    SERVICE QUALITY ANALYSIS IN A FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE IN JAKARTA USING SERVQUAL AND IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE METHOD

    Abstract – This study was motivated by sales’ volume decline of imported cargo and customers number of a shipping company in Jakarta (PT.BX) in the last two years. This contradicted with the Ministry of Trade data showing imports increases in that period. Countermeasures have been taken through priced reduction, nevertheless, complaints persist and the decline continues. This quantitative research applied statistical descriptive technique using ServQual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) tools. Questionnaire was prepared based on five ServQual dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) detailed to be 25 indicators from which 31 respondents (customers) provided their feedbacks. The reliability test shows that each dimension has a Cronbach alpha above 0.6, indicating that the instrument produces consistent and stable results, making the data reliable. The results of this research showed negative gaps in all ServQual dimensions, with the Reliability dimension having the highest gap (-1.54) and the lowest Empathy dimension (-0.58). The IPA provides results in which seven indicators were identified as priorities for improvement in quadrant I, including adequate parking, sufficient number of staff, simple service procedures, staff ability to provide explanations, staff ability to handle problems, responsiveness in processing complaints, and providing correct answers to customers. In summary, this research confirms operational problems required corrective actions on the prioritized attributes

    Pengaruh Glass Ceiling Terhadap Pengembangan Karir di Moderasi oleh Budaya Organisasi dan Leader Member Exchange (Studi pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Perempuan Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta)

    This study aims to examine the influence of the glass ceiling on the career development of female civil servants in the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, while also assessing the moderating roles of organisational culture and Leader–Member Exchange (LMX). A quantitative method was employed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with a sample of 400 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The findings reveal that the glass ceiling does not exert a significant effect on career development, whereas organisational culture and LMX demonstrate significant influences. Furthermore, organisational culture is found to be ineffective in moderating the relationship between the glass ceiling and career development, while LMX is shown to strengthen this relationship. These results underscore the critical importance of leader–subordinate relationships and a supportive organisational environment as key factors in overcoming structural barriers to women’s career progression in the public sector

    Factors Influencing Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as a Mediator on Fabric Product in Textile Industry

    The rapid growth of the textile and fashion industry in Indonesia is increasingly driven by digital transformation and changes in consumer behavior. MSTEX, a local textile company established in 2013, is known for its affordable prices and consistent fabric quality. However, the company faces challenges in strengthening brand awareness and attracting new customers in the online B2B market. This study aims to analyze how social media marketing, word-of-mouth, product attributes (price and quality), and brand awareness influence purchase intention. A quantitative method approach is used in this study, while quantitative data are collected through a questionnaire involving 201 active social media users, resellers, and business customers. Data are analyzed using IBM SPSS 23 and SMART PLS (PLS-SEM) to test the hypotheses and examine the structural relationships.The findings show that word-of-mouth significantly influences brand awareness, while social media marketing does not. Product quality and price also influence customer purchase intention. In addition, brand awareness has a strong positive effect on purchase intention. This study contributes theoretically by supporting existing consumer behavior and brand equity models and expands the application of digital marketing constructs in B2B textile settings. From a managerial perspective, the results offer insights into how textile businesses can prioritize marketing strategies that resonate with their target markets and enhance brand visibility in the digital space

    Analysis of the Effectiveness of Subsidized Fertilizer Program Distribution in Indonesia

    Fertilizer subsidies represent a strategic policy instrument in Indonesia’s agricultural development agenda. Despite their significance, the implementation of subsidized fertilizer programs continues to face numerous challenges, including inaccurate targeting, weak distribution accountability, and data inconsistencies. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program based on the "7 Right Principles" (Right Target, Type, Quantity, Price, Time, Place, and Quality). Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with mixed methods, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews conducted across seven provinces representing diverse geographic and socio-economic contexts. Quantitative scoring using a Likert scale yielded an average effectiveness score of 3.65 out of 5, below the 75% threshold set for effective program implementation. The findings indicate that the program has not yet achieved optimal performance. Major issues persist in the areas of beneficiary validation, timely delivery, and price transparency. The findings of this study are important for informing future policy reformulations, emphasizing several key recommendations, including the establishment of stronger verification systems, the implementation of community-based monitoring, and the enhancement of policy literacy among farmers, in order to sustainably improve the effectiveness of fertilizer subsidies

    PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SECURINDO PACKATAMA INDONESIA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 karyawan PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 78 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran bagi manajemen PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia agar memberikan tambahan insentif berupa bonus tahunan dan memberikan fasilitas tambahan yang mendukung untuk kinerja karyawan yang lebih baik, kemudian bagi seluruh karyawan PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia disarankan agar ikut serta dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mempererat hubungan antar karyawan dan menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap perusahaan.

    Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan kerja, Lingkungan kerja dan Beban kerja terhadap Loyalitas karyawan PT. Prima Sejati. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Prima Sejati. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 48 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dan Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Prima Sejati.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 27 perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh 9 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan E-views 9. Pengambilan keputusan hipotesis pada penelitian ini melalui uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Secara parsial Current Ratio (CR) dan Total Assets Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Secara simultan Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Assets Turnover (TATO) berpengaruh signifkan terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan

With the densely populated condition of the Meruya Selatan Village and polluted air, reforestation is very much needed. There are many ways to reforest, including a hydroponic vertical garden. The advantage of vertical hydroponic planting is the efficiency of land use. Cultivating plants using this technique is very profitable for those who do it. Such as harvesting plants can be faster, healthier, with maximum results, and can utilize plastic waste by converting used bottles into hydroponic planting media.     Peningkatan Brand Awareness UMKM Cookies Melalui Strategi Social Media Marketing

    Roemah Cookies, an MSME in Denpasar, currently has not fully utilized digital marketing even though it offers various variants of cookies through WhatsApp orders. In the digitalization era, conventional marketing has become less effective, and brand awareness has become a key factor in market competition. This activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and aims to increase brand awareness of MSME cookies through Instagram social media marketing. This service has succeeded in having a positive impact in increasing brand awareness and implementing social media marketing for UMKM Roemah Cookies. Through the stages of planning, coordination and information obtained online, the next steps have been prepared. The material presented at the implementation stage has provided an understanding of the importance of social media marketing as well as practical steps in implementing it. The evaluation shows an increase in followers and positive interactions with followers on Instagram, illustrating success in building active interactions with consumers. Thus, UMKM Roemah Cookies is able to apply the knowledge acquired and is ready to continue to utilize social media marketing as an effective tool for growing brand awareness and business in the digital era
