    The effectiveness of tax incentives in the tourism sector of Uzbekistan

    The research aimed to assess the effectiveness of tax incentives in the tourism sector of Uzbekistan. To this end, the literature and empirical researches on the assessment of the effectiveness of tax incentives were studied, and on its basis, 11 types of tax incentives provided to the tourism sector of the country in 2018-2019 were analyzed. The results obtained from the research shows that the lack of a system for granting and monitoring the effectiveness of tax incentives in the tourism sector has led to low efficiency of tax incentives in the study period, as well as out of the existing tax incentives, only "tax holidays" have yielded high results in terms of lowering the tax burden and creating job

    The study aimed to determine the effect of digital marketing and the quality of cement products on the purchasing decision at PT. Semen Balfour (Persero), Tbk. The population in this study are all consumers who purchase Baturaja cement from January to June 2021 in the South Sumatra region, whose number is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The sample used in this study was 180 respondents who purchased Semen Baturaja from January 2021 to June 2021 in the South Sumatra region with the following technique: sample determination using a purposive random sampling technique. The results of multiple linear analysis showed that marketing digital positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions of cement in PT Semen Balfour (Persero), Tbk. Quality of products and a significant favorable influence on purchasing decisions of cement in PT. Semen Balfour (Persero), Tbk. On the digital marketing variable, it is expected to be able to carry out routine and periodic website maintenance because there are problems with the search engine assistance on the Baturaja cement website is accessed. The product quality variable is expected to provide more up-to-date product designs and more attractive Baturaja cement products

    Studies on human resource management (HRM) in various small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have increased in Indonesia. This project aims to examine the policies and benefits of innovative national H.R. governance in several documents that discuss MSMEs in the country, focusing on how executives, H.R. managers, managers, and business employees support the 21st-century tourism sector. We examine all related data regarding how innovative H.R. governance is to be productive in their respective tourism support businesses. There is great hope that their SME management will later recover national economic growth depending on their creative economy. Therefore, we have collected data through electronic searches on Google Scholar-based data sources. Our study pattern starts with the coding system, sharp interpretation, evaluation, and concluding whether the results are valid and reliable or not. As a result, we find that at the policy level of the national human resource management, it is relevant to the goals of MSMEs, especially the tourism sector, even though the benefits have not been fully felt by the activists of tourism supporting MSMEs in Indonesia

    This economic study aimed to build a positional advantage based on CRM capabilities and marketing intelligence to improve marketing performance. We chose secondary data studies to answer the above issues by searching for data and documents from several economics and marketing publications on customer satisfaction. The sources of articles that we focus on are well-known publications such as the Elsevier journal, Google Books, sage pub, Taylor & France, and other sources of websites that have been published over the past ten years. Our data and information are analyzed to understand the coding system, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation until we find valid and reliable data findings. We may infer from the presentation of the data results that utilizing CRM to create a business edge can provide advantages for sales, marketing, service, and other company operations. CRM may also assist businesses in sharing data, improving customer interactions and support, and lowering expenses to improve company earnings

    Firm value is influenced by elements outside and within the organization. . They were selected by purposive examination technique. The examination procedure used is Panel Data Regression Analysis. The consequences of such examinations lead to the demonstration that Return on Equity has a substantial beneficial return on firm value, suggesting that return on capital through increased benefits will build financial support certainty. Conversely, the Debt to Asset Ratio has a critical negative impact on firm value. This implies that the use of extreme liabilities can sustain the business. Owners and top administrative organizations should be careful about the use of obligations. Operational productivity and expansion of the number of items must be the primary concern to build Return on Equity. Different factors, such as Asset Growth, Total Asset Turn Over, and Current Ratio, have no impact on firm value

    Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta is a mainstay tourist attraction in Surakarta. But the South Square looks very rundown with culinary street vendors who are less organized and were famous as a covert prostitution area at night. This paper aims to identify and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the culinary creative economy in the place. Qualitative research method using interviews were conducted to key figures from the local government, and the palace vendor streets association. The findings of those strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, and threat of street vendors are beneficial for government, the king, and street vendors to have a strategic planning with win-win solution

    The relevance of the national movement of cash waqf for advancing the sharia economy in modern times in Indonesia: a review study

    This study aims to determine the relationship between the movement of national waqf funds and Islamic leaders' efforts in advancing the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The success of the country's economy is inseparable from various economic movements in the community, including the national waqf fund movement. To prove a clear connection and understanding, we collected secondary data from various scientific publications that discuss the problem in question. Then we thoroughly criticized the phenomenological approach design guidelines for answering questions with elements of validity and reliability. Our analysis is strongly influenced by the theory of qualitative research methods of social studies. To facilitate this review study, we rely on data collection via Google online search and the Grammarly Premium app to report in the standard language of instruction for international publications. Finally, we can conclude that although waqf is not like zakat as the pillar of Islam, Islam aspires to the enormous potential of waqf to solve various economical problems in the sharia approach. In Islam's view, waqf has great potential, so that it needs attention to become an alternative solution for welfare
