Quality of life, health and environment in older adults: Nursing house stress aging assessment
There are 20.24 million elderly in Indonesia or 8.03% of the total population. Increasing age will cause a decline in psychic, physical abilities and suffer from various diseases. The speed of the aging process depends on heredity and external factors that damage the fitness and health of the body. Some perceptions assume that the age of the elderly is the age of labile moments indicated by perceptions that include hope, feeling control and emotional responses. Based on these elderly problems. The subjects and objects of this study were elderly who lived in nursing homes in Central Java and Yogyakarta with an age range of 60-90 years. The research data was obtained participatory by distributing questionnaires and open interviews conducted to caregivers, administrators, and the elderly themselves. The results showed that the environmental conditions, health conditions, and quality of life of the elderly had a significant influence on stress aging. But different things happen when viewed from each variable. The quality of life of the elderly has a significant effect on the significance value of 0.001. Environmental conditions and health conditions do not affect the level of stress with the significance value of 0.203 and 0.813

Causative constructions in the language of nias
This is a brief analysis of causative constructions in Nias, an Austronesian language spoken by around 813,155 people on the island of Nias of the west coast of Sumatera in Indonesia. It specifically deals with the strategies employed in constructing causatives in the verb-initial language. Data were obtained from Nias-speaking informants living in Laowöwaga, one of the villages in the district of East Lahewa in the reference of North Nias. The results of the analysis show that causatives in the language of Nias are constructed through morpholexical operation involving affixes and words/pre-categrorials. More specifically, some causatives are formed by attaching prefix {fe-} or its allomorph {f-} to an intransitive verb. Some are formed by morpholexical operation involving suffix {-ö} and an adjective or suffix {-gö} and a pre-categorial. Both morpholexical operations involving prefix and those involving suffix and the base introduce direct causers. Some causatives are formed by attaching confix {fa-...-ö} to a transitive verb as the base. This morpholexical operation changes the argument function introduced from direct causer to indirect causer
Gender and work-life balance: A phenomenological study on Balinese female auditor
The auditor is one promising profession to current and the future. The number of women auditors currently is higher than in men. However, the number of female auditors currently has positively increased. Balinese female auditor’s research used an interpretive phenomenology analysis approach in exploring understanding. The subjects of this study involved three Balinese female auditors. Data mining was carried out by conducting in-depth interviewees to gain an understanding of the interviewer’s role as auditors of Balinese women in a dual role. The excavation results show the auditors have the concept of work-life balance always happy in life and always grateful. The highest motivation and support of interviewees is their family. Work-life balance is a challenge in life, namely, career, family, and social aspects in the customs form. The alternative work arrangements development is felt to be a solution to reduce work-life conflict and female auditor fatigue
An exploratory study on marketing strategies of selected home appliances at kolkata metropolitan
A study focuses on two aspects first, how existing marketing strategy provides a push the customer for selecting particular home appliances and the second one how demand on customers are motivated though using that marketing strategy. Because marketing strategies are just the ingredients which help to attract the consumer towards the product. So we conclude that our study focuses on two aspects first, how existing marketing strategy proves a push the customer for selecting particular home appliances and the second one how demand on customers are motivated though using that marketing strategy. In both cases, we found that there must be a strong correlation between the marketing strategies which prove a push or poke (shock- knock at the customer’s choice) while selecting a particular home appliance

Effect of fiscal decentralization policy of regional economic imbalances towards economy growth in Eastern Indonesia
The current research aimed at analyzing and knowing (1) the influence of fiscal decentralization policy towards economic growth in eastern Indonesia and (2) the influence of fiscal decentralization policy towards regional imbalances decline in eastern Indonesia. In order to reach the aims, panel data was analyzed. It was analyzed by accommodating information that related to cross-section variables and time series. The panel data, substantially, is expected to be able to decrease the problems of omitted-variables. Furthermore, regression effect analysis was applied for estimating the econometric model. The results of the current research have shown that: (1) fiscal decentralization policy influences growth of the regional economy, and (2) the relationship of fiscal decentralization policy with regional imbalance has confirmed that the decentralization fiscal has not got any ability to reduce the imbalances economy of eastern Indonesia
Reaction actions based on student learning assessment results
Teaching professional development is one of the relevant fields of educational context education, this work aims to investigate pedagogical reinforcement through feedback as a method of control systems, in order to monitor and optimize the behavior of the evaluation of students within the learning-teaching process and if teachers apply it in a timely manner. Brain quadrant model learning styles
This work was carried out with the interest of identifying learning styles based on the brain quadrant model to improve teaching. Current pedagogical orientations show a growing interest in teaching strategies, which circumvent traditional models, benefiting learning effectively and innovatively. The brain quadrant model helps guide people's personal and professional roles based on existing Sperry models (left and right hemisphere) and the McLean model (cortical and limbic brain). Herrmann crossed these two models to find the source of personal creativity based on the dominance of one or the other quadrant in each person so that they can recognize what would be the effective way to improve teaching. Through explanatory inquiry, cognitive innovation developed in teaching and honing cognitive, affective-social psychomotor skills to achieve different styles of learning and applicability is evaluated in content in daily life
