Analgesic activity test of ethyl acetate, n-hexane, water fractions of cemcem leaves extract (Spondias pinnata (Linn.f.) Kurz.) as part of Usadha Bali
Pain is the most common reason why patients come to seek medical help. Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional feeling and is associated with tissue damage. Indonesia is one of the countries that still uses traditional medicine in addition to formal treatment. Spondias pinnata plant (Linn.f.) Kurz or Cemcem Plant is one that is used empirically as a pain reliever during menstrual pain by Balinese people. This study aims to prove the analgesic activity of the leaves of Cemcem (Spondias pinnata (Linn.f.) Kurz) that grow in Bali by making Cemcem leaves in 3 (three) fractions including ethyl acetate fraction, n-hexane fraction, and water fraction, so there is a comparison of analgesic activity of the three fractions. The three types of fractions were subjected to phytochemical screening to determine the class of secondary metabolite compounds present in Cemcem leaves extract. Analgesic activity test uses heat induction method with a temperature of 55oC in 20 mice divided into four groups, namely the negative control group was given tween 80, the positive control group was given mefenamic acid 100 mg / kg BW, the ethyl acetate fraction group, the fraction group n-Hexane, and water fraction of Cemcem leaves extract
Application of habituation method in germas interventionsin: the pandemic time COVID-19
The Healthy Lifestyle Movement (GERMAS) is a government program that is expected to be able to guide the community in carrying out healthy living behaviors, in GERMAS seven steps can be implemented, including; 1) Doing a physical activity, 2) Eating fruits and vegetables, 3) Not smoking, 4) Not consuming alcoholic drinks, 5) Doing regular health checks, 6) Maintaining environmental cleanliness and 7) Using a latrine. As an effort to cultivate a healthy lifestyle during the Covid-19 pandemic, a study was conducted with an action research design. This study was designed with 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages; planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 34 students of SMP N 1 Sumbawa, and the object was healthy living behavior with GERMAS intervention using the habituation method. The results showed that there was a significant behavior change, the behavior in question was actions that prevented the implementation of GERMAS steps
Children's midwifery learning media application about early detection of android-based growth in improving midwifery students skills
Monitoring the growth and disruption of infant and toddler growth is part of health services that improve the health status of children in basic service facilities. Early detection of child growth needs to be done as early as possible using anthropometric parameters. With the number of cases of growth disorders that occur later and still high infant and toddler mortality, it is necessary breakthroughs, innovations, and interventions that are mature to improve human resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of learning media of midwifery care toddlers about Growth age 6-12 months based on android to the skills of midwifery students. This Research is pre-experimental research using methods (one group pretest and posttest design). The sample in this study was 31 students of midwifery academy using purposive sampling technique at Tahira Al Baeti Midwifery Academy Bulukumba Regency. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The statistical test used is the McNamer test. The statistical test results were obtained that there are differences in early detection skills growth in students before and after being given android-based learning media (p-value= 0.000<0.05.)
Neuroscience role in education
Education is the path that facilitates the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and abilities, the research aimed to study the brain and learning a fundamental role in education, it addresses motivation, memory, and intelligence for learning classroom. The work offers a conceptual analysis of the brain, considered as the machine for capturing the individual and learning as a process that is acquired during life. The methodology applied in this study was based on the fieldwork carried out in an educational unit, of the city of Manta. In the 2019-2020 school period, where the qualities of the students and teachers were observed, as subjects and primary objects for the study index. The methods applied were qualitative, by the detailed description of the phenomenon of study on behavior, thinking and attitudes; in addition, the inductive-deductive methods have applied, by the study of the general to the particular and particular to the general. Finally, the conclusions have presented on the basis that, neurosciences cover an attractive field that allows knowing the human being internally and externally, how to motivate the individual to achieve success. In the educational field, it was possible to know appropriate strategies and techniques for learning in the classroom, it is necessary that human beings take care of the brain, nourishing it with food energy and knowledge through reading and research

The challenges of transitioning from paper to electronic medical records
The electronic medical record system is an essential instrument for enhancing healthcare by supporting improvements in patient care quality, patient safety, and cost savings via convenient access to medical data. Nevertheless, healthcare professionals' hesitant acceptance of the concept is accompanied by significant caution to guarantee its execution. The objective of this research was to ascertain the primary barriers to the adoption of the electronic medical record system as seen by doctors and nurses. A scoping study was conducted on scientific literature accessible in Pubmed, Scopus, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar to investigate the barriers to the acceptability of EMR systems. The scoping review included research that examined barriers to the use of the electronic medical record system by healthcare professionals. There are seven distinct categories of hurdles that have been identified: i. Technical ii. Financial iii. Time iv. Legal v. Organizational vi. Psychological, and vii. Social. The barriers most often cited were of a technical, financial, temporal, and legal nature. Furthermore, we also identified obstacles of an organizational, psychological, and social nature. The findings presented in this research may serve as a framework for the challenges that health professionals may encounter throughout the deployment process of the EMR system.
Immunological side in overtraining exercise
The current paper is a kind of review study. It reviewed the immunological side in overtraining exercise. The method used in reviewing the content was a descriptive qualitative method. The review itself was based on theoretical views. As the results, it is stated that the beneficial effects of regular exercise on the prevention and therapy of lifestyle, related disease, has been established for a long time. However, it is often misinterpreted, so that people conduct the over-exercise activity. The overtraining, that is a phenomenon of conducting the exercise in excessive duration, frequencies, and intensity impacts the damage of myocardial. Furthermore, the complexity and pleiotropic effects of exercise remain an area of intense research. Therefore, in order to complete the frameworks of overtraining theory, future research, that is to confirm and to investigate pathomechanism of organs damage, is needed to be conducted
