    The influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and quality of inpatient services: Study at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, examine the effect of job satisfaction on service quality, examine the effect of organizational commitment on service quality, and to examine the mediation of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction on Service Quality at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital. To examine the effect of job satisfaction on service quality at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, this study used 135 Wangaya Hospital employees, especially those who served in the inpatient room as respondents using Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive effect. and significant on service quality, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on service quality at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital

After a series of reviews and discussions of the results, advertising content information on various social media platforms has been proven to increase business sales results. This happens because today's social media is a place for friendship and teaching for the promotion and advertising of various business products and services.     Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility Disclouser (ICSRD) is a social responsibility carried out by the company as a form of concern for the environment and society so that the company continues to grow sustainably. This study aims to test the concept of variables that affect ICSR, and a significant push for testing of hypotheses 1 to 14 that strengthen macroeconomics, capital, asset growth, financial risks, earnings, and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR). The population in this study was Sharia Commercial Banks in 2017, a sample of 13 Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) taken in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research that explains the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables through hypothesis testing. The method in this study was the Partial Least Square (PLS) version of 2.0. The results of this study generate the Macro Economics had positive effect on Financial Risks. Macro Economics has a positive effect on Earing. Macro Economics has a positive effect on ICSR. Capital has a significant positive effect on Financial Risks. Capital has a significant positive effect on earning. Capital significantly positive effects against ICSR. Asset Growth has a significant positive effect on Financial Risks. Asset growth has a significant positive effect on earning.

    The effect of inbound marketing on online customer engagement: An empirical study in retail stores of Basrah

    In today's digital world, marketers are facing challenges that make them care about customer engagement more than ever. The technological developments and the wide spread of the Internet have enhanced the role that customers play in creating value for the marketer, which has gone beyond buying to online interaction and engagement behaviors. Therefore, the study sought to examine the effect of inbound marketing as an approach described as the most effective in the digital age on encouraging online customer engagement. Therefore, the study sought to examine and diagnose the nature of the influence of inbound marketing as an approach described as the most effective in the digital age to encouraging online customer engagement. In the field axis, the study relied on a quantitative approach by targeting retail stores in Basra Governorate – Iraq, A sample of (237) retailers was surveyed using the random sampling method. The results showed that there is a narrow interest of retailers in the inbound marketing approach in enhancing online customer engagement, which focuses mainly on the presence of those retailers on social media networks

    The role of entrepreneurship intention as a mediation between productive Zakat and Mustahiq's welfare in Bekasi

    One solution to overcome poverty is zakat, where there is a distribution of wealth by people who are able to those who are less able, with the principle of helping for this reason, professionalism is needed in carrying out tasks related to the management of zakat. The aims of this study were to describe the influence of productive zakat on the Mustahiq's welfare, mediated by entrepreneurial intention. Bekasi Regency is ranked eighth and is included in the category of the extremely poor. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis with a sample of 78 Mustahiqs, taken by a purposive sampling technique. The data has been collected and processed using the Structural Equation Model. The findings of this study are that there is no positive effect of productive zakat on Mustahiq welfare; productive zakat has a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention; entrepreneurship intention has a positive effect on Mustahiq welfare; and productive zakat has a positive effect on Mustahiq welfare indirectly through entrepreneurial intention

    The effect of cash holding, profitability, and financial leverage on firm value with earnings management as moderating variables in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange

    This study aims to determine the effect of cash holding, profitability (ROA), financial leverage (DER) on firm value (PBV) with earnings management as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this research is 24 companies in the manufacturing sector with a research period from 2015-2020. The data analysis technique used in this study is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that cash holding and earnings management did not affect firm value (PBV). Profitability, as measured by return on assets (ROA) and financial leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV). The results also conclude that earnings management does not have a moderating role in the effect of cash holding, profitability (ROA), financial leverage (DER) on firm value (PBV)

    This paper examines and discusses economic and financial development strategies in developing countries, starting from creativity efforts to creating sustainable innovations. A series of data collections were collected from national and international publications to discuss those published 12 years ago. Then we conducted an in-depth study of the collected data with a phenomenological approach to strengthen the data as findings that will be used as answers to research hypotheses with high standards of validity and reliability. By considering the data we have reviewed and discussing the interrelationships between existing variables, we finally conclude that economic governance in developing countries can be carried out with high creativity to give birth to the latest innovations to achieve economic progress and prosperity throughout the country. It is hoped that these findings and recommendations can support the implementation of future studies and applications in both academic and work contexts

Then, it raises an issue related to the theme, namely the role of social capital in increasing the business of vegetable horticultural farmers in Pemo village. Beside that, it is designed to describe the role of social capital to increase the the business of the vegetable horticultural farmers in Pemo village. To collect the data related the problem of the study, the researchers use the descriptive qualitative approach with completed by some method such as interview and observation. In term of collecting data, researchers also prefer to use a quantitative approach with the method of distributing questionnaires. In addition, This article presents the significance of the study.     Talking about the challenges of running a business in this competitive era is a fact. Likewise, running a tourism-supporting MSME business in Indonesia has challenges and opportunities. This study aims to obtain scientific evidence and discuss it to answer the challenges and opportunities MSME drivers face when adopting digital-based marketing in their business in the tourism sector. Through a study of many literature sources that we obtained electronically, several publications, both books, and scientific articles, we finally got the results of this research. As for the analysis process, we use techniques such as coding, analyzing and evaluating the data thoroughly, and extracting conclusions that can answer this problem with high validity. Based on the study's results and data discussion, we can say that MSME managers still face challenges in adopting digital applications in their tourism sector business. The main challenge is handling technology and promotional efforts with the ability to master foreign languages ??and competitive marketing strategies. Meanwhile, the opportunity is that with the application of this technology, MSME actors can get innovative, creative, and profitable services so that the Indonesian tourism industry can be more easily developed

    The effect of female on the board of directors and intellectual capital on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia

    The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of female gender on the board of directors and intellectual capital on the company's financial performance. This research was conducted on non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period, namely 2016-2020. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained as many as 395 research samples. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation method. This study uses the data analysis technique used, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that female gender on the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Intellectual capital variable has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. This research provides additional insight and knowledge related to Upper Echelon Theory and Resources Based Theory on financial performance. This research can also provide information and understanding about the importance of female gender on the board of directors and intellectual capital on financial performance
