Effect of macroeconomic factors and fundamental factors of the stock systems risk in manufacturing companies in Indonesia stock exchange
The capital market trades a variety of securities, where the capital market has an important role in supporting the economy because the capital market can connect those who need funds with those who have funds. Stock is one of the securities that have a high risk. High risk in stocks is reflected in uncertain returns. If the investor wants a higher return, then he must also be prepared to bear a higher risk as well. For this reason, investors in investing in the capital market are very important to understand the factors that affect the systematic risk of shares both macroeconomic factors and corporate fundamentals. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effects of macroeconomic variables and corporate fundamental factors on the systematic risk of shares in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is all companies in the manufacturing sector that are listed consistently on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018, and this study uses the stratified proportional random sampling method in determining the sample. Based on this method, the number of samples in this study was 20 manufacturing companies every year for 5 years
Indonesia cocoa bean in international trade
This study was conducted to determine whether the variable amount of production of cocoa beans, cocoa plantation area, the number of exports of cocoa beans, cocoa stock domestic, world cocoa prices, the exchange rate and overseas income influence the supply and demand of Indonesian cocoa beans. Through various variables descriptions above, such as the amount of production of cocoa beans, the number of exports of cocoa beans, cocoa stocks, world cocoa prices, foreign income, exchange rate or the exchange rate, this research focused on an econometric model of the Indonesian Cocoa Supply and Demand. the results of this study are on the supply function of Indonesian cocoa on the international market, with the independent variables are used (level of productivity of Indonesian cocoa plantations, the exchange rate, the price expectations of the world cocoa and cocoa previous year supply or lag 1) shows that the variation deals cocoa beans can be explained by a variable-variable in the model, amounting to 95.91 percent. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) company engaged in Indonesian telecommunications with IndiHome products, which was first launched in 2015, which is a combination of types of telecommunications products, services, information, media, and edutainment consisting of services telephone (voice), data (high-speed internet with fiber-optic), and a picture or IPTV (UseeTV) in one access network or known as triple-play services. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Denpasar Bali is a Telecommunication Region (Witel) Regional Division 5-Surabaya Telkom Indonesia in marketing IndiHome products in 2018 reaching 28,037 thousand users. However, this number of users is still not following the target in 2018. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) of IndiHome products in 2019, knowing the Marketing Mix applied by PT. Process of decisions making purchase online on Instagram social media
The paper aimed at knowing the effect of online shops on Instagram makes it easier for consumers to shop without wasting time and effort because these benefits make online shopping more attractive to the public. The problem in this research is how is the process of making online purchasing decisions from social media Instagram and the factors that influence it. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and interpretive in-depth interviews with informants. The informant in this study is the community as the subject and object of research, especially those who make online purchases on the Instagram application. The determination of informants was carried out using the accidental technique. Based on the results of the study, the researchers assumed that the informants were students and workers who also went through several stages of decision making when shopping on Instagram, what was different was the online decision-making process carried out, the informant could return to the previous stage or even passed several stages, this was due to the ease and convenience. the convenience of accessing the internet which enabled informants to go through several stages of the online purchasing process
Intellectual capital and profitability in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of value-added capital employed (VACA), value-added human capital (VAHU), and structural capital value-added (STVA) on return on assets (ROA) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. The population in this study was 161 manufacturing companies based on the basic industrial and chemical sectors, the consumer goods industry, and various industries. The sampling technique is done through the method of purposive sampling, the number of samples of 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. The results of the analysis show that value-added capital employed (VACA) has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. Value-added human capital (VAHU) has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. Structural capital value-added (STVA) has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. For company management to achieve the desired financial performance, it should focus more on managing intellectual capital. For investors and potential investors to pay more attention to the company's intellectual capital as a consideration in investing
Revitalization: new opportunities or new problems? The perspective of trader
The revitalization of traditional markets has gradually begun since 2018. Market revitalization focuses on improving infrastructure and even adding other facilities like modern retail. Its purpose is surely to attract consumers to shop at traditional markets. Previous research has emphasized more on the impact of market revitalization on consumer interest in visiting and shopping, but it has less discussed the impact on traders. This study aimed at determining the impact of market revitalization on traders. Data collection was conducted by direct observation, documentation study, and interviewing 12 traders, of which 3 traders were interviewed on each floor. Adding one more person from market management and 12 visitors, to confirm the results of the seller interview. The results of the interview showed that there were problems overcame by traders, such as losing loyal customers, poor market layout so that not all traders had the opportunity to be visited, and maintenance of infrastructure, especially cleanliness
Sharia economy momentum to restore economic recession due to pandemic disruption in Indonesia
This qualitative study aimed to review seven international publications that state the Islamic economy's potential as a momentum to restore Indonesia's economic recession due to the disruption of the pandemic crisis. From the concept and objective of the Islamic economy, namely the prosperity of the community, experts believed that the Islamic economy could overcome the impact of the national economic recession as a result of national policies to combat the spread of COVID-19. To understand the potential advantages of this Islamic economy in restoring economic recession, we collected seven international publications, which we then studied in depth with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Other literature searches through online search engines such as "international Islamic economy," "national economic recession,"; "pandemic impact and COVID-19", "economic recovery," and "capitalist and socialist economy." Based on the literature and the results of a review of the seven Islamic economics publications, the end we can conclude our findings with the level of validation and reliability of the findings; it has proven that the application of the Islamic economic system can be a golden momentum to restore Indonesia's economic recession after the effects of the application of national policies to combat the terrifying coronavirus
Ecuador as an exporter of electricity
In this article, an analysis is made on the sale of the electrical energy made by Ecuador to other countries, also mentioning the beginnings of the electricity market in the country. The hydroelectric projects built in the last decade are described, which are the ones that will guarantee the export of the energy resource. There is talk of the amount of energy that is exported in MWh, to the countries of Colombia and Peru, as well as the limitations that have arisen in the infrastructure when sending the energy. There is also talk of the benefit that the sale of electrical energy brings to Ecuador and the profit that this implies. The objective of this article is to make known how the sale of electrical energy from Ecuador to other countries is carried out, and how much it enters the country as a profit for it, in addition to analyzing the current situation as energy exporters and looking for possible solutions in case of find difficulties or deficiencies
Revealing the digital leadership spurs in 4.0 industrial revolution
This research aims to know better about a leader’s understanding of interpreting digital leadership as well as understanding digital leadership spurs in the 4.0 industrial revolution era. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The focus of this research is on the informant’s understanding, not on specific institutions, companies, or government agencies. Data collection techniques used in this research are in-depth interviews and documentation. In this research, the author used data validity techniques with triangulation techniques. The era of leadership nowadays is no longer about building something partially but by collaboration. In a traditional village, a leader who has a digital leadership spirit in the customary community must be more open to seeing the changes in paradigm, while maintaining the foundation axis that has been formed or is used as a reference in the village. A leader who is not very fluent or fully understands the digital field, but able to create work related to technology, who manages to move highly competent people in the digital field to realize their goals, it can be considered that the leader has a digital leadership spirit. In digital leadership, openness and collaboration are needed, as well as the ability to go in line with the rules, not just merely from digital capabilities one has
Financial, operational, and sustainability capabilities on the progress of mining companies in the Indonesia stock exchange
This study aimed to understand the influence of financial, operational, and sustainable development of the mining business on the Indonesia Stock Exchange market for the period 2016-2019. To understand this effect, we have reviewed 49 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period with a sample of 11 companies that met their financial reporting criteria in the same period. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that financial leverage and growth opportunity have a significant negative effect on the value of sustainability next to the mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Operating leverage has a positive and significant effect on the value of sustainability in the mining companies we studied. The results of this study are expected to properly consider the use of debt to the company because it can adversely affect the value of the company itself if its use is excessive
