Prosecution under articles 2 and 3 of the Corruption Law and Supreme Court Regulation No. 1/2020
This study aims to analyze the urgency of amending Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the Imposition of Penalties under Articles 2 and 3 of the Corruption Criminal Law (Perma 1/2020). This study uses a normative legal research method with a legislative approach, a case approach, and a comparative law approach. Therefore, stronger legal reinforcement is needed to ensure that Perma 1/2020 can be consistently implemented in every criminal corruption case decision
Sustainable Cities and Communities: Bibliometric Analysis of Research Trends and Scholarly Networks
This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research trends, collaboration networks, and thematic developments within Sustainable Cities and Communities, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 11 (SDG 11). Using the Scopus database, 107 relevant documents published between 1998 and 2024 were analyzed to identify patterns in scholarly output, publication types, influential sources, and international co-authorship. VOSviewer software was employed to generate visualizations, including co-authorship by country, keyword co-occurrence networks, temporal evolution, and density mapping of research focus areas. The findings reveal a significant increase in publication activity post-2015, following the global adoption of the 2030 Agenda. The United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Italy emerged as key contributors to international research collaborations. Thematic clusters primarily revolve around urban planning, sustainability frameworks, climate change, and SDG monitoring. Recent trends show a growing emphasis on climate adaptation and community engagement in urban sustainability. This study provides a structured overview of the intellectual landscape in sustainable urban development and highlights emerging research priorities. The insights can support scholars, policymakers, and practitioners in understanding the field's evolution and identify future directions for interdisciplinary and policy-relevant research

Legal Protection for Copyright of Indonesian Cultural Heritage Claimed by other Countries from an International Law Perspective
Legal protection of copyright on Indonesian cultural heritage claimed by other countries has become an important issue in the context of globalization and intercultural interactions between nations. From the perspective of international law, the protection of intangible cultural heritage is regulated through conventions such as the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (2003). However, the implementation of this convention often encounters obstacles due to differences in interpretation and application at the national level. In Indonesia, although Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and Law No. 5 of 2017 on the Advancement of Culture are in place, the protection of intangible cultural heritage still faces challenges in terms of documentation, international recognition, and law enforcement. Therefore, synergy between national regulations and international mechanisms is needed to strengthen copyright protection of Indonesia's cultural heritage against claims from other countries

Effectiveness and Challenges of Differentiated Learning in Secondary School: A systematic literature review review
This systematic review of the literature discusses the effectiveness and challenges of implementing differentiated learning (DI) in secondary schools. This study analyzed 16 articles published between 2019 and 2023 using the PRISMA protocol. The study's results indicate that DI is effective in enhancing academic achievement and student engagement, particularly in the classroom among students with diverse abilities. However, the main challenges include a lack of teacher training, limited resources, large class sizes, and insufficient planning time. The success of DI is supported by collaboration between teachers, professional training, and a positive attitude towards inclusion. This study suggests that further research is needed for the practical training of teachers and the long-term evaluation of DI, particularly in developing countries, as well as for online learning
