    The stock market in Uzbekistan as the backbone of country’s economic development

    The improvement of the stock market is becoming one of the paramount factors leading to the Uzbek economy’s resilience to external shocks and the formation of a new economic development model. The study is aimed at analyzing the influence of the stock market of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the economic growth of the state. The process of development of the stock market and the need for reforms is considered to be the object of the study. The main goal of the research is to substantiate the need to create an institutional framework for the accelerated economic development of the country through a qualitative improvement of the mechanisms of functioning of the stock market, as well as form the list of references for the successful establishment of a financial center capable of focusing on a wide range of financial instruments. At work procedures, such methods as statistical and regression analyses have been applied. The study covers the period from 2016 till 2019 and is based on the analysis of data from international organizations, analytical centers, and local official data sources

    The comparison analysis of national health insurance participant’s satisfaction level in primary clinics and community health centers in the effort to improve the healthcare service quality

    Indonesian government made Social Security which was regulated by Law No.40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (SJSN). On January 1, 2014, the government began a National Health Insurance (JKN) program organized by a legal entity called BPJS-Kesehatan. East Bandung is one of the densely populated areas that is still developing in the city of Bandung. There are 19 Community Health Centers and 21 Primary Clinics in east Bandung that serve BPJS-Kesehatan participants. Patient satisfaction is largely determined by the quality of services provided by providers of health facilities and the satisfaction of participants is one of the things that is considered for JKN participants in choosing health facilities. BPJS-Kesehatan achieving the JKN participant’s satisfaction target by 2019 is 80%. In this study, a T-test was conducted to see the level of satisfaction of Primary Clinics and Community Health Centers in East Bandung. Based on this study, from the dimensions of patient satisfaction namely Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance, the level of satisfaction of JKN participants among Primary Clinics was higher than JKN participants in the East Bandung Community Health Centers

    Management of education quality refers to the National Education Standards. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1. Documentation The conclusion of the study shows that the two SMKN schools have not been optimal in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and multimedia learning outcomes to improve student competence in basic electricity and electronics subjects. The principal fully supports all multimedia equipment facilities and requires subject teachers to use multimedia as a learning medium

    This article explores the development of woven crafts in Watunggere and Nida village, Sub-district Detukeli, Ende Regency. It raises the issue of how the people of Watunggere and Nida developed the woven crafts such as nyiru, bags, baskets, and boxes. These local products have benefits to improve the incomes of the local communities in that area. As well as those products can be promoted to be one of the cultural tourism objects in Ende Regency. To collect the data, this research used the descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach which was completed with several methods such as interview, observation, study documents, and descriptive statistic analysis. Moreover, the analysis of descriptive statistics is used to describe the frequencies of respondents’ answers. The results of the research indicate that product design is not regularly done or gained from training, but got from the experiences derived from the ancestors. That is why the model of the product is different from the modern trend. Related to the capability of the workers to design the product is just supported by primary school background

    Software trends in improving local tourism product marketing in Indonesia: a systematic review

    Software is believed to be increasingly the prima donna of today's computerized era. This is because the world is getting easier to reach with digital assistance, which is becoming more and more trendy. Tech is lagging in travel business activities. Many tourism business people are now increasingly interested in conducting their tour promos online to quickly increase local tourism products' marketing to the international market. So to ensure correctness, we have undertaken a practical study with literature reviews and travel publications. We prioritize the latest literature between 2015 and 2021, considering that the digital world is changing rapidly. To get valid and convincing results, we choose a coding analysis system, in-depth evaluation so that the conclusions we get an answer to this study's problems. Because this study relies on current data from searches from Google doc data, ERIC publications, Google scholarships, and other data sources is the main source. With the consideration of the existing literature, we conclude that now tourism actors in many countries are increasingly using digital applications in marketing tourism products in the world market share. Hopefully, this finding will provide meaningful input for all parties engaged in the tourism sector

    Empowering women in developing micro-business based on local potential in Kedungbanjar Village, Sambeng sub-district Lamongan district

    Sambeng is a sub-district in Lamongan Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The potential of this area is the folk crafts of woven pandan mats, the manufacture of pottery, roof tiles, and red bricks. The agricultural product is tobacco. The problem is that this area is dry; the water source is very far away. Mothers usually take water from a well that is far away. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to research what potential in the village can be utilized and developed into a Micro/Small Enterprise to increase family income. The results of the research: The potential of Kedung Banjar village, Sambeng sub-district, producing area of ??woven pandan mats, burning limestone, and growing tobacco, as well as producing sappan wood. Micro and Small Business actors in Kedung Banjar Village are still done mainly by men as the head of the household. At the same time, women, only very few of them work in the field of snacks (there are only two banana chips and two kindergarteners, while those who use sappan wood for drinks are only tiny, so it can be concluded that micro/small business actors from women in this village are very lacking and need to be improved

This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling method. The result is a determinant of decision or policy-making by looking at the existing problems to produce an accurate strategy to improve performance. The priority scale of the program that is carried out then becomes very important in the sustainability of SAKIP in the coming year.     The effect of social media advertising and face-to-face sales on purchase intention for customized products (case study of puncak jaya furniture)

    This research was conducted to show the effect of social media advertising and face-to-face sales on the buying interest of customized products (Puncak Jaya Furniture Case Study). The data source used is a questionnaire. The population in this study came from the social media followers of Instagram Puncak Jaya Furniture, with as many as 24,300 followers. The sample used in this study were followers who had the desire and bought products at Puncak Jaya Furniture from December 1, 2020, to January 17, 2021, as many as 30 people. The questionnaire was created using the google form application and distributed via WhatSapp message. The data collection method uses the linear regression method. This study indicates that social media advertising variables have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, while face-to-face sales variables also have a positive but insignificant impact on purchase intention. The implication of this research is to increase knowledge related to buying Interest seen from the factors of social media advertising and face-to-face sales. For related parties and further research, it is hoped that this research can be used as a reference and reference for related variables
