    Systematic Literature Review: Analysis of Financial Management Behavior of Students in Indonesia

    Based on the survey, the percentage of financial behavior among university students is lower than that of millennials. This is due to the low level of financial ability among university students. The goals of this study include: (1) variables that determine how economic behavior among influential students improves (2) financial behaviors among students. This research method used a systematic literature overview (SLR) in which international and national journals were published between 2018 and 2022. The majority of the research findings show that financial capacity has a positive effect on financial behavior. Financial ability is the advantage of developing students' self-efficacy so that students can make more confident decisions regarding financial management. However, improving financial behavior should not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also ensure emotion (positive attitude) and cone (stakeholder support to ensure program success). The importance of parents as a major factor in family socialization lies in their role as shapers of personality, attitudes and white financial behavior

    This study aims to determine the improvement of students' academic performance through the implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Development Programme using problem-based learning models with the concept of local knowledge. Class VII of SMP Nasional Malang in Sukun, Bandungrejosari, Malang for the year 2024. An experimental approach was adopted in this study using a quasi-experimental design. An unbalanced group pretest-post-test design was used as the quasi-experimental design. The sample of the study was Grade VII students of SMP Nasional School in Malang. The school has two classes; Class VII D is the experimental class with 33 students while Class VII A is the control class with 33 students. Descriptive statistical and inferential analysis are used in the data analysis.     This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style on Performance, at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Nias Regency. All employees in the research object as many as 30 people were designated as respondents. Because the type of data is primary data, therefore the data collection uses a questionnaire distribution method which is then processed with the help of IBM SPPS Statistics 23 software. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression. The test results show that the t-count value ≥ t-table value, partially the leadership style variable has a positive effect on the performance variable.     This study aims to reveal the Influence of Teacher Competence and the Use of Interactive Wordwall Media on Early Childhood Literacy Skills. This study is a quantitative study with a survey approach. The population in this study were Kindergarten students at the Selaras Auladia Foundation, North Cikarang. This study used a saturated sample of 50 early childhood children. The research data was obtained through valid and reliable instruments. This study aims to analyze the Influence of Teacher Competence and the Use of Interactive Wordwall Media on Early Childhood Literacy Skills. The trial of the Teacher Competence instrument obtained a reliability of  0,784 and the interactive wordwall media instrument obtained a reliability of 0,788. The results of the analysis show that teacher competence has a positive effect on early childhood literacy skills, and the use of interactive wordwall media has a positive effect on early childhood literacy skills. Teacher competence and the use of interactive wordwall media together have an effect on early childhood literacy skills

    Trade Secret Protection Strategy Raising Awareness in the Business Sector

    Trade secret protection is becoming increasingly important amidst intense business competition, especially in competitive sectors such as food and beverages. Information with economic value, such as marketing strategies and product formulas, is at risk of being leaked, which can cause financial and reputational damage to the company. Law No. 30 Year 2000 on Trade Secrets in Indonesia aims to protect such information, but many companies still struggle with its implementation. This research aims to develop guidelines for companies in drafting effective work agreements to protect trade secrets and examine the ethics and corporate social responsibility in maintaining confidentiality. The normative juridical method is used to analyze the existing legal framework and evaluate the effectiveness of the protection provided. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the protection of trade secrets in Indonesia and increase companies' awareness of implementing the necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information

    Retaining Generation Z (Gen Z) employees is an organizational challenge due to their low loyalty and high expectations for work-life balance. Meaningfulness in work is considered to contribute to increasing their intention to stay in the organization. To examine the influence of knowledge sharing system and job crafting on meaningfulness in work and intention to stay of Gen Z employees. The data was analysed using statistical techniques to test the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis show that all hypotheses in this study are significantly supported. The Knowledge Sharing System plays an important role in improving job crafting, meaningfulness in work, and employee intention to stay. In addition, job crafting not only increases the meaning of work but also contributes directly to employee loyalty to the organization. Effective job crafting and knowledge sharing system management can increase the meaning of work, strengthen Gen Z's loyalty to the organization

    Bank Indonesia stated that currently QR-Code Indonesia can be used in Southeast Asia and Asian countries, better known as QR-Codecross border or QR-Code across countries. Bank Indonesia as the banking regulator in Indonesia continues to promote the use of QR-Codecross border as a substitute for currency. physical money so that it can be used by people who travel abroad or tourists to Indonesia and/or people who carry out cross-border transactions, but on the other hand there are no special regulations yet to ensure the security and comfort of the public in using QR-Code across borders. The research method uses a type of normative juridical research, namely research that focuses on the study of legislation and how the law works. The data collection method uses the library research method or library research using secondary data in the form of legislation, books and previous research using the descriptive analysis method. Analysis The form of QRIS regulation between countries is an agreement outlined in the form of an MoU cooperation document. There are 5 central banks that have signed, namely Bank Indonesia, Bank Negara Malaysia, Bangko Sentral Pilipinas, Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Bank of Thailand. Currently, its use is only based on a cooperation agreement between Bank Indonesia and the Central Bank of a foreign country or the provision of foreign payments. Regulations for cross-border QRIS use in Indonesia are currently only based on the Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors Number 21/18/Padg/2019 concerning the Implementation of the National Quick Response Code Standard for Payments

    The objectives of research are to describe transformational leadership style, employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as moderator variable. Sampling technique is stratified sampling. The respondent of research is 77 persons. The analysis tool is Partial Least Square (PLS). Research respondent is the employee of PD. BPR of South Kalimantan. Result of research indicates that transformational leadership style and employee performance remain in high category. Transformational leadership style has significant direct influence on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) belongs to high category. The moderating nature of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is moderating of strengthening which means that higher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) will empower the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance

    First-Level Health Facilities (Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama/FKTP) play a critical role in delivering healthcare services to participants of the National Health Insurance (BPJS) program in Indonesia. Every BPJS participant has the right to select an FKTP that collaborates with BPJS Health based on their preference. Therefore, FKTPs, including clinics partnering with BPJS Health, must actively promote their services and continuously enhance the quality of care to improve patient satisfaction and attract more BPJS participants. This study employs a quantitative, causal approach to examine the influence of promotion and service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction. Using a cross-sectional design and random sampling technique, data were collected through questionnaires from 63 BPJS patients at clinic "X." The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, resulting in the regression equation Y = 1.245 + 0.077 X1 + 0.844 X2. The findings indicate that promotion and service quality significantly influence BPJS patient satisfaction, both individually and jointly, at clinic "X." These results highlight the importance of strategic promotion and continuous quality improvement by FKTPs to ensure optimal healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction among BPJS participants

    The Influence of Digital Literacy and Income on the Consumptive Behavior of Generation Z in Gowa Regency with E-Commerce Usage as a Moderating Variable

    This study aims to gain knowledge and understanding of the influence of digital literacy and income on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Gowa Regency, with e-commerce usage as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive research type. The sample in this study consists of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model. The results show that digital literacy significantly influences consumptive behavior. Income significantly influences consumptive behavior. Digital literacy significantly influences e-commerce usage. Income significantly influences e-commerce usage. E-commerce usage significantly influences consumptive behavior. E-commerce usage is able to moderate the relationship between digital literacy and consumptive behavior. However, e-commerce usage does not moderate the relationship between income and consumptive behavior
