    If a teacher does not know what Attention Deficit hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is, he will not be able to detect if it exists in the classroom, this is the most common neuropsychiatric condition in young children, symptomatically evolutionary disorder, manifesting itself differently according to age. It is common in boys who, in girls, among the most visible expressions are: behavioral problems (does not obey, does not work, nor let work), difficult concentration, learning difficulties in areas such as mathematics and especially in the language (writing and reading) which causes poor school performance. This research is intended to make an introduction to what ADHD is and its focus on the educational area, contributing meaningful information that helps teachers to establish strategies that allow the inclusion of those who are affected

    Effect of service quality, tariff perception and brand image toward costumer satisfaction

    The main objective of this study was to understand the effect of service quality, price perception, and brand image on customer satisfaction at an Old Man Barbershop haircut business from 2019 to 2020, totaling 700 customers. To facilitate data collection, we used a sample of 100 people as a correspondence obtained through a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, our data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that service quality, price perception, and business image have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Old Man Barbershop service users. Thus, the results are expected to be useful input for many interested parties, especially barbershop entrepreneurs and similar business practitioners so that they can improve and maintain service quality, price rates, and brand image to increase customer satisfaction, especially Old Man Barbershop

    Teacher training is currently necessary, due to its relevance in improving educational quality. Teachers during their training must acquire knowledge that contributes to the pedagogical sciences and develop skills in the profession, which carry with them the task of educating. One of the essential contents that every education professional must master curriculum theory and practice. The article addresses the issue, based on the current curricula in Ecuadorian education, where they respond to psychological and educational theories that generate pedagogical models and these, in turn, originate ways of teaching and learning, contained in the fundamentals of a curriculum; All this knowledge in teacher training contributes and makes possible the monitoring, validation and possible curricular changes that can be assumed and developed during the practice of the profession; of the proposals and dispositions of the authorities and academic experts who design at a macro-curricular level in the educational system of a country, to pay tribute to it and enrich it

    Analyzing the text of Syair Wasiat Renungan Masa using semiotic approach by de Marinis can answer the basic competences, namely: 1) to identify the information of the local folk poetry dealing with the analysis of the co-text, 2) to summarize the content of the folk poetry relating to the analysis of the context, and 3) to analyze the structure and the language of the folk poetry engaging with the analysis of the text. This study discovers 1) The text of syair Wasiat Renungan Masa: (a). Structure of sound: orchestral sound, a symbol of sound, and rhyme. (b) The use of words: vocabularies, diction, denotation, connotation, figurative language, imagery and rhetoric. 2) Social and Cultural Contexts found in syair Wasiat Renungan Masa in the community of NW recitation: (a) Social context relates to gender, social status, educational background, the setting of place and time. (b). Cultural context: organizational guidelines, religious advice, state guidelines. 3). Co-text in syair Wasiat Renungan Masa: paralinguistics, kinetic, proxemic, material element, intertextuality. 4) Teaching materials of Syair Wasiat Renungan Masa for Junior High School NW that cover: Lesson Plans that consists of Core Competence, Basic Competence, Indicators, Objectives, Materials, Strategy, Media, Source, Activity, and Evaluation/Assessment

    Effect of work culture on performance through work motivation: study in teachers of public senior high schools in Mataram city

    This study examines the influence of work culture on the motivation of teachers in Public High School in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this research is to describe the significant influence between work culture and teacher performance, work culture with teacher performance motivation, and the effect of work motivation with teacher performance. The theory used in this research is the theory of work performance and motivation. This research is an associative type of research, which is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The study population included all high Public Shcool teachers in the city of Mataram with a sample of 337 PNS (Government Employees) teachers. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis with lenier and additive models and model validity. The method of presentation uses formal and informal methods. The results showed that there was an influence of Work Culture variables on Performance, although not significant, Work Culture Variables had a significant influence on Work Motivation variables, and Work Motivation variables had a significant effect on Performance variables

    The portfolio as a media for assessing the learning outcomes of autistic children in inclusion schools

    This study aimed to determine how the use of portfolio documentation as an assessment of Mid-semester assessment in children with autism so that the supporting and inhibiting factors are known. They are using this type of qualitative research with the field research method, which was carried out for three months, from February to April 2020 in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The results of the study found that the results of the Mid-semester assessment using portfolio documentation could be done in children with autism. It was proven that portfolio documentation can answer the stages of children's learning development within a certain period, strengthened by the excellent cooperation between classroom teachers and special companion teachers in the learning process as a mid-semester assessment for children with autism. However, it also has inhibiting factors, namely changes in mood in children, both those influenced by internal and external aspects of autistic children

    The teamwork and motivational achievement’s effect on the lecturer organization’s commitment of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau

    This study aimed to find out the effect of teamwork and motivation achievement on the commitment of the lecturer organization of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used path analysis to test the hypothesis. The population was all the lecturers in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education of UIN Syarif Kasim Riau. There were 180 lecturers taken randomly from the total number of 240 lecturers using the Slovin pattern were selected as the sample of the study. The data was collected through a questionnaire. The result of the study revealed that: (1) Teamwork was directly positively effective toward the lecturer organization’s commitment; (2) Motivation Achievement was directly positively effective toward the lecturer organization’s commitment. Therefore, it was concluded that teamwork and motivation achievement could enhance the commitment of the lecturer organization of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This study under the topic presented is firstly done by the researcher. The novelty of the study emerged in the motivation achievement variable in which it dominantly affected the lecturer organization’s commitment
