The Learn-It-All Educator - A Guidebook for Training Brains, Not Replacing Them
This guidebook provides practical frameworks for higher education faculty to integrate AI thoughtfully into their teaching practice. Drawing on neuroscience research, educational theory, and real-world implementation experience, it offers four core frameworks: Cognitive Triage (managing educator workload), The Intelligent Gearbox (understanding AI capabilities), The Cognitive Gym (designing learning for brain development), and The Intelligent Simpleton (cultivating a learn-it-all mindset). The guidebook emphasizes training brains rather than replacing them, offering concrete strategies for using AI to enhance rather than diminish critical thinking and deep learning
Struggle for Recognition: A Case Study of Balochistan, Pakistan
This study explores the Baloch insurgency in Pakistan, not merely as a security or economic issue, but as a deep-rooted struggle for dignity and identity. While traditional narratives focus on resource control, this research investigates the profound psychological and cultural "wounds" that fuel long-standing resistance.
The Core Idea:
By bridging Axel Honneth’s theory of "Recognition" with Nancy Fraser’s work on "Redistribution," the project moves beyond a simple analysis of money and power. It looks at the human cost of being "unseen" or "disrespected" by one's own state.
What This Study Examines:
Economic Injustice: How the exploitation of natural resources in Balochistan creates a sense of "internal colonialism" among the local population.
Cultural Identity: The impact of state-imposed cultural and linguistic uniformity on the Baloch people's sense of belonging.
Moral Injury: The deep psychological trauma caused by systemic disrespect and human rights violations, such as enforced disappearances.
Purpose and Impact:
The project aims to show that lasting peace in Balochistan cannot be achieved through security measures alone. Instead, it proposes a "4Rs Model"—Redistribution, Recognition, Representation, and Reconciliation—to heal the social contract and ensure that the Baloch people are treated as equal stakeholders in their own land
