The effect of efficiency, market power, debt, and risk on company performance and their impact on dividend policy on the manufacturing sector in the Indonesia stock exchange
This study is to determine the effect of efficiency, debt, market power, prospects, and risks to company performance and their impact on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample in this study is a manufacturing sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which pays dividends continuously during the study period. Researchers use path analysis (path analysis). Path analysis is a unit of multivariate statistical analysis that combines multiple linear regression analysis and simple regression analysis simultaneously with the addition of a mediating variable (intervening) or a reinforcing variable (moderator). There is a negative and significant direct influence between the debt variables on the company's performance. There is a negative and significant direct effect between the variables of Efficiency on Company Performance. There is a direct positive and insignificant effect between the Prospect variable on the Company's Performance. There is a direct positive and insignificant effect between the variables of Risk on Performance. There is a positive and significant direct effect between the variables of the Company's Performance on the Dividend Payout Ratio in the manufacturing sector
Study of traditional markets in Kotamobagu (case study of Kotamobagu matching market)
The problem of the traditional market in the big cities in Indonesia has never ceased. The market is dirty, muddy, gutters/channels are not running well, dark, stuffy, easy to burn, many pickpockets and thieves, flies, traffic jam, no parking lot, empty kios, the location are not strategic and low-quality buildings. The condition of the market environment observed from the facilities and infrastructure, clean and market management, respondent’s opinion concerning of their location of the market according to the buyer as well as the seller in Kotamobagu Serasi Market and to know the buyer’s perception of the traditional market compared to the supermarket. To answer the purpose of this research, the primer data and secondary data have been used which are directly obtained at the field, utilizing the purpose and sampling technique as well as direct observation of the market’s activity. The method of analysis is descriptive revealing the result of data processing with the model of qualitative comparative percentage. The result indicates that a great part of buyers Kotamobagu Serasi Market is the people living around the market or having their residence not far from the location of the market
Implementation of entrepreneurial marketing in improving sustainability performance of SME in pandemic age: case study on start up in Medan
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all processes in every part of human life, including the industrial sector. The biggest impact was felt mainly in the economic and trade sectors. It is known that more than 60% of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is supported by the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The problem occurs when the adaptability of SME actors in changing the concept with entrepreneurial marketing. Entrepreneurship is the process of creating value by bringing together a unique package of resources to take advantage of opportunities. The process requires an entrepreneurial event and entrepreneurial agents. An event is a new idea or venture while an agent is a person or group which means carrying out the business and being responsible for the results (Morris & Lewis, 2010). Based on the results of this study, it is known that entrepreneurial marketing has a positive but not significant effect on sustainability performance. Based on factor analysis, it is known that there are 5 factors formed, Pro-Active and Innovative, Business Performance, Competence Respectively, Complacent, dan Anxiety. Opportunities affecting the transfer of agricultural land functions food in Simalungun Regency
Economic factors, social factors and government policy factors in Simalungun Regency have a significant and positive effect on opportunities for agricultural land conversion. This is the driving force behind the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land. On the other hand, the increasing demand for food has forced the government to establish a policy to protect food agricultural land so that it is not converted. Efforts to control the conversion of food land use need to look at the factors that affect land conversion in each region. Thus, the established program is more effective because it is able to answer the problems faced by the community, especially land owners. Efforts to suppress the conversion of food land use require the commitment of the government and the community as policy actors. The establishment of rural area institutions based on local community businesses is one solution in preventing the conversion of agricultural land to food

This study aims to determine how much influence the shopping motives and store attributes on purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Karawang. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification. In this study, there are independent variables and dependent variables. Independent variables are variables that influence or cause the change or the emergence of the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the variable that is influenced or becomes the result, because of the independent variables (Sugiyono, Quantitative Qualitative Research Methods and R & D, 2012, p. 39). The independent variables in this study are shopping motives and shop attributes, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. In this study, the population is the number of consumers who have made purchases at Matahari Department Store Karawang for 1 month. The average number of consumers per week is 10,000 people. So to find out the number of consumers for 1 month by adding up the average consumer per week / 7 x 30. (10,000 / 7) X 30, thus the results obtained are 42,857

This article was written to see how technology plays a role in improving the financial inclusiveness of banking institutions and the role of government and regulator as well. Technology that has grown rapidly in recent decades has been able to make rapid progress in the industry and change people's behavior. Technology is becoming an inevitability that encourages progress in the economy. Banking as one of the supporting sectors of the financial institution industry needs to do efforts continue to develop through innovation in fulfilling the needs of financial services, to improve performance with the application of technology. Using the approach of literature review and former empirical study, the author tries to perform qualitative description analysis of technological role in increasing financial inclusiveness of banking institution and role of the government and regulator as well. The results show that technology has an important role in boosting strategy to increase financial inclusiveness through improving financial performance. Regardless of the role of government and regulator to create conduciveness of such technological role
Development performance of economic growth typology in Southeast Sulawesi province
This research was conducted in Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic base sector as a leading sector, to determine the effect of national economic growth on economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi, and to determine advanced and fast-growing sectors, and advanced but depressed sectors in Southeast Sulawesi. Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results of the analysis show: (1) Location Quotien (LQ) analysis of the basic sectors as the leading sectors are: (a) Agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors LQ of 1.83 or LQ> 1. Community Motivation in Raising Kele Honey (Trigona Sp) in Gegelang Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency
To support the efforts of Gegelang Village to become a honey village, PT Pertamina (Persero) Integrated Terminal Manggis through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program implemented the Kele Honey Bee Cultivation Program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of the community in raising honey bee kele (Trigona Sp) and the factors that influence the motivation of the community in raising honey bee kele in Gegelang Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. This research was conducted in Gegelang Village, the location selection was determined purposively. The population in this study amounted to 472 families while the sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method with the Slovin formula so that the number of samples taken was 83 people. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the research, the motivation of the community in raising honey kele in Gegelang Village is in the high category with the achievement of a score of 4.01.
