Physical evidence promotion on consumer decisions in using bowling sport services
This study aimed to determine the effect of physical evidence promotion on consumer decisions using the bowling sport industry services, a case study at the JSC bowling arena in Palembang. The data used were the primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 people who have played bowling at the JSC bowling arena in Palembang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from multiple linear regression analysis are physical evidence promotion according to the model suitability influencing consumer decisions using the bowling sport industry services in the JSC bowling arena. However, people partially do not affect consumer decisions using the bowling sports industry's services at the JSC Bowling Center Arena. This research is expected to be a reference for choosing which variables are better used in future studies at the JSC Bowling Center Arena. Therefore, this research can be a reference to increase visitor sales figures in the following year
Role models on student’s entrepreneurial intentions: A case study
The study aimed at determining the effects of role models on students' Entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship has been identified as a key driver of economic growth as it can help in reducing unemployment; however, the problem of unemployment among graduates persists as most of them end up seeking paid employments rather than taking advantage of the available business opportunities. This could be attributed to the job-seeking mentality of most graduates and the fact that they never had any intention of going into businesses on their own. The presence of role models in the form of attitudes towards entrepreneurship perceived behavioural control and social norms were proposed as they have been found to have a positive effect on student's entrepreneurial intentions. To achieve this, the survey research design was adopted, Taro Yamen's formula was used to derive a sample size of 263 respondents from the total population of 753 students studying Business Administration, Accounting and Marketing from Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro and Ogwash-you. Cronbach's alpha test was used to test the reliability of the instrument, while correlation and regression analysis were employed for the test of hypotheses
Evaluation focused on processes to improve the academic performance of students
This paper aims to analyze the process-centered evaluation to improve the academic performance of the students in a Rural Educational Unit of the Rocafuerte Canton, to meet and achieve the objective, non-exploratory research was conducted with a quantitative-qualitative approach, using the scientific, analytical, and synthetic methods. The commitment was made with young people in the eighth year of basic general education. For this, a survey design has been used through a questionnaire through a Google Form to the students, so it was obtained as a result, that the students are not comfortable with the assessment of the written exams, they would like to be evaluated with different instruments eliminating the traditional evaluations, and ask for greater evaluation of the daily work, so it is concluded that it is necessary to innovate in the evaluation techniques to achieve motivation in the student and obtain better educational product results
Culturological ideas of teaching a foreign language: concepts and theories (the end of 20th – at the beginning of the 21st century)
The rapidly expanding international cooperation in the late 20th - early 21st centuries raised the question of foreign language learning as well as cultural understanding. Without these essential aspects, intercultural communication cannot be efficient. The high interest in foreign language learning contributed to the search for the most effective ways of teaching it. The concepts and theories appeared at the turn of two centuries in Russia, remaining relevant today. They became the essential basis for further research on foreign language teaching in the framework of the dialogue of cultures. The cultural idea is focused on learning both the Language and culture. Safonova (1993), developed a socio-cultural approach to teaching a foreign language as a specialty. She has proved the necessity of integration of the culture of the country being studied into the educational process. ? methodical model of foreign language teaching was proposed as a basis for developing the bicultural personality of students
Contribution of culture industry and social change efforts to increase employment opportunities
This study examines the contribution of the cultural industry and social change to increase work opportunity competition in the Kutuh Village of Ubud Bali. The advancement of technology and information is very fast causing all components of life to change both the values ??and culture of society with the rapid modernization in all fields causing changes in the economic, social and cultural, very dynamic lifestyle. The problem in this study: How is the contribution of the cultural industry and social change to increase employment opportunities competition in the Kutuh Village of Ubud Bali. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, using proportional sampling techniques consisting of the community of artisans and painters in the Village of Kutuh Petulu, Ubud, Bali. The development of the cultural industry in the community of Kutuh Village can create jobs for future generations so that the Groos Domestic Product of Bali is increasing given the enormity of globalization. Globalization has the Dimension of Ideology and Technology. The ideology dimension, namely capitalism and free markets, while the technological dimension is information technology that has united the world
Effect of gamelan selonding commodification on Balinese society
This paper aimed at answering the challenge to understand, provide an interpretation of the empirical phenomenon combined with logic systems, and truth values. The writing mechanism is to analyze the described text, used as a starting point to find out and understand the effect of gamelan selonding commodification on Balinese society. Gamelan selonding is a set of gamelan instruments whose blades all shaped. The blade material is made of iron. It is often referred to as gamelan selonding wesi. The slats are hung above the pelawah [paddle] following a predetermined row of tones. It is developed empowering the potential tradition in the formulation of modern performance art expressions. It has given more space to Balinese artists to produce new nuanced products by empowering their traditional conditions. The efforts of creativity and innovation carried out, in many ways affect the way of viewing and understanding of the gamelan selonding so that commodification is inevitable. Commodification is an effort to search for artists to realize new works with the dimensions of space and time, oriented to the present aesthetic and enlightenment to answer future challenges. 
The effect of deep breathing technique and lo’i sto combination on decreasing the symptomps of asthma patients at the area of public health center of Penana’e
Asthma is a disease that occurs due to the narrowing of the airway that is reversible in a short time in thick mucus, spasm, and mucosal edema and also desquamation of the bronchial/bronchial epithelium form, due to eosinophilic inflammation with excessive sensitivity. An asthma attack is often triggered by an Upper Respiratory tract Infection (URI), smoking, emotional stress, physical activity, and antigenic/allergens stimulation including; inhalant that entering the body through breathing, ingestan that entering the body through the mouth, the contaminant that entering the body through the skin contact. This study aims to identify the deep breathing technique with lo'i sto for decreasing the symptomps of asthma between the intervention group and the control group. The experimental research design in this study used a quasy experimental design. The research design used was a non-random control group pretest-posttest design. A total of 66 people were sampled using the quota sampling technique following the criteria inclusion in research studies. Deep breathing technique with lo'i sto is carried out for 3 weeks along with the observing asthma symptoms weekly before and after deep breathing technique with lo'i sto to all of the respondents.
 
Improving the quality of education through technical proficiency
Schools are complex and unique institutions. They are complex because madrasas are organizational in which there are various dimensions which are interrelated and mutually determine each other. Meanwhile, it is unique that madrasas as institutions have certain characteristics that other organizations do not have. This study focuses on managerial skills in improving the quality of education, with the focus of research: How are the efforts of the Madrasah Principal to improve the quality of education through technical skills. Improving the quality of education is manifested through clear planning as outlined in the vision, mission, and objectives, and using the right strategy, namely empowering existing human resources, forming teamwork, minimizing problems, and continuous improvement through program evaluation
Problematic economic empowerment and prospectus of human resource development through establishment of economic study program based on Hindu cultural
This study aims to conduct a study of economic empowerment problems and the prospectus of human resource development through establish an economic study program based on Hindu culture in West Nusa Tenggara. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study model. Based on the results of the study found several findings. First, community economic empowerment for Hindus in West Lombok Regency, Mataram City, and North Lombok Regency with the largest Hindu population and as a mirror of the Hindus of West Nusa Tenggara Province has not met the right format so that in its implementation it has difficulties in development. Second, pasraman as a Hindu religious education institution that grows from the ideas of religious and customary figures in a certain region is the time to reposition its function in addressing disruption phenomena that engulf organizational culture such as various social, economic, social and political problems because it has great potential in development human Resources. Third, the repositioning of economic functions for pasraman begins with the method of building synergy between interagency programs. Fourth, the prospectus of opening an economic study program based on Hinduism and local culture
Alternative media for the preservation of traditional arts through collaboration pop art style wayang pacitan beber
This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the main focus of describing and explaining the illustrative style of pop art stylization as an alternative medium for the development of Beber Pacitan puppets. This research aims to develop the wayang beber character through the stylization of the wayang characters, which seeks to preserve the Pacitan beber puppet. The stages of analysis from various sources were generated in the form of information, literature reviews and interviews which were all carried out using an interactive model, where each component of the analysis included the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and concluding. The data validity test used data triangulation techniques, namely, data source triangulation and theory triangulation. The data analysis technique uses interactive chain analysis with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research are the characters of the wayang beber characters with pop art stylization so that they can become alternative media for the development of traditional art. Traditional art combined with various styles and illustration techniques can develop the Beber Pacitan wayang so that it can be more attractive to future generations without losing its identity
