The Influence of Culinary Diversity and Tourism Events on Tourist Expenditures (Study in Central Lombok Regency with Destination Image as Intervening Variable)
This research investigates the interplay between culinary diversity, tourism events, destination image, and tourist expenditures in Central Lombok Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative approach utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze data gathered from domestic and international tourists. Hypothesis testing revealed significant positive relationships between culinary diversity and tourist expenditures, tourism events and tourist expenditures, culinary diversity and destination image, tourism events and destination image, as well as indirect effects through destination image on tourist expenditures. The result highlights the economic importance of diverse culinary experiences and engaging events in driving tourism revenue, shaping destination image perceptions, and influencing tourists' spending behaviors. The study underscores the need for integrated destination management strategies to leverage Central Lombok's cultural and gastronomic assets for sustainable tourism development
Taxation Policy and Compliance Burden on MSMEs: An In-depth Legal Study in Indonesia
Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are shaped by tax laws, which have a major impact on their growth prospects, competitiveness, and conduct. MSMEs in Indonesia confront many obstacles when it comes to adhering to tax laws, such as intricate administrative procedures, expensive compliance fees, and restricted access to incentives. Using a normative analysis technique, this research undertakes a comprehensive legal study to assess taxation policies and compliance constraints on MSMEs in Indonesia. The results highlight the necessity of focused initiatives to improve taxpayer education, increase incentive accessibility, streamline tax laws, and provide compliance support. By tackling these issues, Indonesia can provide a tax climate that is more favorable and supportive of MSMEs, promoting entrepreneurship, economic growth, and sustainable development
The Influence of Learning Orientation and Human Capital on Absorptive Capacity in SMEs Rattan Cirebon
The purpose of this research is to examine how human capital and learning orientation affect absorptive capacity. This study used a quantitative research design. The small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) that deal with rattan in Cirebon City are the study's demographic. Thirty-six companies provided 146 individuals for the samples. In this study, non-probability sampling is employed in conjunction with data withdrawal procedures and questionnaires with a Likert scale for measuring purposes. Multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26 is the data analysis method employed. The findings demonstrated that learning orientation and human capital characteristics had a favorable and significant impact on absorptive ability
Catalyzing Ethical Business Practices: Exploring the Role of Islamic Finance in Contemporary Markets
This research explores the role of Islamic finance in catalyzing ethical business practices within contemporary markets. Through quantitative analysis, the study examines the relationships between familiarity with Islamic finance, implementation of its principles, organizational characteristics, and the importance of ethical behavior and engagement in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The results reveal significant positive correlations between familiarity with Islamic finance and ethical behavior, as well as between implementation of Islamic finance principles and CSR engagement. Moreover, organizational characteristics also play a role in influencing ethical decision-making processes. These findings highlight the potential of Islamic finance to promote ethical conduct and CSR initiatives, contributing to a more sustainable and socially responsible business landscape

Strategic Agricultural Policies and Fertilizer Subsidies: Driving Business Success in Cianjur's Rice Sector
This research investigates the impact of strategic agricultural policies and fertilizer subsidies on the business success of rice farmers in Cianjur, Indonesia. A quantitative approach utilizing cross-sectional survey data from 300 rice farmers was employed. The study explores the demographic profile of respondents, descriptive statistics of key variables, correlations between policy variables and business success indicators, and regression analysis to assess predictors of rice yield. Results indicate a high utilization rate of fertilizer subsidies, positive correlations between subsidy utilization and business success indicators, and significant contributions of access to extension services, credit facilities, and infrastructure improvements to rice yield. The integration of policies in a holistic approach emerged as crucial for enhancing business success and promoting sustainable farming practices. These findings have implications for policymakers in crafting targeted and integrated policies to support agricultural resilience and livelihoods in Cianjur and similar agricultural regions

The Effect of Work-Life Balance, Internal Communication, and Rewards on Employee Engagement and Employee Performance: A Study on Generation Z
The presence of a new workforce poses a potential challenge to the performance of the organization. This challenge arises due to differences and conflicts of values, needs, preferences and expectations among employees who come from four different generations, namely Baby Boomers, X, Y, and Z. Based on data from Good Stats, the Indonesian population is currently dominated by Generation Z where their work attitudes tend to be more unique than other generations so companies need to understand and adjust the needs of this dominating workforce. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance, internal communication, and rewards, on employee engagement and employee performance of generation Z. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique distributed to 226 respondents who were in the birth range of 1997 to 2012, had at least 1 year of work experience and are currently working as a permanent employee. This study uses Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling analysis with SmartPLS software. Referring to the results of the analysis, it is known that work-life balance, internal communication, and rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, in addition to employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of generation Z employees
Legality of Interfaith Marriages in Indonesia: Legal Review, Implementation Management, and Psychological Impact on Families
This study aims to analyze the legality of interfaith marriage in Indonesia, including legal review, implementation management, and psychological impact on the family. The research method used is library research with a qualitative research approach. The study results show that policy recommendations must include changes to marriage laws, increasing public awareness, and education about the importance of tolerance and inclusivity in a multicultural society like Indonesia. The convoluted recording process and the inconsistency between state law and religious law are the main challenges that must be overcome. The implementation of the legality of interfaith marriage in Indonesia is still experiencing bureaucratic rigidity and a lack of coordination between related institutions. This creates administrative barriers that often prevent interfaith couples from obtaining official recognition of their marriage. Couples of different religions and their families experience significant psychological impacts, including social stigma, identity conflicts, psychological distress, and difficulties in educating children. The legal research method used in this research is normative juridical research which is research carried out or aimed only at written regulations with the nature of descriptive analysis research, which is a method that functions to describe or provide an overview of the object under study. The data source used is secondary data with quantitative data analysis. The results of this research are that the carrier must be responsible if loss or damage occurs from the transportation activity.
