The effect of sales growth, earning per share, total assets turn over, return on equity, and debt to equity on stock prices during the COVID-19 pandemic
This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth, Earning Per Share, Total Assets Turn Over, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity on stock prices during the Covid-19 pandemic. This signal is in the form of information stating the condition of the Company. This information provides information about what management has done to realize the wishes of the owners of the Company. The data analysis technique used to answer the problem formulation and test the hypothesis above is the Panel Data Analysis technique. Panel data is a combination of time series data and cross-section data. The results showed that Total Assets Turn Over had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Sales Growth, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity had no positive and significant effect on stock prices. In uncertainty due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Company is required to be more effective and efficient in using its Total Assets to earn income or maintain the viability of the Company. Therefore, information on Total Assets and Revenues obtained by the Company during the Covid-19 Pandemic concerns investors
Influence of inflation, bank interest, promotion, information technology, third party funds and SBI rates on credit
This study aims to determine and examine the effect of inflation, bank interest, promotions, information technology, third party funds and SBI rates on credit. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach, by analyzing Time Series data over a period of 20 years. The analysis method in this study uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that there is a positive and significant effect of the variables of Inflation, Bank Interest, Promotion, Information Technology, Third Party Funds, and SBI rates simultaneously on credit. Where the six independent variables are the dominant variables that form credit together. There are positive and negative and significant effects of each variable Inflation, Bank Interest, Promotion, Information Technology, Third Party Funds, and SBI rates on Credit. The variable that has the biggest influence on credit is the Promotion variable, while the variable with the smallest absolute influence on credit is Bank Interest. All models in this study obtained both positive and negative and significant results
Identification of economic management best practices to improve national financial development for developing countries
This study aimed to obtain scientific evidence by identifying the best economic governance practices to improve national economies in developing countries. To complete this project, we reviewed several publications in the form of books and scientific journals that we obtained electronically by searching with keywords such as economic development, national financial improvement, and developing countries. What we have done under a phenomenological approach, such as concluding to get the highest findings after discussing and looking for validity, we can finally conclude that there are several best practices that we have found, including if the country wants to develop the economy, the first thing is to identify education and skills to his people, the role in the ITC of citizen, the provision of infrastructure, capital market investment, funding for MSMEs, skills strengthening, and citizen education. Thus the results of this work become insights finding in the improvement of future studies
Management strategies of school principles in developing teachers' professional competency to improve the quality of education in SMK Kesehatan Darus Salam Lhokseumawe Aceh
The purpose of this study is to determine the professional development strategy of teachers in SMK Kesehatan Darussalam, namely: (1). Principal's leadership strategy (2). Obstacles in developing professional competence (3). Model of teacher professional competence development. Methods This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out with the participation of researchers, triangulation techniques using various sources. The informants are the principal, vice principal of the curriculum and teachers. The results of the study are: (1). The principal's leadership strategy in developing the professional competence of teachers to improve the quality of education (2). Obstacles faced in developing professional competence of teachers such as limited IT mastery, limited time, lack of creativity in learning, still lack of references to reading books, minus scientific works made by teachers (3). The model that can be used to improve the professionalism of teachers in carrying out their duties is through in-service training or in-service training programs
Understanding the basics of content-based marketing and promotion on social media in the technological innovation
Understanding content-based promotion and marketing on various social media is fascinating for academic business people, policymakers, and other business communities. So for that, we discussed it to get that resilience. Our data was obtained electronically by searching on Google Scholar and Google Search for several documents and scientific evidence relevant to answering this study's question. The procedures that we carry out include the following; reviewing data with a data coding system, analyzing data evaluation, and they conclude through interpretation. So that the data we present meets high validity and reality principles. After a series of studies and discussions, the understanding of content-based promotion and marketing on social media in the technological era is a fascinating discussion. This is because the various content published on social media for business promotion has helped business people increase sales and enable their businesses to continue sustainability. Thus, these findings will be helpful in studies and discussions in the academic environment
Profitability moderate the effect of operating capacity and intellectual capital on financial distress
Financial distress is the stage of declining financial conditions experienced by the company before the occurrence of bankruptcy or liquidity. This study aims to examine the effect of operating capacity and intellectual capital on financial distress with profitability as a moderating variable. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study amounted to 12 property and real estate companies during the 2016-2020 period. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, it shows that operating capacity has a positive effect on financial distress, intellectual capital has a negative effect on financial distress, profitability can moderate the effect of operating capacity on financial distress and profitability cannot moderate the influence of intellectual capital on financial distress
The role of innovation in mediate the effect of market orientation and technology orientation on marketing performance
The purpose of this research is to provide practical and theoretical insights on how businesses adapt in the midst of the current pandemic by further developing their marketing performance through market orientation and technology orientation, as well as seeing the role of innovation in mediating it. This research is a quantitative study by taking a sample of 152 people, collected by distributing questionnaires containing open and closed statements and statements that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using an analytical tool in the form of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that market orientation and technology orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, and the role of innovation can partially mediate the relationship between market orientation and technology orientation on marketing performance. This research is expected to be empirical evidence for future research and be able to enrich the development of marketing management science, especially market orientation, technology orientation, innovation, and marketing performance
Challenges of human resources governance in facing the era of digital-based economic competition: What evidences from an academic perspective
This paper aims to conduct a discussion backed up by academic findings on the study of challenges faced by economic HR managers who compete in the digital era; the problems and challenges faced by HR managers are admittedly weighty. Therefore, various breakthroughs and studies are needed to minimize these challenges. For this reason, this study has utilized many academic publications to back up a study of the challenges faced by managing sustainable economic and human resources based on digital applications. We did an online search for data in many published journals, both books, and articles, which we then studied carefully, such as involving data coding, data analysis, comprehensive data evaluation, and data interpretation so that these data become valid and valid findings to answer research problems and hypotheses. 
Autonomy in higher education in Vietnam
Currently, the education and training in Vietnam sector has had specific policies and actions in which to attach importance to the renewal of the management mechanism for universities in the direction that universities are more and more autonomous in their mission implementation, improve the quality of education. International experience shows that one of the solutions to improve the quality of public universities is to gradually increase autonomy for universities in the following areas: autonomy in program and education plan; autonomy in using finance and facilities; autonomy in recruitment, human resource management; autonomy in educational goals and quality. The paper presents the research on the model of autonomous public universities in Vietnam in the context of the implementation of the Education Law 2019
The influence of motivational placement and work environment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra generation main unit
This study aims to determine the effect of Placement Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Generation Main Unit in Southern Sumatra. The research design uses the causality method with the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. The object of research is PT PLN (Persero) employees, with a total of 106 employees. The data collection method that the authors use in this study is a questionnaire carried out technically using Google Forms. The results showed that Placement, Motivation, and Work Environment positively and significantly affected the Performance of PT PLN (Persero) UIKSBS Employees. Furthermore, among the three independent variables in this study, the Variable that has a more dominant influence on Performance is the Placement Variable, namely 0.411 (Positive) on the Performance variable. In contrast, the remaining variables are Work Environment Variable 0.271 (Positive) and Motivational Variable 0.238 (Positive).
