    The effect of entrepreneurial behavior on performance with mediation of affective commitment in vocational schools throughout West Kalimantan

    The quantitative approach, survey technique, analysis of statistical test data Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) Wrappls version 7, questionnaire data collection tool and documentation, the population of 3,999 and sample of 254 teachers, 29 public and private SMKs, research locations (3) hinterland districts: Sanggau, Sekadau, Landak districts; (3) coastal districts: Sambas, Mempawah and Kuburaya districts; (2) the city of Pontianak and the city of Singkawang. From the results of the study it was found that entrepreneurial behavior towards affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can enhance each other; Entrepreneurship on achievement is positive and significant, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can increase each other; Affective commitment to achievement is positive and significant, has a one-way relationship and can improve; Entrepreneurial behavior on achievement through affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can enhance each other. This investigation has been able to foster a new model of affective commitment and the development of the concept of achievement in SMKs throughout West Kalimantan

    This article is intended to explore a theme, “The Religious Role of The Leadership of Mosalaki Wonda, Ndori Clan, Lio Ethnicity, Ende District”. It raises the issue of how important is the religious functions of the Mosalaki (traditional leader) as a manager of the people in Wonda village. And it is designed to describe the duties given to him. Actually, in that area, the traditional leader has several jobs, but on this occasion, only discussed a religious role of him who can be an example for his citizens. The problem mentioned above can be analized based on the social theory promoted by Horton, Hunt, Soekanto, and Koentjaraningrat. All the informations related to the problem have been obtained through qualitative approaches and completed with some methods such as interview, oboservation, and documentary study. Mostly, the researchers take notes to what they observe, read some of references. As well as they used camera to record the utterences spoken by the interviewrs.     This paper attempts to cast light on a leading poet-playwright who signifies several Arabic cultures, proficiencies, and skills. The study aims at revealing to what extent the play Omar is a modern Arabic poetic play. Omar is a historical drama that deals with social problems. Omar presents a vision of Arabic drama in the modern age, but it is also a poetic play. For that, it is the task of the researcher to try to prove that Omar bears several grounds, such as poetic devices and connotative symbols, to be called a poetic drama. The investigator adopts the critical-descriptive method in analyzing the first scene of the introduction of the play, Omar. The paper is planned with an introductory overview dealing with a brief view of poetic drama and blank verse. The second part deals with Ali Ahmad Ba-Kathir as a pioneer poet-dramatist. The main part of the study deals with the epic play Omar with reference to the first scene of the introduction, shedding light on the skillfulness of the writer in manipulating poetic and musical devices.     The effect of entrepreneurial education on work motivation and polytechnic student entrepreneurial career intentions in Pariwisata Polytechnic Bali

    The study aimed to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on work motivation and entrepreneurial career intentions among Bali Tourism Polytechnic students. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique of 2,556 students used random sampling based on the Morgan table corrected using the Warwick and Lininger formulas to get a sample of 392 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The research results are; (1) Entrepreneurship education has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation with a coefficient of 0.251 and T-statistics of 2.428 and P-Values of 0.016; (2) Entrepreneurship education has a direct positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial career intentions with a coefficient of 0.264 and T-Statistics of 2.281 and P-Values of 0.023; (3) Work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial career intention coefficient 0.468 and T-Statistics 5.868 and P-Values 0.000; (4) Entrepreneurship education has an indirect effect on entrepreneurial career intentions through work motivation coefficient 0.118 and T-Statistics 2.055 and P-Values 0.040. The findings of this study are that work motivation has the strongest direct effect on entrepreneurial career intentions and can mediate the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial career intentions

    Marriage counseling: A Pastoral guidance for contract married couples in Motoring Satu Village, Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency

    The author grew up and was nurtured in Motoring Village, with its Christian population encompassing Protestant and Catholic believers. The community was tightly knit, upheld by robust kinship bonds, and upheld values of mutual support, "gotong-royong," and respect. The community encountered personal, familial, and societal challenges despite their mature and deep-rooted faith. The contentious issue of contract marriages arose, causing strife among the villagers. The Motoling villagers firmly believed contract marriages to be religiously and legally unlawful. However, instances persisted where contract marriages were established, typically lasting two years, especially involving men from the Philippines already married and women from Motoling. Despite the upheaval caused, these marriages proceeded. Recognizing the necessity, the church offered pastoral counseling, mainly targeting the couples involved, to prevent such occurrences in the future. Employing a literature review and conducting interviews with the contract marriage couple in Motoling Satu, the study highlighted the significance of pastoral guidance for contract marriage couples. The counseling aimed to imbue these couples with a comprehensive understanding of marriage's true essence and bolster their faith, enabling them to navigate challenges successfully. Interviews revealed that love united the contract marriage couple, although economic circumstances also played a role

    This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix and consumer behavior both partially and simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of hydroponic vegetables on the consumers of P4S Hikmah Farm. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 50 respondents. Methods of data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that partially variable of product, price, and promotion have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for hydroponic vegetables. Variable of place, cultural factor, personal factor, and psychological factor did not influence the purchasing decisions of hydroponic vegetables. Variable social factors have a negative effect on purchasing decisions for hydroponic vegetables. Simultaneously marketing mix and consumer behavior have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for hydroponic vegetables. The dominant variable in purchasing decisions is a product

    Evaluation of village owned enterprises (BUMDES) in Hunuth Village, Baguala District, Ambon City 2021

    The Government of Hunut Village, Baguala Sub-district, Ambon City has built several business units to develop the local community's economy. The BUMDES is still experiencing problems, namely the limited working capital and the lack of public awareness to optimize the potential of natural resources and policies that have been made by the Village Government (Pemdes). These factors make BUMDES innovation less developed in Hunut Village so that it has not been able to run optimally. The research results are (1). The Bumdes of Hunuth/Durian Patah Village already have a turnover or income, but it is not significant yet to make the BUMDES revenue source the Original Village Income (PADes) of Hunuth. (2). BUMDES Hunuth is at level 3, which means BUMDES must conduct capacity-building training and marketing feasibility studies. With this approach, the author can provide a more detailed description and explanation of the results of the BUMDes evaluation research in Hunut Village, Baguala District, Ambon City, in 2021

    Online midwife's training on psychoeducation of perinatal mental health during COVID-19 Pandemic

    Psychoeducation is an effort to prevent maternal anxiety which should be integrated into maternal health services. Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Sukorejo 1 Kendal in collaboration with Motherhope Indonesia held an online training program and psychoeducation for pregnant women for midwives. However, there are no reports related to the implementation of online training for the midwife to increase their knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of psychoeducation online training for midwives during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method applied qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this study were 1 head of the Puskesmas and 5 midwives. Data collection used online interviews (synchronous and asynchronous) and the WhatsApp platform. The interview guide was used as a guide for interviews that were previously conducted by pilot interviews. The data was then analyzed using thematic analysis with the Miles and Huberman framework. It can be concluded that the benefits of training could be felt by midwives, namely improving mental health literacy, enhancing skill, and changing the midwife’s paradigm. So, needed to improve the online training method of midwives about psychoeducation to rise the psychoeducation midwife’s role for a pregnant woman

    Oral language difficulties in patients aged 4 to 7 years at the chone type C health center

    The latest research shows the importance of early care in children who have difficulties in oral language, this condition has consequences, their socio-emotional development is also affected. of them, causing a negative impact on their relationship with society. The objective is to determine the causes that generate disorders in the use of oral language in patients 4 to 7 years of the Chone Type ¨C¨ Health Center. A sample of 25 patients was taken, 18 boys and 7 girls, who attend this medical unit in search of treatment for their language problem, different factors were analyzed, from the mother's gestation phase, neonatal stage and early childhood correlating them with the development of cognitive ability according to their age. The research has a qualitative approach, in addition the inductive and descriptive method was used. The applied technique was a test that contains a series of oral questions, visual and playful activities to verify the skills and abilities that the patient possesses, according to the evolutionary stage. It was found that children with language disorders also experience social, emotional and interaction problems with other people.&nbsp

    Creativity in the acquisition of cognitive skills in upper basic students

    Research has shown that the development of creativity in human beings, above all, from an early age, favors them in multiple aspects of their daily lives; being at the same time, the key to the acquisition of their cognitive abilities. Therefore, the present work focused on the review of creativity in students between 11 and 14 years of age from the "Amazonas" Educational Unit of the city of Chone, in the 2021-2022 school period. The stated objective was to determine the creativity in the acquisition of cognitive skills in the students of the upper basic. The study was developed under a mixed approach, since, due to its variables, it was necessary to combine both approaches, measure them on a scale and finally analyze them; based on a field and documentary bibliographical investigation; using the interview with the rector of the educational institution, and the survey with nine objective questions addressed to teachers, parents and students; where the failures of the teacher's participation in the classroom were evidenced in a large percentage, such as: planning with non-creative didactic resources; limited training on innovative teaching strategies; and, decreased stimulation of cognitive development
