Existence of Bali Aga community religion: Pedawa Village in Buleleng
The research is aimed at exploring how the belief system of Bali Aga community? how the strategy for retention the identity of the Bali Aga community? and (3) how the implications of preserving the identity of the Balinese Aga community?. The grand theories used in the present study included structural functionalism, phenomenology, and religious. Data were collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Having analyzed data is conducted interpretive description techniques. Based on the results of the research conducted in Pedawa Village, it was found that the people currently still preserve their ancestral cultural heritage in the sense that the traditions and religious systems. They inherit are still functional in managing their socio-religious life. The adjustments are indeed conducted in order to preserve the continuity of the traditions that they do. The concept of AGIL namely Adaptation, Goal, Integration, and Latency shows its existence in the field. The study also found that there was an exciting kind of awakening to strengthen the religious system and traditions. They inherited unlike reviving the sacred dances they had, and the tradition of planting of gaga rice had been increasingly difficult to find. It is one of the important facilities in the Bali Aga ritual system
Celebrity endorsement, electronic word of mouth and trust brand on buying habits: Georgios women fashion online shop products in Instagram
The study is aimed at determining the effect of celebrity endorsement, electronic word of mouth, brand trust on buying habits. The development of fashion products is currently growing rapidly along with technological advancements. Many companies compete to increase buying habits. With good buying habits, it can affect sales. There are several things that can increase buying habits including celebrity endorsement, electronic word of mouth, brand trust. The type of data is quantitative data. Data collection techniques in this study were using questionnaires and documentation studies. The instruments in this study used validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and uses SPSS version 20.0. The results of the t-test in this study were celebrity endorsement of 0.006, electronic word of mouth of 0.020, the brand trust of 0.019. This shows that partially the three variables have a positive and significant effect on buying habits. The results of the f test in this study are 2.73, which means that the variable celebrity endorsement, electronic word of mouth and brand trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying habits
Commodification of usada bali: between profit-oriented and negotiation of sasana balian
The purpose of this research is to understand and explain the discourse and practice of commodifying the usada Bali and negotiating the balian atmosphere in relation to economic interests. The method used is critical ethnography with qualitative analysis. This study found that the practice of commodifying usada Bali by balian was done by manipulating cultural capital, symbolic capital, and economic capital in the domains and dynamics of the habitus of usada Bali treatment to achieve economic goals. In medical practice, the balian people conduct negotiations in the gymnasium as a professional code of ethics in the midst of increasingly tighter competition in medical services. The findings of this study reflect the occurrence of mutual transformation in the practice of Balinese usada medicine due to the hegemony of modernity

Mediation role of job satisfaction towards effect of conflict roles on organizational commitment: Study on private hospitals non-medical employees in Mataram city
The current study aimed at analyzing as well as determining job satisfaction on organizational commitment in non-medical employees at Indonesia private hospitals. It examined the influence of role conflict on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-medical employees of Private Hospitals in Mataram City- Indonesia. The total samples were 118 employees. The researchers, in collecting data, applied techniques of questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. After that, the data were analyzed using 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of this study have indicated that the role of conflict has got a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. It has also got a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has got a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The role conflict itself, through job satisfaction mediation, has got a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment
Meaning of cost components and cost magnitude determining tender prices: A study on CV. RG
The cost was the basis for management in determining the selling price of a product or service. In construction service companies, the cost determining is important. It will affect the value of the tender proposal submitted to get the job. CV. RG is a construction service company provides services in the civil and building fields. CV. RG, of course, has often participated in tenders. The problem is the company often suffer losses. The company’s success rate is still relatively low. The company participates in a tender, costs, and efforts arise in preparing the tender. In conducting costing, there are at least two aspects must be considered. It is namely the cost component and cost magnitude. This study uses a phenomenological approach to gain an understanding of decision holders about a reality based on experience. The interpretative phenomenology method is suitable to be used due to the researcher wants to reveal and understand how the decision holders. CV. RG means cost component and cost magnitude is in the process of price-determining the tender proposal. The results of the research analysis showed that in determining the cost component. The informant felt complicated due to the situation at hand. The dilemma feelings also accompanied the informants in determining the cost magnitude of the tender proposal. The meaning of this informant can also be explained because of motives and in order to motives that underlie the informant actions
Effect of conflict and unclear role on auditor performance with emotional quotient as moderating variable
This study aimed at obtaining empirical evidence about the effect of role conflict and role unclear on auditor performance and the role of emotional quotient in moderating the effect of role conflict and role unclear on auditor performance. Auditor has confronted the potential role conflicts and unclear role effects on auditor performance. A person who has a good emotional quotient can manage his/her emotions well. They are more able to control their self if it is faced on role conflicts and unclear roles in carrying out their duties or roles as an auditor. The resulting performance tends to be better. The present research was conducted in a public accounting firm in Bali. A questionnaire instrument was used as a survey method. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses were multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The number of samples was 92 respondents and used a sample determination method with a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The number of questionnaires distributed was 92 copies but only 61 were returned
Approaches to evaluation assumed by teachers on teaching process - learning
Evaluation is a central issue in the educational process because it can define the success or failure of that process. The purpose of this article was to investigate the evaluation approaches that teachers assume in the teaching and learning process in the Educational Unit “Edwin Hernán Mendoza Bravo”, of the Colón parish, to learn how the teacher performs the evaluation practices in their daily work The research that was carried out was of exploratory type and with a descriptive and systematic methodology supported in the review of bibliographic sources of the specialized literature. The technique and instrument that was used was the survey to achieve, interpret and reveal the results obtained, according to these, it was possible to reach the following conclusions: Many teachers do not usually apply the educational evaluation in their pedagogical work and focus on the tests or exams to obtain final results. Authentic evaluation and innovative strategies are unimportant elements because traditional techniques and instruments such as the written test and the questionnaire still prevail
Effect of third party funds and BI rate on credit distribution of BNI
This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds and BI Rate to Bank BNI lending in the period of 2010 until the third quarter of 2016 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this research to produce numbers R square of 98.5% means that independent variables can explain 98.5% of the dependent variable and the rest is explained by other variables not examined by the independent variables used simultaneously significant effect on lending. While partially, third party funds and a significant positive effect on credit distribution mean when the deposits rise, the loan portfolio also increased and vice versa. While the BI Rate has no effect on credit in a positive direction. The suggestions that could be recommended include increasing third party funds by improving the performance of employees or gift for the customer in order to get more fund: Optimization lending to the public in accordance with the function of the bank; and using regression analysis with a distributed lag models for further research so that better results
Fresco paintings in the khem singh bhedi haveli
This paper debated an overview of fresco paintings of historical Sikh Haveli, which is situated on the Potohar Plateau and located in Kallar Sayedan at Rawalpindi. The Haveli is locally known as Bhedi Mahal. The Potohar Plateau is not famous for prehistoric cultures but also for the Hindu and Sikh monuments before the partition period. These monuments are the property of the evacuee trust of Pakistan which is responsible for protection and preservation. In addition, the Sikhs Haveli is well known as the Khem Bhedi Singh. It is covered approximately four canals. There are numerous fresco paintings on the walls and the columns inside the Haveli, having secular and religious themes. The religious paintings have a portrait of Sikh gurus. Floral designs were also seen in these paintings. These paintings are refluxed to Indian art and also influenced by Pahari and Ajanta School of Arts. The purpose of this research is to document and properly conserve these murals of historical importance. The researcher has conducted a survey of the area by frequent visits to Kallar Sayedan and carefully studied paintings of Haveli and their various aspects
