The choice of surgical tactics for the treatment of children with destructive pathological dislocation of the hip after hematogenous osteomyelitis

    Get PDF
A surgical approach to the treatment of destructive pathological dislocation of the hip in children has been substantiated, depending on age, the severity of destruction of the proximal femur and acetabulum. Reconstructive - restorative operations in most patients ensure the stability of the hip joint and thereby improve the patient's gait and statics, reduce the pelvic misalignment and eliminate the Trendelenburg symptom. The experience of surgical treatment of patients with pathological hip dislocations has shown that the most favorable outcomes are achieved with the use of open reduction of the stump of the head or neck of the femur with intertrochanteric detorsion shortening and varizing osteotomy with rotational pelvic osteotomy according to Salter and acetabular plasty according to Pemberton

During the puerperium, the mother will experience many changes both physically and physiologically. Suppose this physiological process does not run usually. In that case, it can cause complications during the puerperium such as uterine sub involution, breast swelling to mastitis, prolongation of the period of lochia discharge, which, if not handled quickly and easily. Can lead to the death of the mother. This study used a quasi-experiment with a pre-post-test with a control design, which involved two postpartum mothers, namely 43 respondents in the intervention and control groups. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling. The research was carried out in RSIA Bahagia Makassar City and RSIA Ananda Makassar City from March to April 2020. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, Mann Whitney test, and Chi-Square. There was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group with a p-value = 0.036. There is an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and actions, namely the act of consuming protein, VITA, and VIT C in postpartum mothers

Stroke is the most important medical and social problem, both worldwide and in Uzbekistan, owing to its high morbidity, mortality and disability rates. Uzbekistan's official statistical authorities consider cerebrovascular disease (CVD) to be a single nosological form, without distinguishing it from stroke. Given that the structure of CVDs includes both acute cerebrovascular disorders (ACS) (various types and subtypes of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) and chronic CVDs (various forms of so-called dyscirculatory encephalopathy), reliable epidemiological data on stroke prevalence in Uzbekistan are not available. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, there were 62876 cases of stroke in Uzbekistan in 2019. 15% were fatal, 10-15% relapsed and 55-70% became disabled
