    Green journalism and global environment: A statistical analysis on impact of news coverage in environmental issues

    The study aims to determine, that, media coverage is important to influence people for environmental awareness and taking action in the cases of environmental protection. Primary data analysis has done for graphical representation of data. Research shows that, a large number of respondents agreed that, media coverage can generate awareness to environmental issues and disaster management. So, from the statistical analysis, we can say that green journalism and  environmental Journalists, as well as mass media are playing a vital role to protect the environment. Media has uncommon occasions to gain the societies and policy makers the value of biodiversity in giving financial and ecological services and thereby promote its conservation, sustainable use and impartial sharing of benefits

    Sustainability of local culture in the middle of Nusa Penida tourism development

    Nusa Penida is currently developing into an international tourism destination. This activity entails inclusion of foreign cultural elements which have implications for the existence of local culture. Along with the development of technological advances and cultural transformation, Nusa Penida's local cultural potential is experiencing a shift. This research descriptively describes the Survival of Local Culture of Nusa Penida amidst the very rapid development of tourism. Qualitative and descriptively data were analyzed and presented so that it was found that tourism development has a direct impact on the maintenance of local culture so that ways are needed to synergize it. The results of the study show that the efforts made by the community in maintaining the local culture of Nusa Penida so that it continues to exist today include the role of traditional community leaders (bendesa and prajurunya) which are quite large in social control of their community members, religion in the life of the Nusa Penida people adheres to beliefs Hinduism is thick with rituals that are sacred and magical. This strength lies in traditional local cultural forms that people believe to be mystical.&nbsp

    This study examines word of mouth and digital marketing to tourist visits on Nusa Lembongan Island, Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of Word of mouth and digital marketing for tourist visits to Nusa Lembongan Island, Klungkung Regency and also to describe the implementation of Word of mouth and digital marketing to increase tourist visits to Nusa Lembongan Island, Klungkung Regency. The results of the discussion show that the application of digital marketing using digital media provides many benefits to Nusa Lembongan Island, Klungkung, including: (1) It is more cost-effective for promotion, digital marketing is the most preferred, namely in terms of budget, it is indeed more economical. Because promotional tools use digital media, there is no need to re-print brochures. There is no need to also make banners and billboards that are placed along the road, of course, it will cost more. You don't have to make advertisements in print or television media, where the advertising costs are very expensive. Just take advantage of digital media which is currently increasingly diverse to be used as promotional media. Such as using websites, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Email, TikTok and many other social media

    Correlation of fiber intakes with incidence of constipation in the elderly

    Constipation becomes one of the diseases that are often suffered by the elderly, many factors that affect constipation one of which is fiber intake. The goal of the study was to find out the relationship of fiber intake with the incidence of constipation in the elderly (elderly). The research is conducted with a cross-sectional approach.  The number of samples in the study as many as 65 elderly, sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The majority of research results obtained fiber intake of fewer than 50 people (76.9%), constipation as many as 34 people (52.3%), adequate fiber intake as many as 15 people (23.1%), and not constipation as many as 31 people (47.7%).  The chi-square test result was p-value 0.010 (? = <0.05), suggesting there was a meaningful relationship between fiber intake and constipation events. The conclusion of a study of less fiber intake can result in constipation in the elderly. The implications of the research are shown so that the elderly can maintain fiber intake patterns and avoid the occurrence of constipation

    Scientific writing at educational levels: Undergraduate and postgraduate

    The research aims to determine the degree of scientific writing at the educational levels: undergraduate and postgraduate of the Universidad Laica "Eloy Alfaro de Manabí”, Chone Extension. Scientific writing is not always an easy practice to handle, a bibliographical study was carried out with a review of different scientific articles that show results related to scientific writing, with a qualitative design; A non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used in a sample of 66 participants who were given a diagnostic evaluation survey. The result was that the most common scientific writing problems presented by undergraduate and graduate students are associated with scientific reading, difficulty in preparing scientific articles, use of grammatical rules, use of bibliographic citations and training in scientific writing

    Legal status of digital financial transactions in sharia economic perspective: Literacy of Islamic economic law study

    This literature review aims to gain understanding in the form of evidence of scientific studies that explain the legal status of digital financial transactions according to the knowledge of Islamic economics. The author believes that as technological civilization advances, it also impacts economic practices from conventional to modern ways. On the other hand, Islam also has a fundamental principle regulating business economic activities based on sharia law. To obtain evidence from field studies that support the problems of this study, the search for data has involved several sources of Islamic economics literature in economics and business journals both nationally and internationally that discuss issues of electronic transactions from an Islamic perspective. Based on the results of the study and discussion, we can conclude that the effects include the legal status of digital financial transactions according to the philosophy of Islamic sharia economics as far as the practice is following fiqh, which is the basic principle of transactions in muamalah studies, along with technological advances. Thus, this finding becomes helpful input for parties, including academics, in carrying out further studies of Islamic economic law

    Socioeconomic situation of MSMEs in the province of Carchi, period 2020

    The global Covid-19 pandemic brought with it various difficulties for established MSMEs and new MSMEs. The purpose of this research is to diagnose the socio-economic situation of MSMEs in the province of Carchi in the period 2020, using a quantitative approach with a simple descriptive type of research, the collection of information was carried out by submitting a sample of 363 mipymes of the province of Carchi, being stratified in the six belonging cantons, once the information was analyzed, it was determined that the main problems are: reductions in income to cover the expenses incurred, which produced an increase in the rate of unemployment and labor informality, 41.5% have had a beneficial impact with the closure of the border, increasing income from sales made, while 45.9% have had a detrimental impact with the closure of the border between Colombia and Ecuador. 41.6% of MSMEs consider the injection of capital through loans as their main activity. 37.3% of MSMEs face the financial pressure of paying requested loans. 43.3% of MSMEs have developed the ability to improve communication, as a strategy to increase sales

    Determination of confiscation of evidence of data in cyber crime

    The social order in the digital era is increasingly diverse through interaction and communication using high-tech devices. However, this often causes violations and disturbances to public order and harms others (cyber crime). Based on the background above, there is problem formulation in this research, namely what is the legal basis for determining data confiscation in cyber crime and what the mechanism for data confiscation in cybercrime is. The type of research used is normative, namely seeing and analyzing from the point of view of legislation and applicable norms, especially those related to the problems in this research. The result of discussion is that the legal basis for data confiscation in cyber crime is referring to Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). This law contains regulations regarding the management of information and electronic transactions at the national level, with the aim that information technology development can be carried out optimally, evenly, and spread to all levels of society in order to educate the nation's life, while the mechanism for confiscation of data in cyber crime begins with electronic data in the form of writing, images and sound or all three are intangible and cannot be seen/heard

    Analysis of family empowerment level in rural and urban area

    Based on data from the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), there are 3.97 million residents who are married and divorced until the end of June 2021. This number is equivalent to 1.46% of the total population of Indonesia, which reached 272.29 million people. The family is seen as an easily broken institution, so it needs to be protected. The family certainly cannot inhibit the influence of other environments on the family environment. It takes the ability to manage all the resources that exist inside and outside the family to overcome family problems, which can protect the family from rupture. Therefore, the effectiveness of implementing family functions is expected to determine significantly family empowerment. The research method uses a quantitative survey method using a questionnaire instrument. The study was conducted in two sub-districts, namely Duren Sawit District as an illustration of urban areas and Jasinga District as an illustration of rural areas. The results showed that the level of empowerment in rural and urban communities was not good because most respondents (47.1% urban communities, 49.3% rural communities) were in the moderate empowerment category

    Mobile applications are currently widely used instruments that facilitate access and navigation in other software, in this sense, more and more institutions of various kinds incorporate this type of innovative technological mechanisms with various purposes, among which tax management from parish governments. as that of the Chirijos community requires, in this context the purpose of this work was based on the design of an application that facilitates citizen user access to platforms such as the Internal Revenue Service both to check their assets and to pay them. A methodology based on the quantitative research approach was applied, of a descriptive type through tools such as click charts, pixlr and canva; obtaining the schematic process flow that details the step by step of the application, as well as the screenshots when accessing the application from the mobile and from the website of the parish government. In conclusion, the design of this practical and useful tool for the inhabitants from anywhere and at any time is emphasized, whose execution responsibility falls strictly on the autonomous decentralized parish government of Chirijos
