Pregnant women's perceptions of anemia and iron supplement consumption
Anemia is a condition that is commonly indicated by low hemoglobin levels in the blood. This situation is proven by the lack of quality and quantity of red blood cells that consequently decrease the amount of oxygen transported into the tissue. The high incidence of anemia in pregnancy can cause high maternal mortality after childbirth resulting from pregnancy complications such as bleeding. A lot of research on the factors that influence anemia and the prevention of anemia during pregnancy has been conducted previously. However, there is still few of research exploring women's perception of anemia and the consumption of iron supplements. This Scoping Review aims to determine the extent of women's perception of anemia and iron supplement consumption. The method used is Scoping Review using Wiley Online Library, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. The research results that match the criteria are then analyzed with the aim of generating these articles. Appropriational study applied here uses Joana Briggs Institute (JBI), and the synthesis method uses PEOS modification. Six of the 141 articles relevant to titles and abstracts met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Pregnant woman’s knowledge to the danger signs of pregnancy
Background: Based on World Health Organization (WHO,2019) Maternal Mortality Rate is the number of maternal deaths caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum that become the indicator of women’s health level. Aim: to review the evidence relate to the pregnant woman’s knowledge to the danger signs of pregnancy. Method: this scoping review used framework from Arksey and O’Malley consisting of conducting focus review by framework PEOS, conducting literature searching by using 3 databased by identifying scoping review question, identifying relevant article, selecting article, data charting, arranging as well as summarizing and reporting the result. Result: The scoping review of 10 article journal having Grade A and B that discuss about danger signs of pregnancy, category of knowledge, utilizing health facilities, the method to improve the knowledge. Conclusion: Based on scoping review result of primigravida’s knowledge is still low compared to multigravida, therefore it needs the alternative to improve pregnant women’s knowledge about danger signs of pregnancy through counselling and telemedicine.

Data analysis using the McNemar test. From the results of statistical tests showed that there was an influence on the use of web-based she smart education model on the use of adolescent girls about anemia with p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), attitude p-value = 0.016 (p<0.05) and action p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05). Anemia education using web-based she smart can improve knowledge, attitudes, and practice before and after an intervention

Psychogenic dysphagia in children, and the success of family-based treatment: Case report
There is a close relationship between a person's mental health and gastrointestinal disorders. Psychogenic dysphagia is a rare condition related to swallowing disorders with no structural cause or organic diseases such as neurological deficits or other physical disorders. The mechanism of this swallowing disorder is still not well understood. Based on various studies that have been conducted, the condition of psychogenic dysphagia has comorbidity with psychological disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress. In this case report, we will present a case of a 7-year-old male patient who had difficulty swallowing due to fear of vomiting with disturbed psychosocial conditions, and no organic disorders were found after the examination. The BDI examination showed a score of 18, which is within the border of clinical depression. So that the patient was diagnosed with psychogenic dysphagia which was included in the category of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder in DSM 5. Holistic and multidisciplinary treatment was needed in this case. It was also reported that the success of medical treatment to reduce the patient's vomiting symptoms from pediatrics and psychologist department, combined with supportive psychotherapy and family-based treatment increases the patient's recovery rate
Prevalence of anxiety in cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy at Sanglah hospital in 2022

Research shows that anxiety occurs in both adolescents and adults, however, the prevalence of anxiety disorders varies between populations (Badelow & Michaelis, 2015). Anxiety disorders can appear at any stage of the disease, from early diagnosis, and treatment, to palliative care. The increasing prevalence of cancer patients, which is accompanied by a high prevalence of anxiety disorders in society, makes it important to know the prevalence of anxiety disorders in cancer patients (Miaskowski et al., 2015). Objective: To determine the prevalence of anxiety disorders in cancer patients who undergo radiotherapy at Sanglah Hospital. Hepatitis B virus prevalence in three university students in Timor-Leste
Hepatitis B is a deadly and contagious disease that knows no age, both children, adults and the elderly. Timor-Leste is one of the newly independent countries within 20 years, however, in terms of infectious diseases, one of which is hepatitis B, in this youngest country it has been categorized with a high endemicity of 8.5%- 12.4% (Silva, 2017). Thus, it is necessary to anticipate so that the prevalence of hepatitis B does not continue to rise, and immediately take early prevention for the younger generation in the country of Timor-Leste, therefore one way is to carry out early detection of hepatitis B in students with the aim of knowing the presence or absence of infection. hepatitis B virus in a person's body. Thus, it can provide recommendations to the government to prevent it by vaccinating all future generations. The main reason for early detection of medical and health science students at the three universities is to prevent horizontal transmission of the hepatitis B virus in Timor-Leste. This study aims to determine the prevalence of hepatitis B virus infection and risk factors for hepatitis B virus infection in students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences from three universities in Timor-Leste.
