    Evaluation of service quality and quality of financial information service system on customer satisfaction: Case study at The Financial Services Authority Solo Office

    The objectives to be obtained from the results of this research are: 1) To measure and test the influence, both partially and simultaneously, of knowledge of Service Quality and FSA Financial Information Service System(FISS) Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction at the Solo FSA Office. 2) To find out the factors that have the most dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction at the FSA Solo Office. This research was conducted on approximately 100 FSA Solo Office customers in January. Then 50% or 50 customers were taken to be used as samples. The research results found that both partially and simultaneously there was an influence of Service Quality and FSA FISS Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction at the Solo FSA Office. From the two independent variables, it is known that Service Quality has the most dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction at the FSA Solo Office. The overall research concludes that there is a joint positive and significant influence between Service Quality and FSA FISS Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction at the FSA Solo Office.&nbsp

    The effect of entrepreneur characteristics and business characteristics on the growth of MSMEs in South Kalimantan: Case study at BNI Bank Branches in South Kalimantan

    The purpose of this study is to Knowing the effect of entrepreneur characteristics partially. 2. Knowing the effect of entrepreneur characteristics simultaneously. 3. Knowing the effect of business characteristics partially. 4. Knowing the effect of business characteristics simultaneously. Research respondents were BNI bank debtors as many as 328 samples. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study prove that: 1. Entrepreneur characteristics partially have a significant positive effect on the growth of MSMEs in South Kalimantan are informal education variables, and business experience. The characteristics of entrepreneurs that partially have no effect on the growth of MSMEs in South Kalimantan are the variables of formal education and gender. 2. Entrepreneur characteristics simultaneously have a significant effect on the growth of MSMEs in South Kalimantan. 3. Business characteristics that partially. Business characteristics that partially have a significant positive effect on the growth of MSMEs in South Kalimantan are the variables of business capital, type of business, number of workers, and age of business.  4. Business characteristics can simultaneously have a significant effect on the growth of MSMEs in South Kalimantan.

    The influence of work environment and emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction in PT Waskita Toll Road

    This research aimed to determine the influence of the work environment and emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction at PT Waskita Toll Road. The population and sample in this research are all employees at PT Waskita Toll Road in Jakarta in 2023, with as many as 136 employees using the census method to determine the sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the work environment and emotional intelligence positively and significantly affect employee job satisfaction. In the work environment, it is hoped that improvements will be made to the condition of the windows and air ventilation in the workspace, which needs to be evaluated in terms of arrangement and function. Each workspace should be provided with a window that can be used properly. Emotional intelligence, with the characteristics of employees who are not open about their feelings. It makes employees vulnerable to stress and burnout

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style and organisational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Palembang Arief Area. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Arief Area which amounted to 211 employees. Based on calculations using the Slovin formula, the sample who became respondents in this study became 138 employees at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk using a random sampling technique in determining the sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that leadership style and organisational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, it is expected that the role of superiors is in giving praise or appreciation to employees because it is still considered important for employees. Organisational culture, it is expected that there should not be too frequent changes in organisational structure both internally in branch offices and employee transfers to other branch offices or other regional offices

    The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the, Environmental Social And Governance (ESG) on the Banking Company firm's performance listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 9 companies with a research period from 2019-2022 so that there were 36 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that Environmental has a significant positive effect, Governance and Social has no significant effect on firm's performance. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to that Environmental Social And Governance and those that can affect profitabilty so that company performance can increase

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on the performance of outsourced employees of PT Tara in the maintenance work unit of PT Bukit Asam Kertapati Dock Unit. The population and sample in this study were all outsourced employees of PT Tara in the maintenance work unit of PT Bukit Asam Kertapati Dock Unit in 2023-2024 as many as 33 employees using the census method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style, it is expected that the role of superiors can provide opportunities for employees to give opinions. Work motivation, it is expected that superiors can provide fair input to employees so that fellow employees can establish good relationships

    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in improving the regional economy and the economy of a country. The government pays great attention to the development of MSMEs to survive the global crisis. Various initiatives are always pursued by the government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises so that more and more individuals want to pursue the entrepreneurial world. UMKM Omah Kepiting is one of the Pakal Emas MSMEs groups located in Surabaya. MSMEs Omah Kepiting provides a variety of foods with certain characteristics, both traditional and modern foods. Omah Kepiting strives for several innovations and creations in food to attract consumers. Omah Kepiting also always strives to improve the quality of food products so that consumers are satisfied with the taste of food and service. This research is quantitative. Data collection through questionnaires and other similar research reference data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that quality is influenced by marketing strategies and Business Development by 88.2%, while the remaining 11.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

    Implementation of carbon accounting in green buildings at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR)

    This research aims to describe the implementation of carbon accounting in green buildings in the Ministerial Building of the Ministry of PUPR. This research explores more deeply how carbon accounting practices can be applied and provide benefits in efforts to reduce emissions in green buildings. This study used qualitative research methods. This research uses a case study approach as an in-depth qualitative methodology. The location of this research is the Ministerial Building of the Ministry of PUPR which is located at Jl. Pattimura No. 20 South Jakarta. For the validity of this research data, researchers used triangulation techniques. The results of research on the implementation of carbon accounting and the amount of carbon produced in the Ministerial Building of the Ministry of PUPR, namely the amount of carbon accounting from electricity use in 2023 was recorded at 1,829.3 tonco2e, the amount of carbon accounting from water use in 2023 resulted in carbon accounting of 8.07 tonco2e, the implementation of reduction Carbon emissions and the intensity of building use cause an increase in emissions in the 2019-2023 period. Trend analysis of carbon emissions from water use peaked in 2013 at 10,556 kgco2e.

    University incubators in Ecuador as means of development: Case study at the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí, Ecuador

    Higher education institutions in Ecuador face significant challenges in aligning their academic programs with the social and economic needs of the country. Graduates often lack the practical skills and strategic thinking needed to build businesses and foster innovation. This study focuses on evaluating the feasibility and potential impact of implementing university incubators at the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí (Uleam). A mixed methodology was used that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. First, an exhaustive review of the literature on university incubators was conducted. Then, Uleam was selected as a case study, collecting information on institutional policies and available resources. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with teachers, students and administrators, in addition to applying surveys to a representative sample of students and graduates. Qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed using thematic coding techniques and descriptive and inferential statistical tools. The results indicate that 85.33% of respondents have not participated in an incubator, and 52% have limited knowledge about them. However, 94% showed interest in participating in university incubators. The main barriers identified include complex bureaucratic processes and a lack of knowledge about the creation and operation of incubators.&nbsp
