Processing Catfish Shreds For Economic Empowerment Of The Community In The Meruya Area, West Jakarta
Get PDFThis community service program aims to empower the economy of the residents of Meruya Selatan Village, West Jakarta, through training in processing catfish into shredded fish. This activity is designed to address the issues of low income and lack of food processing skills among the local PKK mothers. Through a series of training and mentoring sessions, this program will equip participants with skills in producing high-quality catfish floss, preservation techniques, packaging, and effective marketing strategies. The implementation methods include initial surveys, intensive training, hands-on practice, and continuous monitoring. Other targets include improving the knowledge and skills of participants, as well as expanding the marketing reach of catfish floss products. By utilizing local potential and appropriate technology, it is hoped that this program can increase family income, strengthen food security, and encourage local economic growth in Meruya Selatan Village. The PKM activities will conclude with a discussion session, a Q&A session, and the completion of a questionnaire. The outcomes of the PKM activities will be published in the form of mass media, articles, and journal publications
PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA UPT PUSKESMAS CIPAYUNG
Get PDFPenelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT Puskesmas Cipayung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT Puskesmas Cipayung. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada UPT Puskesmas Cipayung. Inisiatif ini hadir sebagai respon terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan berbasis teknologi dengan membekali guru keterampilan praktis dalam mengembangkan dan mengelola konten digital. Google Sites digunakan sebagai platform utama untuk pelatihan dan pendampingan, sehingga meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menciptakan sumber belajar yang interaktif, mudah digunakan, dan dapat diakses. Implementasi program ini tidak hanya memperkuat literasi digital guru, tetapi juga mendorong praktik pembelajaran inovatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik abad ke-21. PELATIHAN PERANGKAT LUNAK DESAIN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS GURU DALAM PENYAMPAIAN INFORMASI DI SDN KEDOYA UTARA 03 JAKARTA
Get PDFMenggunakan perangkat lunak desain grafis menjadi salah satu keterampilan penting yang diperlukan dalam dunia pendidikan modern. Hal ini karena desain grafis tidak hanya mendukung aspek visual dari media pembelajaran, tetapi juga menjadi bagian integral dari strategi penyampaian pesan informasi yang efektif. SDN Kedoya Utara 03 Jakarta sebagai pusat pendidikan dan inovasi dituntut untuk melahirkan tenaga pendidik yang tidak hanya kompeten dalam bidang ilmu masing-masing, tetapi juga adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, termasuk teknologi desain grafis. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi kendala dalam pemanfaatan perangkat lunak desain untuk menyampaikan informasi. Keterbatasan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti minimnya pelatihan khusus mengenai penggunaan perangkat lunak desain, kurangnya waktu untuk belajar secara mandiri, serta rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya visualisasi informasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang dapat membekali guru dengan keterampilan desain digital guna mendukung inovasi penyampaian informasi yang lebih kreatif dan interaktif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep, manfaat, dan cara menggunakan perangkat lunak desain dalam dunia pendidikan kepada para guru di SDN Kedoya Utara 03 Jakarta. Melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan praktik dasar desain grafis, guru diberikan pemahaman mengenai antarmuka perangkat lunak, penggunaan alat-alat dasar, serta teknik-teknik desain sederhana yang dapat langsung diaplikasikan dalam mendukung penyampaian informasi. Selain itu, program ini melatih guru dalam mengoperasikan berbagai perangkat lunak desain guna mendukung penyampaian informasi yang lebih visual, menarik, dan interaktif. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong para guru untuk beralih dari metode penyampaian informasi yang masih konvensional ke metode berbasis teknologi yang lebih efektif, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam penyampaian informasi. Isi program ini adalah pemberdayaan guru melalui pengembangan keterampilan dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak desain untuk mendukung penyampaian informasi yang lebih visual dan interaktif. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini antara lain pertama, meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru di SDN Kedoya Utara 03 dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak desain grafis untuk mendukung efektivitas penyampaian informasi. Kedua, menumbuhkan motivasi dan kesadaran guru akan pentingnya visualisasi informasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Ketiga, mendorong guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi desain grafis dalam metode penyampaian informasi yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kreativitas penyampaian informasi di sekolah

EDUKASI LITERASI DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAMANAN DATA BAGI MASYARAKAT DESA PURWOMARTANI
Get PDFMasyarakat Desa Purwomartani mulai mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, seperti administrasi desa, pemasaran UMKM, dan komunikasi melalui media sosial. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital khususnya dalam aspek keamanan data menimbulkan risiko pencurian data pribadi, penyalahgunaan informasi, dan serangan siber. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat dengan fokus pada edukasi keamanan data melalui pelatihan, simulasi, dan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan interaktif, simulasi teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat terhadap ancaman siber dan kemampuan mereka dalam menerapkan praktik keamanan data, seperti penggunaan kata sandi yang kuat dan perangkat lunak keamanan. Program ini juga menghasilkan modul pelatihan, panduan teknis, video kegiatan, dan naskah untuk publikasi jurnal. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya kesadaran digital yang lebih baik di masyarakat serta penguatan kapasitas perangkat desa dan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola informasi secara aman. Analysis of Implementation of the Concept of Quality Tourism Development Tourism in the Framework of Supporting Marketing Tourism Village
No full textObjectives: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the quality tourism concept in the development of Sidomulyo Tourism Village, East Java. Despite its potential as an alternative tourist destination, the application of quality tourism principles has not been fully optimized.Methodology: This research employs a descriptive qualitative method. Primary data were obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data were collected from documents. The data analysis was conducted through four stages: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.Findings: The study indicates that the development of Sidomulyo Tourism Village has been progressing well, particularly before the COVID-19 pandemic and the eruption of Mount Semeru. However, improvements are still needed, especially in infrastructure conditions. The implementation of quality tourism standards has begun but requires enhancement in safety and security, cleanliness, and accessibility.Conclusion: The application of the quality tourism concept in Sidomulyo Tourism Village is heading in a positive direction but remains suboptimal. Further improvements, particularly in infrastructure and service quality, are necessary to ensure sustainable tourism development
Work Safety Culture to Fertilizer Bagging Workers
No full textObjectives: The performance of a company can be seen from the quality of the workforce in carrying out company activities. In Indonesia there are still many work accidents. In 2020, the Fertilizer Bagging Unit experienced a decrease in the number of accidents, but in 2022 there were fatal work accidents. Even though Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 has been stipulated, there are still gaps in the field, such as work accidents caused by workers carrying out their work in an unsafe manner, not following the SOPs that have been set, and not using personal protective equipment so that the work culture does not run well. So this research is important to reduce the number of work accidents, and can identify the main factors that cause accidents that occur in the work environment of the Semarang city fertilizer bagging unit.Methodology: This research design uses cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The research location was carried out in the work area of the Fertilizer Bagging Unit of Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The research time was conducted in June - July. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling, so that the number of samples used was 150. Data processing uses editing, coding, data entry and cleaning. Data analysis using Univariate, bivariate and Multivariate. The test used used Chi Square Test and Logistic Regression.Finding: The research results show that the most significant factor in the work safety culture of fertilizer bagging workers is safety performance with an OR value of 2.210.Conclusion: Factors associated with the implementation of work safety culture are skills, communication, worker participation and safety performance. Company recommendations are expected to implement a reward and punishment system for workers who work not in accordance with regulations and it is hoped that the company will implement an internal and external audit system to evaluate the effectiveness of safety policies
Unpacking the Resource–Value–Performance Nexus in SMEs
No full textObjectives: This study investigates how resource leverage and value creation interact to influence the overall performance of SMEs within an entrepreneurial marketing framework. It addresses the gap in understanding whether leveraging limited resources translates into performance gains when mediated by value creation.Methodology: A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed to 140 SME owners and managers. Data from these respondents were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the measurement and structural models linking resource leverage, value creation, and performance.Findings: The results show that resource leverage has a significant direct effect on SME performance (β = 0.333, p = 0.000). Additionally, resource leverage strongly influences value creation (β = 0.604, p = 0.000), which in turn has a substantial effect on SME performance (β = 0.527, p = 0.000). The mediation analysis confirms that value creation significantly mediates the relationship between resource leverage and SME performance (β = 0.319, p = 0.000), indicating that firms that effectively transform financial, human, and social resources into customer-oriented value offerings achieve superior outcomes—such as higher financial returns, customer loyalty, and market differentiation.Conclusion: This study confirms the importance of value creation in maximizing the impact of resource leverage. It contributes to entrepreneurial marketing and resource-based view literature by highlighting the strategic role of co-creation, innovation, and market responsiveness in enhancing SME performance, particularly in resource-constrained environments
Analysis of QRIS Payment System and Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior Among Students
No full textObjectives: This study aims to investigate the effect of the QRIS payment system and the level of financial literacy on consumer behavior among students in Depok City.Methodology: The research method applied is quantitative with primary data collection through online questionnaires distributed using Google Forms, involving 125 students from the Accounting Department of the Jakarta State Polytechnic who live in Depok City. The collected data has been verified to ensure its validity and reliability, and analyzed using SPSS 29 statistical software,Finding: The results of the study show that both the QRIS payment system and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior of students in Depok City. These variables can explain about 49.6% of the variation in observed consumer behavior, while the remainder, about 50.4%, is assumed to be influenced by other factors not included in this research model. Consumers with higher financial literacy tend to make better financial decisionsConclusion: This research suggest that business actors provide QRIS facilities for financial transactions, especially among students. For optimal results, financial literacy strengthening activities must also be carried out
