The effect of financial literacy towards financial inclusion through financial training
The current study aimed to describe the influence of financial literacy on financial inclusion that mediated by financial training. It focused on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Respondents in the study were 54 respondents that were taken from 119 MSMEs in Kupang city, Indonesia. The analysis applied path analysis technique. It was to determine the direct or indirect relationship with SPSS Version 20. Analysis results have shown that financial literacy has got a direct and significant impact on financial inclusion. Its contribution to financial training is 33%. In the other side, the contribution of financial literacy towards inclusion is 32%. Furthermore, financial training has mediated the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion. The presentation is 11%. This phenomenon shows that in the future, it is necessary to increase the frequency of financial training for MSMEs actors in Kupang city, Indonesia. The training has to be conducted to increase financial inclusion in understanding the knowledge of the financial product. Since the current study only examined financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial training, it is suggested that the future researches may examine other aspects such as transparency, accountability, and quality of financial statements
Syntactical analysis of essays
The main purpose of this research is to describe: (1) sentence type; (2) Unity sentence; and (3) sentence structure found in the class VI students elementary school in Buleleng Regency, Bali Province. The data source used to be the subject in this study is a class VI elementary school student in Buleleng Regency, Bali province. Meanwhile, the object is (1) sentence type; (2) unity sentence; and (3) sentence structure found in the class VI students elementary School in Buleleng Regency, Bali Province. The method used in collecting data is a document recording method. Collected data is analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) The type of sentence found in the class VI elementary school students in Buleleng Regency, Bali Province can be divided according to (a) the contents, there are 219 sentences; (b) The number of the clauses, there are 74 single sentences, 145 compound sentences; (c) The predicate of the establishment, there are 216 verbal sentences and 3 nominal sentences; and (d) the nature of the actor's relationship, there are 201 active sentences and 18 passive sentences
Influence factor of consumers interest on using E-money
The objectives of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer interest in using e-money in Badung and Denpasar City in Bali. This study uses the analysis of SEM structural equations with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS). Consumer attitudes mediate the influence of the relationship between perceived benefits and perceived ease of consumer interest in using e-money, the attitude of consumers in using e-money does not mediate the effect of the relationship between customer knowledge on consumer interest in using e-money. The coefficient of determination R-square for attitude variables is 0.502, which means that the variable attitude of consumers in using e-money can be explained by the variable perception of benefits, perceived convenience and consumer knowledge by 50.2 percent, or in other words, every variant of consumer attitudes e-money will be explained by the variable perception of benefits, perceived ease and consumers knowledge by 50.2 percent, the rest explained by other variables outside the model by 49.8 percent
Fear of failure: psychological actions for control in santiagueros school pessimist
This paper summarizes the results of an investigation carried out with weightlifters of the 15-16 years category of the EIDE "Captain Orestes Acosta" of Santiago de Cuba. From the application of methods and techniques such as observations to training and competitions, semi-structured interviews to athletes and coaches, Inventory of Evaluation of the Error in performance, Attitude Test for Competition, the Inventory of Psychological Performance, as well as the review of documents and statistical records of coaches, among others; it was found that these athletes did not achieve the successful realization of the lifts, manifesting in them a high level of tension, generating insecurity, nervousness, among other negative psychological manifestations that affected the athlete's performance, associated with irrational or maladaptive beliefs and thoughts. To help solve this problem, an action plan was implemented that involved the psychologist, coaches, athletes, and family members. It was an open, flexible, participatory, group, practical and experiential. Its effectiveness was proven from the cognitive restructuring of dysfunctional ideas and thoughts that hinder the achievement of adequate sports performance
Millennial generation in accepting mutations: Impact on work stress and employee performance
This study is aimed at examining the impact of work mutations on work stress, as well as on employee performance. Having seen the differences in the phenomenon that occurs between female employees and male employees. The respondents were included in this study were 108 millennial employees of Dental Clinic Centre, consisting of 68 women and 40 men. The technique of data analysis used is WrapPLS. The results of the study indicate that work mutations have a negative impact on work stress, as well as work stress negatively affects performance. Work stress furthermore mediates the impact of work mutations on employee performance. It’s also found that there were differences between men and women in facing the work mutations that occurred. The employee of men is found to be calmer and not stressed in facing the work mutations that occur, while women are the opposite
Tri hita karana and sad kertih values in Belimbing rural tourism development: Reinventing the loss of Bali
The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali is not an irrational expectation considering that Bali has been known as a world tourist destination through various awards attributed to the island. In fact, some of the achievements that have been nominated to Bali are because of the unity of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana (THK) and Sad Kertih (SK) values as local wisdom in maintaining Balinese balance. However, the lack of consistency of tourism actors in supporting cultural tourism, especially in maintaining and increasing appreciation of Balinese culture can make Bali gradually will be left by tourists. Therefore, the hegemonic capitalist that commodify Bali for tourism-business interests needs to be countered for a reinvention of the loss of Bali. This study aims at investigating the revitalization of THK and SK values in the development of Belimbing tourist village. The method used is descriptive qualitative with techniques for collecting data on participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. While the theory used is hegemony and counter-hegemony. The results of the study show that the need for revitalization, transformation, conservation, and actualization of the values of THK and SK local wisdom, as an effort to realize the multiplier effects of developing community-based tourism villages and based on local wisdom values which ultimately leads
The importance of formative assessment in the learning teaching process
The present research aimed to know the role that the formative evaluation fulfills in the teaching-learning process, this is based on a continuous evaluation process that occurs during learning, based on the search and interpretation of evidence about student performance and the scope of students' different goals, projections or objectives. Within the methodology, analytical and research methods were used, thus knowing the importance of evaluation; analyzing the needs and interests of students through a survey that was conducted in the Technical Educational Unit "Walter Francisco Andrade Ortiz" of the City of Pedernales; with the aim of raising awareness in the teachers of the institution, the importance of formative evaluation as a means to raise the quality of performance of students, and thus to demonstrate the results of learning obtained within the classroom in students: The results of the research showed that the formative assessment improves the school performance of the students and this can be used as a strategy to promote collaboration between them
Program evaluation: implementation of tourism village development
The tourism development program is a sustainable development program that has a vision of achieving equitable economic growth in the community that is based on the utilization of the potential of natural resources and other resources in the community. This study aims to examine the potential and problems in the development of tourism villages in Sambangan Village, Sukasada District as one of the Tourism Villages stipulated in Buleleng Regent Decree No. 430/405/HK/2017 concerning Tourism Village of Buleleng Regency. The research began with an evaluation study using the UCLA CSE model approach. The results showed aspects of the development of tourism villages in Sambangan Village have not yet maximally utilized natural resources or other resources as a viable tourism village product. From the results of the analysis conducted, the development of this tourism village product requires a management model that combines the elements of natural resources in the village with Balinese local wisdom that underlies the life and behavior of the Balinese people in general and requires a touch of technology-based innovation
Effect of emotional intelligence on counterproductive work behavior with job stress as an intervening variable: Study on civil servants in Mataram City
This study aims to analyze the effect of knowing and analyzing the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Counterproductive Work Behavior, to find out and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Stress and to determine and analyze the effect of Job Stress on Counterproductive Work Behavior on Civil Servants in Mataram City. The population in this study were echelon IV civil servants in the city of Mataram as many as 734 people. The number of samples is 90 people. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, while the data collection tools used questionnaires. The analytical tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Emotional Intelligence had a negative and insignificant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, Emotional Intelligence had a negative and significant effect on work stress, Job Stress had a positive and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior and Emotional Intelligence had a negative and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior mediated by work stress
Utilizing the values of local wisdom: A solution for illegal logging conflict in Sumbawa forest
Forest destruction in Sumbawa is caused by Illegal Logging activities. Illegal Logging in Sumbawa has been triggered by several factors including the problem of community forest utilization, administrative problems in terms of logging permission, timber businessmen with retailer permission and violating timber hoarding activities. The formulated research question in this study is how to solve the conflict of illegal logging based on local wisdom in Sumbawa forest? This study is a non-doctrinal approach with qualitative research design by using legal sociology approach. This study revealed that to solve illegal logging in Sumbawa, it did not only rest on state law but there are also local wisdom values ??that need to be developed and utilized. The local wisdom of the Sumbawa community, namely Pati Ongong has been able to protect Sumbawa forests from the practice of illegal logging. There are rules and traditional rituals that must be conducted and accomplished by the Sumbawa people if they want to cut wood in the forest
