    The effect of company profitability and dividend policy on firm value PT Bukit Asam TBK

    The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of Coal Prices, Profitability and Dividend Policy on PT Bukit Asam Tbk value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totalled 1 company with quarterly research period from 2012-2022 so that there were 44 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that Coal Price has a significant positive effect, Profitability and Dividend Policy have no effect on PT Bukit Asam Tbk value. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to Coal Price that can affect stock price so that company value can increase

    This research aims to analyze the influence of investment knowledge, minimum capital, influencers, technological advances, and student's interest in investing. The population for this study were all tertiary students in the city of Denpasar totaling 85,595 people and the number of samples calculated using the Slovin formula was 398 people. This study used a data collection technique, namely a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that investment knowledge, influencers, and technological advances have a positive effect on investment interest, while the minimum capital has no effect on student's investment interest

    The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Non Perfroming Loan on Banking Firm’s Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 46 company with annualy research period from 2018-2022 so that there were 27 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that Debt to Equity Ratio, and Non Perfroming Loan has a significant positive effect on Banking Firm’s Performance. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Non Perfroming Loan that can affect Firm Performance so that company profitability can increase

    Bibliometric analysis: Creative behavior using the Google Scholar database

    This article explores creativity in scientific behavior, with a focus on how new ideas emerge and are implemented in the corporate world. Using the Google Scholar Database, this research applies bibliometric analysis to evaluate scientific literature and publications from 2013 to 2023 in the field of library and information science. The results of the analysis provide an understanding of the distribution of articles based on year, author, institution, journal name, and scientific discipline. Strong organizational performance in human resources is associated with competitiveness and increased creativity. Employee creativity is considered an important contributor to organizational success, related to organizational climate, management, and proactive behavior. Creative behavior includes a wide range of activities, described as those that result in the identification of original and better methods for achieving goals. This research applies filtering methodology, search strategies, and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis produced a bibliometric concept map and identified key keywords such as "employee creative behavior", "creative process", and "green creative behavior". The visualization also shows changing research trends over time and high citation rates for certain concepts, informing developments and relevance in the scientific literature on behavioral creativity

    Moderate of organizational culture: independence, integrity, professionalism and experience of internal auditors on fraud prevention

    This study aims to examine the effect of internal auditors' independence, integrity, professionalism, and experience on fraud prevention with organizational culture as a moderating variable. The data for this study were collected through a questionnaire, the research respondents were BPR internal auditors in Bali Province. The method of determining the sample was purposive sampling with the criteria of internal auditors who have more than 1 year of work experience, so 149 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the integrity, professionalism, and experience of internal auditors have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, while the independence of internal auditors has no significant effect on fraud prevention; and organizational culture strengthens the effect of integrity, professionalism, and experience of internal auditors on fraud prevention, but is unable to strengthen the effect of internal auditor independence on fraud prevention

    The effect of product quality on coal purchase interest through sales-based non-KAI logistics at PT Bukit Asam, TBK

    This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on coal purchase interest through a non-KAI logistics-based sales system at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. As one of the largest coal producers in Indonesia, PT Bukit Asam, Tbk faces the challenge of meeting growing demand while maintaining competitiveness and customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey of 150 potential customers. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of product quality on purchase intention. The results showed that product quality positively and significantly influences coal purchase intention through non-KAI logistics-based sales. The findings support PT Bukit Asam, Tbk's efforts in improving service quality and expanding distribution with a more flexible logistics system to increase consumer appeal

    The effect of working capital management and intellectual capital on firm performance in food and beverages industry listed in Indonesia stock exchange

    The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of working capital management and intellectual capital on the performance of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study utilizes panel data consisting of financial information from 21 sample companies in the food and beverage sector obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022. The analysis method employed is panel data regression analysis using the statistical software Stata 17. The measurement of firm performance includes profitability ratios proxied by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), while firm value is proxied by Tobin's Q. The measurement for the working capital management (WCM) variables consists of days of inventory outstanding (DIO), days of sales outstanding (DSO), and days of payable outstanding (DPO). On the other hand, the measurement for the intellectual capital (IC) variables consists of human capital efficiency (HCE), structural capital efficiency (SCE), and capital employed efficiency (CEE)

    The effect of firm size on firm value of transportation and logistics

    Firm value is crucial because it can show the company's financial performance, making investors want to invest. This study aimed to determine the effect of firm value on firm value in transportation and logistics companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The method of determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, so the number of pieces studied was 21 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that firm value positively and significantly affects firm value in transportation and logistics companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period

    Analysis of anomaly turn of the month effect on stock return in the Indonesian capital market before and during the COVID-19 pandemic

    This study aims to examine the presence of an anomaly in the turn-of-the-month effect in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population of this study are companies listed on the LQ45 index for the 2019-2021 period. Using the purposive sampling technique and obtained 36 samples of companies. This study will compare the average return and average abnormal return of each sample which has been grouped based on the turn of the month and the rest of the month both before and during COVID-19. This study used a different test, namely the paired sample t-test which was tested using the SPSS application. The analysis result provides evidence that there was an anomaly in the turn-of-the-month effect before COVID-19 and the effect disappeared when Indonesia experienced the COVID-19 pandemic. This study also found a difference in abnormal returns in the turn of the month before and during COVID-19 where the abnormal return value was higher during the COVID-19 pandemic
