The Juridical Validity of the Asset Seizure Prohibition for the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA)
Article 160, paragraph (3) of the Job Creation Law prohibits the confiscation of assets by the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA). The provision prohibiting asset confiscation raises problems in the form of norm conflicts with the provisions of bail confiscation, criminal confiscation, and bankruptcy confiscation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the validity of the norms prohibiting the confiscation of INA assets. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to analyze the juridical validity of the norms prohibiting the seizure of INA assets. This research uses a statutory and conceptual approach. The type of legal material consists of primary and secondary legal materials sourced from both primary and secondary data. The legal materials are analyzed through interpretation techniques. The results of this study reveal that the norm prohibiting the confiscation of INA assets in positive law does not fulfill the principle of juridical validity, making it an invalid norm. Suggestions to the legislators to make changes to the formulation of Article 160 paragraph (3) of the Job Creation Law in order to fulfill the principle of juridical validity
The Decriminalization of The Offense of Cultivating Type I Narcotics in Law Number 1 Of 2023 on The Indonesian Criminal Code
This thesis addresses the decriminalization of the cultivation of Group I narcotics following the revocation of Article 111 of the Narcotics Law by Article 622 paragraph (1) letter w of the National Criminal Code (KUHP Nasional) 2023. This situation, effective in 2026, creates a legal vacuum. This normative juridical research, employing statutory, historical, and conceptual approaches, aims to identify the ratio legis of previous regulations and propose an appropriate formulation. The findings show the ratio legis for regulating narcotic cultivation in the previous Narcotics Law was to break illicit supply chains and deter offenders, in line with international conventions. To fill the vacuum, the thesis recommends explicitly re-regulating the cultivation of Group I narcotics in Article 609 paragraphs (1)a and (2)a of the KUHP Nasional, with severe penalties, to criminalize and combat narcotics trafficking from its source
The Effect of Gadget Intensity and Parental Supervision on Child Discipline at Asya'rif Hidayat Kindergarten
This research investigates the influence of device usage intensity and parental supervision on child discipline. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 30 respondents. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics, including Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, were employed to analyze the data. The results revealed that both device usage intensity and parental supervision have significant positive effects on child discipline. The regression analysis indicated that parental supervision had a stronger influence on child discipline than device usage intensity. Furthermore, the ANOVA test confirmed the overall significance of the regression model. Correlation analysis showed a moderate positive relationship between child discipline and device usage intensity, while a stronger relationship was found between child discipline and parental supervision. The study concludes that parental supervision is a more influential factor in improving child discipline than device usage intensity, highlighting the importance of parental involvement in managing children's digital device usage
Evaluation of the Level of User Satisfaction of the I-Con Application (Aam Interactive Collection) Using the Pieces Method at PT Anugrah Argon Medica, Medan Branch
The effectiveness of an accounting information system in a company depends significantly on human resource factors, particularly the user's ability to apply and understand the system. This study evaluates the I-CON application at PT Anugrah Argon Medica, Medan Branch, using the PIECES framework, which includes Performance, Information, Economic aspects, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service quality. A quantitative approach was employed, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to 42 employees, with a census sampling technique applied. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The findings revealed that not all factors significantly influenced user satisfaction. Performance (X1) showed no significant effect, highlighting the need for hardware and software upgrades to enhance system stability and speed. Conversely, Information (X2), Economic aspects (X3), Control (X4), Efficiency (X5), and Services (X6) positively impacted user satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of data accuracy, cost-effectiveness, security, operational efficiency, and responsive support services in improving user experience. These results suggest that companies must focus on these critical dimensions to enhance the effectiveness and user satisfaction of the I-CON applicatio

Computer Ability Anxiety, Self-Efficacy Beliefs in Statistical Studies, Student Attitudes towards Course Statistics: An Empirical Study of Undergraduate Students in the Mathematics Study Program
In the 21st century, the learning process continues to develop and undergo a paradigm shift. One of the characteristics of the 21st century is the presence of aspects of information, computing, automation, and communication that influence the learning paradigm. In learning statistics, it is not only cognitive skills that support student learning success but also non-cognitive skills. This study aims to determine the effect of student computer ability anxiety and self-efficacy beliefs on student attitudes toward statistical courses. The sample of this study was 203 students of the Mathematics Study Program of Pamulang University who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used instruments with a Likert scale. The effect on the research variables was analyzed using structural equation modeling to determine the effect. From the results of the analysis, it is obtained that there is a direct influence of computer ability anxiety on self-efficacy beliefs in learning statistics, there is a direct influence of computer ability anxiety on attitudes towards statistics courses, there is a direct influence of self-efficacy beliefs in learning statistics on attitudes towards statistics courses, and there is an influence of computer ability anxiety in learning statistics on attitudes towards statistics courses through self-efficacy beliefs
Literature Review : Building Trust Sharing Accommodation
Trust is an important element in the success of accommodation sharing platforms like Airbnb. This study aims to identify and analyze factors that can affect the formation of user trust in the platform. The approach used in this study is a literature review, by collecting and analyzing various relevant studies from Scopus indexed journals in the period of 2019 – 2024. The results of the study show that trust is formed through three main phases, namely before, during, and after the stay. Information transparency, social reviews, and security assurance are important factors in the early phases, while direct interaction with hosts and local experiences reinforce trust during a stay. The bilateral review system and the platform's response to user complaints are key in maintaining user loyalty after a stay. However, the study was limited to Europe and North America so it did not fully reflect Asian cultures that were more group-oriented. Future research is suggested to expand geographical coverage, utilize innovative technology, and examine longitudinal changes in beliefs. The findings of this study provide guidance for platforms to improve user trust and business sustainability
