Research from El-Hosary, Abbas Soliman, & El-Homosy (2016) emphasizes full body massage for pregnant women for 10 massages with a duration of 10-20 minutes which has an impact on decreasing anxiety. Research from Khojasteh, Rezaee, Safarzadeh, & Sahlabadi (2016) emphasized full body massage for pregnant women for 6 massages with a duration of 20 minutes and was able to reduce the average anxiety score.
Phytochemical screening and in vivo test of dewandaru (Eugenia uniflora L) fruit extract on mice exposed to cigarette smoke
Cigarette smoke contains various toxic chemical compounds which can trigger oxidative stress. Biomarkers to show the degree of oxidative stress that occurs are levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) The n-butanol extract of Eugenia uniflora fruit contains compounds that have antioxidant activity of phenolic and non-phenolic compounds. The purpose of this study was phytochemical screening and the effect of giving n-butanol extract of fruit Eugenia uniflora L on oxidative stress mice exposed to cigarette smoke. The research design was an experimental randomized post-test control group design, The control group of mice was only given exposure to cigarette smoke 1 stick per day (K), the second group was given exposure to cigarette smoke 1 stick per day P1 dose of 100 mg /KgBB, the third group was given exposure to cigarette smoke 1 stick per day P2 dose 200 mg /KgBB, n-butanol Dewandaru fruit extract. The treatment of experimental animals was given for 30 days, malondialdehyde was analyzed using the Elisa method
Socio-hygienic assessment of the incidence rate among various strata of the population-based on the materials of appeals and in-depth medical examinations
One of the main indicators for assessing the state of health is the incidence of the population. In recent years, an integrated approach to the study of morbidity has been widely used to assess the state of health. In this regard, the incidence is studied not only by classes and nosological forms of diseases, the severity of the course, complications, and concomitant diseases but also by specific social and hygienic conditions of work and life, lifestyle, regional, and other features that contribute to the formation of the most common types pathology among the population

Reconstructive and restorative interventions at the proximal end of the thigh and pelvic bones in destructive pathological dislocation of the hip in children after hematogenous osteomyelitis
It is generally known that children tend to get injured more easily than adults. Moreover, these injuries they get in growing period may leave for long in the forms of disability. This paper is about reconstructive and restorative interventions at the proximal end of the thigh and pelvic bones in destructive pathological dislocation of the hip in children after hematogenous osteomyelitis. After hematogenous osteomyelitis of the proximal end of the femur, destruction of the head and neck of the femur is often observed, up to their destruction. The optimal age for surgical treatment of pathological dislocation of the hip, according to our data, is 4-5 years of age of the child, because by this time the process of ossification of the structures of the hip joint ends in most patients, and early surgical intervention often causes severe secondary deformities, up to their destruction
Analysis of post-stroke anxiety (PSA) factors during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia
This study aims to determine the incidence of PSA and the factors that influence it. The study was conducted on 78 patients with neurologic stroke at ANNA Medika Madura Hospital from May to July 2021 and aged over 40 years using simple random sampling. Measuring tools using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, vascular disorders, stroke disorders, and Neurophysiological disorders. Analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling with the software Partial Least Square. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that demographic factors (T-statistics 1.756), vascular disorders factor (T-statistics 2.873), stroke disturbance factor (T-statistics 2.164), and neurophysiological disorders factor (T-statistic 3.070). The factor that had the greatest influence on PSA was the neurophysiological factor, with the most influencing subfactor being the cognitive function of stroke patients indicated with MMSE results. Stroke patients with decreased cognitive function will affect the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program. This will lead to an increase in their anxiety with the subsequent effect being a decrease in the quality of life in stroke patients. So rated important for the power of Health assess cognitive function is to reduce PSA
The effect of pregnancy massage on level of depression, anxiety and stress in pregnant women
Depression, anxiety, and stress in pregnancy are adverse risk factors for mother and child such as a short gestational age, and hurt the neurodevelopment of the fetus and child born. Anxiety during pregnancy is associated with the occurrence of prematurity, low birth weight, non-optimal fetal growth, increased nausea and vomiting, prolonged sick leave during pregnancy, cesarean section, and can affect the child's immune system. This study aims at determining the effectiveness of pregnancy massage to reduce depression, anxiety, and acceptable stress in pregnant women. This study used a cohort approach to identify the risk factors, where the population of this study was all second-trimester pregnant women who underwent examinations in all Denpasar City Health Centers that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The measurement of the level of depression, anxiety, and stress experienced by pregnant women was implementing the DASS questionnaire as a screening tool. While the PHQ-9 questionnaire was made to see the patient's mood over the past 2 weeks. Statistical analysis was conducted to see the correlation between variables.
Health literacy is strongest determinant on self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) type 2 DM patients during COVID-19 pandemic at public health centre in Tabanan Regency
Diabetes mellitus is becoming the most common risks factor and comorbidities found in patients with COVID-19. Self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) could improve the prognosis of diabetic patients infected with the coronavirus. This study aims to analyze the most related determinant factor with SMBG type 2 DM patients during the covid-19 pandemic at the Tabanan’s Public Health Centre. A cross-sectional approach was used in this study by involving 169 respondents using proportional stratified random sampling. Data gathering instruments included questionnaires. Binary logistic regression was performed to evaluate determinant factors and SMBG. the findings found that women 2,680 times more possible doing SMBG (AOR [95% CI] = 2,680 [1,222-5,879]), high income person 2,954 times more possible doing SMBG (AOR [95% CI] = 2,954 [1,363 – 6,403]), high anxiety rate 0.171 times lower for doing SMBG, high health literacy is 3,051 times higher possible perform SMBG (AOR [95% CI] = 3,051 [1,326 – 7,019]), high support from family 2,486 times higher possible to do SMBG. Health literacy is the strongest determinant factor on SMBG type 2 DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Tabanan Public Health Centre.
The effectiveness of soaking duration on blood cockles (Anadara granosa) with activated charcoal towards reducing metals lead (Pb)
Blood cockle (Anadara granosa) is one of the marine biotas that can be used as a bioindicator of the pollution level of sea water. The nature of blood cockle stays in one place because of their slow movement and they are non-selective filter feeders which filter water in order to get food. The use of activated charcoal during soaking is to keep the food safety from blood cockle contaminated with heavy metals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectivity test of soaking duration on blood cockle (Anadara granosa) and activated charcoal toward reducing metals lead (Pb). This study employed Randomized Complete Design (RCD) using three different soaking periods such as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes. The samples were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission (ICPE). The parametric data was analyzed with One Way Anova test. The result of the study showed that the soaking duration among 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes in activated charcoal showed significantly different (P< 0.05) toward the levels of lead
