A literature review on Spicule-Assisted Transdermal Delivery Systems (S-TDS): Penetration mechanistic and translational perspectives
Introdiction: Spicules are microscopic needle-shaped structures derived from marine sponges or synthetic biomimetic materials that have recently attracted attention as an innovation in enhancing transdermal penetration in cosmetic dermatology. This structure is capable of temporarily disrupting the protective layer of the stratum corneum and forming high-density microchannels that facilitate the delivery of bioactive compounds such as peptides, hyaluronic acid, growth factors, and nucleotides to deeper skin layers.
Aims: The purpose of this review article is to provide comprehensive information on penetration mechanistic and translational perspectives aspects of spicule-assisted transdermal delivery systems (S-TDS) as well as to describe the mechanisms of skin absorption, local distribution, and the resulting biological effects.
Methods: This review was conducted through a literature study using databases including Scopus, PubMed, and ScienceDirect, focusing on publications from 2016 to 2025 with the keywords "spicule," "transdermal delivery," "pharmacokinetic," "pharmacodynamic," and "cosmetic dermatology."
Result: Based on the literature, S-TDS have been shown to enhance skin permeability and prolong the retention time of active ingredients in the epidermis and dermis, leading to improve bioavailability and sustained biological response. Pharmacokinetic parameters based on literature include flux metrics, percentage penetration, tissue deposition, and duration of spicule. Pharmacodynamic parameters, spicules induce controlled micro-injuries that stimulates fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis, and skin remodelling, resulting in anti-aging and skin rejuvenation effects.
Conclusion: The preclinical and clinical studies suggest that spicules can enhance the penetration of various bioactive molecules, with potential applications in therapeutic dermatology, anti-aging and whitening cosmetics, transdermal vaccination and immunotherapy and systemic delivery for chronic therapy
Developing self-assessment with mobile learning-based to improve learning achievement of Indonesian madrasah competency assessment at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
The Minimum Competition Assessment (AKM) is a replacement for the existence of the National Examination. AKM is designed to achieve student learning outcomes through cognition, especially related to literacy and numeracy. However, there is still a problem that students experience difficulties in doing AKM or AKMI (Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment) questions at school. Therefore, this research provides a solution by developing learning media in the form of a mobile learning-based application using the ADDIE method. The subjects in this study are grade IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Jadid Blitar, East java, Indonesia. According to the study's findings, learning experts' validation results are 93%, media experts' validation results are 96%, and material experts' validation results are 98%. According to student learning outcomes, the SIASAT application can improve student learning outcomes; the average pretest score in the control class is 56, and the posttest average score is 79.2. Meanwhile, in the experimental class, the average pretest score was 56, and the posttest average score was 87.8. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the T-test, a significant value of 0.042 > 0.05 was obtained. This indicates that students can enhance their learning outcomes by using mobile learning-based self-assessment media to deal with AKMI

pada pencerahan al-Qur’an untuk dapat memahami dan
memahami fakta kehidupan masyarakat Islam dengan dipandu
teori Psikologi Sosial SRT.
memiliki ikatan persaudaraan kesantrian, sebagaimana terlihat
berusaha saling memperkuat (strengthening), 8 sehingga
diharapkan mampu melihat secara utuh bagaimana proses
representasi sosial komunitas Madura terbangun, terutama di
kalangan kelas menengah

The integration of Islamic family law into Muslim community education in Japan: Socio-cultural dynamics in a minority context
This study investigates the dynamics of integrating Islamic Family Law (Fiqh al-Usrah) into Muslim community education within minority contexts in contemporary Japan. Positioned in the interdisciplinary intersection of Islamic Education Studies and Islamic Legal Studies, it explores how legal and ethical principles of Islamic family life are transmitted amid public misconceptions of Islam, linguistic and cultural barriers, and differing levels of individual religious commitment. Using a socio-legal qualitative design with thematic analytical techniques, the research draws on primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of Muslim community activities, complemented by secondary scholarly sources. Fieldwork was conducted in Tokyo and Ibaraki between July and August 2024, involving Japanese converts, migrant Muslim families, and mosque administrators. Thematic analysis reveals two dominant patterns: first, families who experience positive religious transformation through strong community engagement; and second, those whose Islamic identity weakens due to secular environments and cultural pressures. The integration process is supported by individual agency, the active role of mosques and Muslim organizations, and culturally embedded religious expression, including arts-based initiatives. Conversely, limited access to formal Islamic education and the socio-cultural dominance of the non-Muslim majority remain persistent challenges. This study contributes to scholarly discourse on the contextual integration of Islamic law and education in minority contexts. It underscores the importance of systematic, community-based strategies to strengthen Islamic family identity and enhance Muslim minorities' constructive participation in Japanese society
Psychosocial conflicts and defense mechanisms in leadership: Psychoanalytic view in Elizabeth: The Golden Age movie (sertifikat hak cipta)
This study examines the personality structure of the character Elizabeth, who is the Queen of England in the film Elizabeth: The Golden Age (2007) through the theory of Sigmund Freud, as well as the psychosocial development of Erik Erikson's theory, and the defense mechanisms of Sigmund Freud's theory that she uses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis, examining the elements of dialogue and character behavior in the film. Data for this study were collected by watching the film, noting relevant scenes, and analyzing them according to the theory used. The results of the study show that Elizabeth experiences internal conflict between her id, ego, and superego and this reflects how she develops as a national leader. Erikson's psychosocial stages such as Identity vs Role Confusion, Intimacy vs Isolation, and Generativity vs Stagnation, show Elizabeth's changes when dealing with matters related to politics and society. In addition, the defense mechanisms used by Elizabeth such as rationalization and sublimation play a positive role in maintaining her emotional stability, while regression and forgiveness lead to negative ones

Investigating conviction, erasure, and salience stories about a gold mining project in Sangihe Island, Indonesia (sertifikat hak cipta)
Mining is one of the most significant contributors to environmental degradation. The media played their role in spreading the narrative about the situation on the ground. This narrative has the potential to affect readers' opinions toward the environment. Taking the gold mining operation on Sangihe Island cases, this article attempted to use Stibbe's (2015) story of “erasure, salience, and conviction” to analyze gold mining news by Tempo.co and VOI.id on the project of gold mining in Sangihe Island. The data were then examined with Stibbe's (2015) ecosophy as well as eco-critical discourse analysis. This article discovered that Tempo generated a valuable story for ecological wellbeing by building the conviction that 'mining causes ecological damage' and offering a clear image of the aspects of ecology in Sangihe. Meanwhile, the story from VOI.id developed a potentially detrimental effect by undermining the description of ecological features in Sangihe and building a conviction of economic benefit
