Development of patient safety incident reporting system application web-based “ASOKA” at Sanjiwani Hospital, Gianyar, Indonesia
This study aimed to develop a Web-based patient safety incident reporting system and evaluate its satisfaction and benefits. Methods: pre-experimental one-group pre-posttest design and simple random sampling were used. The total respondents were 59 subjects. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a statistical test using a paired T-Test. Results and analysis: As seen from the evaluation results before and after the intervention, respondents' satisfaction with ASOKA Web-based has increased. The Mean value before the intervention was 34.73 and increased after the intervention to 51.49. The maximum before (61) and after (80) the intervention experienced has a significant increase. ASOKA Web-based evaluation has a significant effect (p<0.001) with an effect size value of d = 0.75, which indicates that respondents' satisfaction is in the Moderate Effect range. Conclusion: The testing and evaluation of the ASOKA Web-based at the Sanjiwani Hospital provide satisfaction and benefits for the respondents. The ASOKA Web-based reporting system at the Sanjiwani Hospital is very appropriate to be applied
Features of the frequency of distribution of alleles and genotypes of polymorphisms of the gene Tnf-A (G-308a) in patients with rhinosinusitis and the assessment of their role in the development of this pathology
In this work, we present the results of studying the characteristics of the distribution of allelic and genotypic frequencies of polymorphic variants of the cytokine gene TNF-? (G-308A) among patients with rhinosinusitis with and without chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), as well as among conditionally healthy individuals. At the same time, we assessed the role of this gene in the development of rhinosinusitis. Analysis of the frequency of occurrence of alleles and genotypes for gene TNF-? (G-308A) polymorphism revealed insignificant differences in the 1st main group of CML patients with rhinosinusitis compared with the control group. Thus, the established absence of significant differences in the frequency of occurrence of the A allele (7.7% versus 8.1%; ?2 <3.85; p> 0.05; OR = 0.95; 95% CI: 0.43-2.6) and genotype G/A (15.4% against 16.2%; ?2<3.85; p> 0.05; OR = 0.94; 95% CI: 0.37-2.4), indicates the absence of their significance in the increased risk of rhinosinusitis in the main group of CML patients. A similar picture was also observed in subgroups 1A and 1B of patients in the main group.
The effect of web-based learning media towards the skills of the second stage of childbirth care practicum in D-III midwifery students
The stage of expulsion baby starting from complete dilation until baby born is the second stage of labor. The study aims analyzing differences skills section the second stage of labor care practicum before and after administration of web+demonstrative and conventional learning media control and intervention groups. The researcher used a Quasi Experiment withone group pretest-posttest design and hybrid method. Purposive sampling is sampling technique used with 60 samples at Stikes Nani Hasanuddin in April - June. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test. The results of statistical tests in the intervention group showed skill sections were significantly different, sections 3, 4 , 5 and 6 which indicate majority skills increase in sections 3 and 6 with p value of Wilcoxon test results (p = 0.005 and <0.001) < (0.05), there is significant difference sections intervention group. Control group shows skills section is significantly different before and after conventional media learning, section 6 (birth assistance) with p value = 0.002, means section 6 (delivery assistance) has differences before and after conventional learning, 5 skills sections show no difference. Web-based learning media+demonstrations have higher effect on improving skills section the second stage of labor
Influence of health counseling with media leaflets on women of childbearing age (WUS): Knowledge and attitude to conduct PAP smear at midwifery poly in RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta
Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in women, about 90% of deaths or as many as 270,000 due to cervical cancer occur in low- and middle-income countries. The low level of knowledge about cervical cancer is generally associated with the high incidence of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is one of the cancers that can be prevented from an early age with a Pap smear. Limited access to accurate information is one of the causes of the high cases of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Another cause is the lack of awareness to do early detection. As a result, most of the cases found have entered an advanced stage and lead to death. Knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age to perform Pap smear examinations were studied using a quasi design experimental design with the type of one group pre test-post test design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study based on the knowledge and attitudes of 35 respondents before and after counseling obtained a p value of 0.000. Knowledge can be the cause or motivation of a person to behave and behave, which can be the basis for the formation of actions taken

Impact of human resource management on health workers during pandemics COVID-19: systematic review
The HR crisis has affected the health system, but there is little research into how this HR disruption affects medical workers. Understanding the impact on the health of medical personnel is essential; the COVID-19 outbreak is still sweeping the world. With the empirical literature, we have succeeded in summarizing the impact of the HR crisis on the health of medical personnel. Exploratory systematic reviews have identified qualitative, theory-based empirical evidence against practitioners. We have searched a database of relevant HR crises and health issues. Then we analyzed it in depth with a phenomenological approach. A total of 40 peer-reviewed publications were reviewed, referring to the HR crisis and its impact on the health of medical personnel. Finally, this study confirms that the human resource crisis is transmitted to medical personnel through several models: (1) a decrease in the quality of health services; (2) the impact of inadequate service measures; and (3) increasing demands for health services from patients; (4) A wave of community protests for treatment; (5) service and budget inefficiency
