 alloy material, while on the barrier, face contact uses Carbon vs SSiC material, secondary seal uses o'ring with Viton material, hardware uses SS. 316 and C276 alloy for spring and good mechanical seal design using a double pushes seal type with a balance type process section design and an unbalance type barrier section with performance calculations on the balance ratio process section of 0.73 and a temperature increase of 4.690K, the results of performance calculations on the barrier ratio section the balance is 1.32 and the temperature rise is 1.670K, the design results are said to be good with the temperature increase not exceeding the allowable temperature rise limit of 5.60
PEMANFAATAN WEBSITE BANK SAMPAH SEBAGAI SARANA EDUKASI LINGKUNGAN DI KELURAHAN DURI KEPA
Kelurahan Duri Kepa sebagai salah satu Kelurahan di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat berencana untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam hal ketertiban lingkungan seperti pengolahan sampah melalui bank sampah yang sudah disediakan oleh pihak kelurahan. Akan tetapi, permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah manajemen administrasi pengelolaan bank sampah masih dilakukan secara manual dan beresiko terjadi kesalahan pencatatan data dan laporan manajemen bank sampah di Kelurahan Duri Kepa menjadi tidak akurat. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan website bank sampah untuk meningkatkan proses administrasi tata kelola bank sampah secara digital. Adapun bentuk edukasi tersebut dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari Program Studi Sistem Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diwakilkan oleh tim PKK, PPSU, Staf Kelurahan, Karang Taruna dan perwakilan masyarakat di Kelurahan Duri Kepa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan menghasilkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat di Kelurahan Duri Kepa terhadap pengelolaan sampah dan memberikan pengalaman belajar langsung di luar kampus bagi mahasiswa dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan solusi nyata berbasis teknologi, mendorong kolaborasi multidisiplin, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan sosial. Melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam proyek pengembangan website bank sampah di Kelurahan Duri Kepa, tim dosen dan mahasiswa tidak hanya mengaplikasikan ilmu komputer dalam konteks nyata, tetapi juga membangun jejaring dengan pemerintah daerah dan komunitas, yang memperkuat kontribusi akademisi dalam memberdayakan masyarakat secara langsung.
Bibliometric Insight into Financial Sustainability Publication Trends
Objectives: This study addresses the fragmented literature on financial sustainability by reviewing research conducted over the past five years. The objective is to bridge the knowledge gap by compiling an annotated bibliography of recent financial sustainability publications, focusing on the developments from 2018 to 2023. The paper identifies key topics and emerging research trends in this field.Methodology: The research employs bibliometric analysis and VOSviewer to analyze data from the Scopus database. It aims to identify four distinct research clusters related to financial sustainability by examining recent publications. The study also assesses the research methods used in the literature, including archival, experimental, and survey methods.Findings: The bibliometric analysis reveals four distinct research clusters that have emerged in the past decade. These clusters include topics such as co-creation, digitization of cultural heritage, financial management in the digital era, international digital platforms, ethical issues, organizational forms, social innovation, work integration social enterprises (WISE), cryptocurrencies, and financial regulation. The study also highlights the predominance of archival, experimental, and survey research methods over the past six years.Conclusion: This research provides a comprehensive overview of the evolving landscape of financial sustainability, offering valuable insights for students and academics. It summarizes key trends, methodologies, and emerging topics in financial sustainability research, contributing to a better understanding of the field and guiding future studies
ANFIS method to enhance FMEA water operation model of Indonesia drinking water distribution system
Many problems are found in water treatment and distribution in water operations. Those problems range from low to critical risk. All critical risks must be addressed immediately. The Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) prioritizes problems based on Occurrence, Severity, and Detection values to identify critical risks. However, this method is also having problems. With the same risk priority number (RPN) calculation, FMEA would be a ranking problem with the same RPN value; hence, we have a priority problem that is not critical but based on the highest value. To solve this problem, we propose additional methods, such as the ANFIS, to give weight based on risk level classification. From the results of data processing carried out by the ANFIS method, it is proven that it can perform re-ranking, for example, in the L2, R5, S8, and U3 code, which has an FMEA RPN value of 12. However, in FMEA-ANFIS, the RPN value becomes L2 2.05, R5 1.52, S8 1.32, and U3 2.52. Furthermore, with these results, it can be concluded that the ANFIS method can enhance the FMEA model in water operations
Classification of palm oil fruit ripeness based on AlexNet deep Convolutional Neural Network
The palm oil industry faces significant challenges in accurately classifying fruit ripeness, which is crucial for optimizing yield, quality, and profitability. Manual methods are slow and prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies and increased costs. Deep Learning, particularly the AlexNet architecture, has succeeded in image classification tasks and offers a promising solution. This study explores the implementation of AlexNet to improve the efficiency and accuracy of palm oil fruit maturity classification, thereby reducing costs and production time. We employed a dataset of 1500 images of palm oil fruits, meticulously categorized into three classes: raw, ripe, and rotten. The experimental setup involved training AlexNet and comparing its performance with a conventional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The results demonstrated that AlexNet significantly outperforms the traditional CNN, achieving a validation loss of 0.0261 and an accuracy of 0.9962, compared to the CNN's validation loss of 0.0377 and accuracy of 0.9925. Furthermore, AlexNet achieved superior precision, recall, and F-1 scores, each reaching 0.99, while the CNN scores were 0.98. These findings suggest that adopting AlexNet can enhance the palm oil industry's operational efficiency and product quality. The improved classification accuracy ensures that fruits are harvested at optimal ripeness, leading to better oil yield and quality. Reducing classification errors and manual labor can also lead to substantial cost savings and increased profitability. This study underscores the potential of advanced deep learning models like AlexNet in revolutionizing agricultural practices and improving industrial outcomes
