    The effect of inflation rate, rupiah exchange rate, world oil prices, and world gold prices on indonesia sharia stock index (ISSI)

    This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, the exchange rate rupiah, world oil prices, and the price of gold in the world of the Indonesian Islamic stock index. The samples used were 60 data for 2014-2018 with sampling techniques saturated. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Results obtained are inflation and significant negative impact on ISSI, use-values rupiah and significant negative impact on ISSI, world oil prices have no significant impact on ISSI, world gold prices have a positive and significant impact on ISSI. To achieve the inflation target set by the Government, Bank Indonesia may implement policies that include: a) open market operations on the rupiah money market, including foreign exchange intervention to stabilize the rupiah; b) determination of the BI rate as the benchmark interest rate and c) stipulation of a policy of minimum statutory reserves for banks.     This study's main objective was to determine the influence of advertising and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for clothing products at Matahari Palembang Square Extension. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who came from consumers of Matahari Palembang Square Extension. In this analysis, the sampling technique employed non-probability sampling in the form of incident sampling. Multiple regression is the analysis methodology used. Simultaneous effects of the study indicate that advertising and sales promotion variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially post-exercise variables do not significantly affect purchasing decisions for clothing products at Matahari Palembang Square Extension

    Brand equity and marketing performance: Perspectives from the brewing industry in Nigeria

    Branding and equity balancing in organizational performance have been a task in marketing that entails a holistic approach to getting it right. Thus the study examined the effect of brand equity on marketing performance in brewing firms. The specified objectives are to examine the influence brand loyalty has on marketing performance, and to ascertain the influence of brand associations on marketing performance. The population consists of employees of Guinness Nigeria Plc in Benin City, Edo State, Nigerian Breweries Plc and In fact Beverages in the South-East region. Krejcie and Morgan (as cited in Kenpro, 2012) sample size determination table was used to determine the sample size and survey research design method was used in the selection of respondents to represent the population. The statistical tools used include simple percentage and multiple regression. The findings of the study showed that all variables examined such as brand loyalty and brand associations, were positive and significant factors of marketing performance. The study concluded that brand loyalty has a positive influence on marketing performance. Brand loyalty can be seen to be formed through brand trust, commitment, satisfaction, perceived value, image, association and quality

    This review study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the extent to which digital trends in marketing agribusiness products are under the needs of farmers who live and farm in today's digital era. We chose to analyze national and international publications to understand the objectives of the study quickly. So our step is to look for study evidence data through electronic searches on Google Scholar-based data published between 2010 and 2021 to get the latest data. Furthermore, our data analysis involves data coding, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation to obtain valid and reliable findings as expected in the study findings. Because this study was conducted during the pandemic, we tried to get secondary data and follow descriptive qualitative data experts' directions. As a result, we can conclude another way that digital marketing in marketing agricultural products is a technique that is becoming trendy in many places. The digital trend is chosen by many people because of its easy and cheap principles so that both farmers and buyers will be lucky because marketing operations have been trimmed. Thus the results of this study are helpful for many parties

    Funding and management support for recovering of micro, small and medium enterprises during disruption of COVID-19

    This study analyzes financial and management support for the recovery of MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Small businesses' development is expected to drop about conditions of funding and management in line with the national pandemic response policy. To answer this problem, we have carried out various data collection techniques, including introductory reading, literature review of publications, and other documentation. Then analyze with a phenomenological approach through critical analysis, explain what we get through keyword searches to find literature, evaluate, identify themes, determine structures, and draw conclusions. The critical analysis process for the validity and reliability of the answer findings ensures that the findings have answered this study's questions. By paying attention to existing data and analysis results, it can be concluded that small business activities receive funding and management support from the government as a stimulus effort after being faced with various difficulties. These publications' findings prove the seriousness of governments in several countries and local governments to help small businesses survive during the pandemic and after the outbreak. Thus, this study's results will be meaningful input for all stakeholders in the world of MSMEs

    Economic impact of SMEs in the desert of Arica-Chile: an early evaluation of the business assistance provided by Sercotec's Arica Business Center program

    The article analyzes under a case study methodology the first economic impact results of the Small Business Development Center program in Arica, a program financed by the Technical Cooperation Service (SERCOTEC). The preliminary conclusion of the article suggests that the first economic impact results show that the 833 enterprises assisted by the program generate more sales opportunities, jobs and investments, creating positive income and fiscal returns, despite the enormous difficulties presented by the current pandemic facing the country and especially the region. From a public policy standpoint, the CDN's contribution to the regional economy helps create new employment opportunities in growing MSMEs. For their part, maturing companies contribute to job retention thanks to the advisory processes that help reorient their businesses, and the work with entrepreneurs contributes to the generation of new businesses that strengthen the regional economy

    This article discusses the improvement of liquidity regulation mechanisms for commercial banks in developed countries.  This article will consider such concepts as “liquidity”, “liquidity management”, “liquidity management mechanism”, and the existing approaches to its definition, as well as the bank’s information infrastructure, which is necessary and sufficient for the implementation of effective liquidity management. It should be noted that the emphasis will be placed on the aspects and approaches to liquidity management directly by the commercial bank itself, and not on prudential or other norms aimed at assessing the risk of a bank losing its liquidity. The purpose of this article is to consider the existing approaches to liquidity management, their advantages and disadvantages, for possible use in the future as basic ones for the planned study
