    Company performance measurement applying balanced scorecard approach

    This research was intended to know how the performance of corporate government (BUMN) in Bali on period 2014-2016. It was reviewed from balance scorecard perspective. It was for to the detection and measures performance. The research concluded (1) the performance was reviewed from financial perspective maximal yet.     Unlike traditional village of Bali Aga, Tenganan Pegringsingan Village has a unique culture inherited from its ancestors. To strengthen its resilience, then local policies have been established which are passed down from generation to generation. The fundamental challenge is maintaining the existence of culture to face the globalization era. The description of this article is based on information through observation, interviews with community leaders and cultural observers of the Tenganan Pegringsingan Village. Not all cultures can be preserved due to the demands of tolerance from the influence of the social dynamics which have emerged lately. Finally, the local policy in preserving the culture of Tenganan Pegringsingan village has a dilemma, on the one hand, it maintains the mandate of its ancestors, but on the other hand, it cannot avoid the social dynamics due to the globalization era, so that there are some cultures undergoing change

    The crises linked to the high costs of oil and environmental pollution have led to think about the large-scale use of systems that use renewable energy sources, as a measure to mitigate these impacts. In Cuba there are more than 10,000 installations that take advantage of renewable sources using different technologies, these are of small format; but also there are conditions of a renewable potential distributed throughout the national territory, which allows us to continue introducing these practices in a larger scale and format. The work deals, with the possibilities offered by the use of the potential of the renewable energy source as a measure of economic savings and reduction of disaster risks, exposing the need to link the facilities that take advantage of these resources, with the stability of the energy services for the confrontation of natural disasters and for exceptional situations, in addition to the rescue of certain energetic cultural traditions, which can help in the formation of social habits of efficiency and austerity in consumption, propitiating the reduction of the associated environmental impacts and the promulgation of a legal norm that protects and orders the penetration of renewable sources in the national energy matrix

    Buleleng Regency is known for its abundant natural products, one of the typical plantation products from Buleleng Regency is Alfonso Lavalle's black grapes. One of the areas producing black grapes in Buleleng regency is Banjar village. Banjar known as one of tourism destination especially “Banjar hot spring tourist destination”. Along with the development of tourism that leads to the environment, Banjar village community especially grapes farmer tries to develop agritourism as one of the options supporting the tourist attraction in the Banjar district. Wineries have started to be developed as an alternative tourist destination in the village of Banjar through the development of agritourism. The vineyard land began to decrease because the yield did not match the care taken, besides that the price of grapes dropped and easily decomposed. Groups of grape farmers began to look for alternatives to process the excess yields of perishable grapes by processing the yields into traditional processed foods for consumption or use as for Balinese ceremonies.     Ngaba and makta of balinese action verbs, how to map their meanings?

    The parts of the body is the most common location for the activity having notion to bring represented by verbs in Balinese Language. This article aims to map the meaning of the action verbs having to bring notion, represented by ngaba and makta. The oral data was collected from key-informen residing in two regencies in Bali, namely Klungkung and Karangasem. The written data are from the newspaper called Bali Orti published from March-May 2019. The method of collecting the spoken data was interviewing the key-informen in both regencies, however the written one was by observation and note-taking. Metalanguage applied to analyze the collected data, showed that there are two features found for the meaning of the action verbs to bring, namely generic and specific. The generic feature is represented by ngaba or makta mapped by ‘someone brings something in any parts of one’s body’, the specific one is characterized by the special location where the action to bring happens, e.g. nyuun ‘the activity of to bring happens on one’s head, negen ’bring something on one’s shoulder’, etc.  Almost nearly all the specific data features the one’s part of body as the place of the action

    The paper aimed at describing and elaborating the different meanings appear on the description of tourist destinations in two forms. Second, make observations and in-depth interviews of informants who came and witnessed a place of tourist destinations after getting information on digital pages. The analysis of the combined two data attempts to show the uniqueness, the gap, and the difference between cyberspace images of tourist destinations, with the opinions and perceptions of tourist visitors who have seen the real destination. The main aim of this article is to demonstrate the theoretical support of a model about the effect of digital marketing tools technologies on low-density tourism region.     Influence of gender, work environment, compensation and loyalty of employees

    The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of gender, compensation, and working environment simultaneously and partially to the loyalty of employees at CV. Shade Collection Denpasar and to determine which variables are dominant. This survey respondents amounted to 51 people. The data collection method used was the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was analysis and linear regression analysis. The result of research shows that gender, compensation, and work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee loyalty at CV. Shade Collection Denpasar. In partial, compensation and working environment significantly influence employee loyalty, whereas no significant gender effect on employee loyalty at CV. Shade Collection Denpasar. It is proved that the compensation is a dominant influencing variable on employee loyalty. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that CV. Shade Collection Denpasar should pay more attention to the system of compensation, particularly in terms of salary and overtime pay as well as pay attention to employees workplace environment, particularly in terms of comfort while doing their job

    Tax sanctions, tax amnesty program, and tax obligation placement towards compliance report on corporate taxpayers

    The level of taxpayer compliance was very low. It was due to the lack of the taxpayer’s knowledge in fulfilling tax obligations. The level of the taxpayer’s awareness has not reached the expected level. The study was intended to determine whether there were significant effects of taxation sanctions, tax amnesty program, and assets placement report on compliance with tax obligations of the corporate taxpayers conducted at the Official Service of Pratama Tax in East Denpasar. It was used, 293 respondents. The research method used was a descriptive method with survey technique through questionnaire distribution. Statistical testing used multiple linear regression analysis where the influence of variables was tested using the t-test. The research obtained that taxation sanctions, tax amnesty program, and assets placement report affect the compliance of tax obligations of corporate taxpayers with an influence of 78.6% was a positive direction, while the remaining 21.4% was explained by other factors not examined
