The effect of celery extract on lowering blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Sumur Putat, Cipocok Serang Banten
Get PDFHypertension is a condition that occurs when the amount of blood pumped by the heart exceeds the ability that the arterial wall can accommodate. One of the herbal therapies that is an alternative choice for sufferers is by consuming celery. Traditional Chinese people have long used celery to lower blood pressure. Celery (Apium graveolens) is one of the types of herbal therapy as an alternative to blood pressure-lowering, it has been proven successful in reducing high blood pressure because it contains diuretic potassium which is needed to help the body release water and sodium in order to reduce blood pressure. This study uses Quasi Experiment with the design used is the design of One Group Pretest - posttest Design without a control group but first observation (pretest) has been done which allows researchers to test changes that occur after the experiment (Post test). The population in this study were all hypertensive patients who experienced hypertension according to WHO criteria in Sumur Putat. Sampling techniques were carried out using purposive sampling. 
The effect of education using module and video on improvement of mother's knowledge and attitude about nutrition on toddler in integrated healthcare center, East Jakarta
Get PDFEarly Childhood is a period that is very sensitive to the environment and the future is very short. Lack of knowledge about nutrition and health of parents, especially mothers, is one of the causes of malnutrition in toddlers. The purpose of this study was to be able to discuss education using modules and videos to increase mother's knowledge and attitudes about balanced nutrition. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The research design is cross sectional with the main instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research was carried out at the Integrated Service Post, Cipayung District, East Jakarta in April – October 2019. The population of respondents was mothers with children aged 3-5 years, sampling using the Purposive Sampling technique. Video and module methods that support positive attitudes towards attitude change and increase mother's knowledge about balanced nutrition for toddlers, however, seem to be related to video media which is relatively better in increasing mother's knowledge and attitude change by using module media
Prolonged newborns and prolong pregnancy: A modern view on the problem
Get PDFThe article is devoted to the current problems of obstetrics, perinatology and neonatology. The article presents a literary review and covers scientific views on the factors of births and hazardous factors that lead to transfer and prolonged pregnancy. The most common perinatal complications of a delayed pregnancy are stillbirth, asphyxia, and birth trauma. Neonatal morbidity in premature infants is 29% and perinatal mortality is 19%, which is higher than in preterm infants. If the pregnancy is 43 weeks or more, these rates will increase. All of these diseases are associated with a decrease in the fetal resistance to hypoxia due to the large size of the brain and morphological changes in the placenta. Therefore, the incidence of meconium aspiration syndrome and fetal distress syndrome at birth increases, leading to high perinatal morbidity and mortality
Clinical status of patients with coronary artery disease post COVID-19
Get PDFThe main goal of our study was to identify the activity of cardiac dysfunction based on the analysis of the main cardiological methods of research, such as ECG, echocardiography, 24-hour ECG monitoring in conjunction with laboratory parameters in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) who underwent mild and moderate COVID-19, without signs of residual effects of lung tissue damage (fibrotization). 52 patients with coronary artery disease were examined, which were divided into 2 groups depending on the past infection in history: 1 group without COVID-19 in history (n=26) (based on history and results of SARS-CoV-2 antibody titer), 2 a group with a history of COVID-19 (n=26), confirmed by relevant documents (tests), but without oxygen therapy and steroids, in order to avoid the influence of a serious illness and drug exposure. Conclusions: dynamic monitoring of hemostasis parameters after the hospital stage in patients with CAD should be carried out in order to prevent adverse cardiovascular outcomes, even with a history of moderate and mild coronavirus infection. One of the aspects of therapeutic rehabilitation in the post-COVID period in patients with IHD is the use of vitamin D preparations

PC is a late-stage manifestation of various gastrointestinal malignancies in general and affects the ovaries, which is characterized as tumor deposits involving the surface of the peritoneal wall. If no primary signs are found, the primary diagnosis can be considered from the peritoneum itself. PC itself can be found incidentally on imaging, which can be seen on computed tomography examination, but in some mimicking images making it difficult to make a diagnosis, it is necessary to correlate it with the histopathological results
Sleep disorders in meningoencephalitis with adjustment disorders
Get PDFMany patients with medical disorders, such as meningoencephalitis are evaluated by psychiatrists complaining of sleep problems as one of the symptoms. A 65-years old married male patient who was currently unemployed was interviewed by a psychiatrist in an uncomfortable reclining position. The patient had been hospitalized for 8 days prior to the interview with a history of being unconscious. The patient showed disorganized speech, tried to pull the intravenous line, and hit his wife. The patient said that at this time, he was unable to sleep due to the throbbing headaches, nauseous, and frequent urination at night. Thus, the patient felt uncomfortable, tired, and drowsy in the morning. Those symptoms got worse in the last week. The patient never had sleep problems before. The psychiatric status showed an appropriate appearance, uncomfortable looks, adequate verbal and visual contact, clear consciousness, dysphoric mood and affect which was congruent, logical realist coherent thought process, and a preoccupation of headache. There was no hallucination or illusion, but mixed type insomnia was found. The patient was diagnosed with adjustment disorder with predominant symptoms and sleep disturbances (F43.28). 
The effect of reproductive health education with multimedia video learning on the improvement of fluor albus prevention behavior young woman pathologist
Get PDFHealth education for adolescents is achieved properly, it requires effective and interactive media so that young women can easily understand and absorb the information provided properly. The population in this study were teenage girls in class XI Pesantren Al-Junaidiyah Biru, Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone and Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Pajalele Bone. Based on the determination of the number of samples, the sample in this study amounted to 18 respondents, in anticipation of dropping out of respondents from the study, the researchers set 20% so that the number of respondents was 22 respondents in each group (Using 1:1:1) so the sample in this study amounted to 66 people with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there was an effect of reproductive health education with multimedia video learning on increasing knowledge of pathological fluor albus prevention in adolescent girls. The results showed that there was an effect of reproductive health education with multimedia video learning on improving the attitude of preventing pathological fluor albus (leucorrhoea) in adolescent girls. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of reproductive health education with multimedia video learning on the improvement of behavior/prevention of pathological fluor albus (leucorrhoea) in adolescent girls
The role of midwives in the application of classroom services for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic period
Get PDFBased on 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) data, as many as 250,715,502 positive Covid-19 confirmed cases, the death rate of Covid-19 sufferers is 5,062,106 (COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force, 2020). The increase in the number of people suffering from Covid-19 proves that Covid-19 spreads easily and quickly (World Health Organization, 2021). The Covid-19 virus attacks all ages, including vulnerable groups, one of which is pregnant women. During the Covid-19 pandemic, health services must continue to run optimally and be safe for patients and midwives with various adjustments based on Covid-19 handling guidelines or health protocols. Implementing antenatal classes during pregnancy and the role of the midwife or health worker is essential in identifying pregnant women class participants who will attend antenatal classes during pregnancy, including in the preparation phase. The objective is to systematically map research conducted in this field and identify the role of midwives in implementing class services for pregnant women during the pandemic. The method used is Prisma Flowchart (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic review and Meta-Analyses) to describe the literature search flow. The article search uses four databases (Google Scholar, Pubmed, Wiley, and Science Direct). 
Psychiatric aspects and the role of consultation liaison psychiatry (CLP) in traumatic amputation due to electrical burns for adolescents
Get PDFAmputation trauma due to burns is a conflict wound that is very emotionally disturbing, as is often shown on social media and on the small screen to illustrate war, but there are also unintentional events that occur in adolescents that cause burns due to electric shock. The purpose of this paper is to explain the psychiatric aspects and the role of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (CLP) in Traumatic Amputation Due to Electrical Burns in Adolescents so that it becomes a consideration in the selection of psychotherapy and therapy for patients. In this case report, an IPWS patient, male, 13 years old, was treated in the Burn Unit, 2nd floor, bed 2. The patient was consulted by a Plastic Surgery colleague at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. Autoanamnesis data was obtained at the first examination, and the patient followed up during treatment with complaints of feeling sad due to the condition of the wound. The patient complains of sadness and guilt for not obeying his parents' advice not to fly kites in the field, sadness comes and goes, sometimes cries when he remembers and now he feels sad and sorry, he also wants to get well soon and be able to do activities. 
Quality of life of pediatric patients experiencing organic depressive disorder with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis: Case report

Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) is a chronic inflammatory condition in children. JIA is defined as the presence of objective signs of arthritis in at least one joint that lasts more than six weeks in children less than 16 years of age, and other types of arthritis in children have been removed. Children with JIA may also often experience depressive episodes and other psychosocial disorders during the disease. Affective disorders in childhood can predict the recurrence of depressive episodes. In the case report, a 7-year-old was consulted because he looked sad. The sadness has been felt for two months and has worsened since two weeks ago, originally due to JIA Patients can usually carry out daily activities as usual. Nowadays, the patient has no desire and gets tired quickly, especially when doing ordinary activities; difficulty feeling joy, feeling guilty, worrying that the pain will not heal, despairing of not wanting to go to school, and being unable to follow lessons because of weakness, unable to walk, unable to write because of pain and swelling in his hands.
