The relationship between the leadership behavioral factors and the work motivation to the teacher performance in SMK Negeri 3 Manado
Get PDFTeacher leadership in school is increasingly being demanded to be able to improve the quality of teachers. It is required to do the analysis of the leadership behaviors toward teacher performance, the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance as well as the relationship between Leadership Behavior and Work Motivation towards Teacher Performance. This research is based on a qualitative approach. In this study, the research sample is all members of the population unit totaling 13 people. The data collected was using a questionnaire instrument. The collected data of the researchable variable was analyzed by using the correlation technique of Product Moment and Double Correlation. The result of the research states that there was a relationship between leadership behavior and teacher performance in SMK Negeri 3 Manado, which was furthermore found as the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance as well as the relationship between leadership behavior and work motivation aligned with the teacher performance. In sum, the leader must apply behavioral leadership that builds school organization and motivation for teacher performance in their work environment. The teacher's performance on motivation needs to get improved, encouraged, and facilitated so that it will increase the professional performance of the teachers.
The effect of brand image and price changes on the purchase decision of cement products in the city of Palembang
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price changes on the purchasing decisions of cement products in Palembang (study on consumers of Baturaja cement products in Palembang). The population in this study is all consumers of cement products in Palembang in 2021. With the criteria for determining the sample, the sample in this study was 150 respondents. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Baturaja cement products. Price changes have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Baturaja cement products. Brand image, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk should maintain the good image of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk among the public because its status as a state-owned company does not guarantee to be the consumer's first choice. Price changes: It is necessary to make regular price adjustments with cement competitors because the price difference is a little more expensive, so consumers will switch to products from other companies

Hindu identity maintenance of mixture marriage in DKI Jakarta
Get PDFIn a pluralistic society like Jakarta, it is very possible for marriages with religious backgrounds to occur. Marriage with two different religions is very unlikely because the law requires that the marriage be carried out in one religion. Hindus generally adhere to the patrilineal principle in the sense that the man is the head of the family. If there is an interfaith marriage, the wife must follow the husband's Hindu religion. However, it often happens that if there are marriages with different religious backgrounds, many Hindu men in DKI follow the religion of their wives. This causes the number of Hindu families to decrease. The results of the study show that a postmodern society like Jakarta often does not follow their religious norms, religion is seen as an obstacle to their freedom. Another factor of the weak maintenance of Hindu identity in husbands who engage in mixed marriages is the weak understanding of religion so that they easily convert to the religion of their wives
Motivation of public service at the department of population and civil registration (Dukcapil) of Merauke Regency

The method used in this research is a qualitative research research. The results of this research show 1) The level of interest of officials in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Merauke Regency in making public policies that make it easier for the community to provide services. 2) The commitment of all employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Merauke Regency to the public interest is very good. But peru must be improved again. 3) Lack of sympathy or compassion for the employees at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Merauke Regency, because there are still many complaints from the community regarding difficulties and taking care of family cards and birth certificates and their complaints are not responded to by employees at the Population and Records Office Merauke Regency Civil. 4) The lack of self-sacrifice that is owned by the Merauke Regency Population and Civil Registration Service employees because there are many complaints from the community where in community service they feel dissatisfied
What academia say on university choices in achieving the future goals of studying abroad: meta-analysis
Get PDFThis paper aimed to understand what the academic elites think about the student's university decision process and achieve students' future goals from studying at foreign universities. Because the success of studying abroad is believed to be closely related to the process of selecting university candidates with all the advantages and prestige of each university offered during recruitment promotions, to understand this, we searched for data sources electronically from various international journals and promotional advertisements. We processed this in a phenomenological approach that begins with understanding the problem and the study's hypothesis—the coding system, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation to get the findings' validity and reliability. Our data sources are based on Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, and other sources from 2010 to 2021. Based on the results of the discussion of the findings data, we can conclude our findings, among others. The decision to study abroad is first beginning with the right subject, course content, sports and societies, student accommodation, and scholarship availability. To get that information, applicants have to research alumni meetings, scholarship tours and promotions, western or eastern countries, and use multiple information sources. Thus, these findings should help prospective students and universities explore prospective international students' advertisements
Role of visual communication design as effective COVID-19 information and education media for community

As legal authorization has advanced in mechanics such as robotics, GPS labeling systems, and other advanced technologies, these are just a few examples of how advances in technological innovation in law enforcement provide mutual protection and justice. We found all the findings above after reviewing dozens of articles published in journals; and databases such as Sagepub, Academia, Taylor&France, Google Books, and websites. We design this study qualitatively relies on secondary data to understand how the latest technology has supported law enforcement efforts, especially by the police and other legal servants
The effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment in the Nigerian breweries industry
Get PDFOrganizational systems always find ways of controlling behavior to create a balance in the system, even when that balance may be less than optimal for the organization's success. To develop a firm that has the competitive advantage of value-based, managers need to give attention to its organizational culture. The major objective of the study is to examine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment in the Nigerian Brewery Industry. The study made use of a sample size of 208 employees of the selected subsidiaries of the major global players in the Nigerian Brewery Industry. Data was collected from Life Breweries Co. Ltd, Onitsha, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Pabod Breweries, Port Harcourt, and Voltic Nigeria Limited, Lagos. A cross-sectional survey research design method was used for this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that highly innovative organizations do not see innovation as an end but rather as an avenue to attain strategic goals. The study concluded that bureaucratic culture can give a shape to organizational processes which help to create and modify performance
Law enforcement and democracy feeling among Indonesians during 2010 to 2020 (international publication analysis)
Get PDFLaw enforcement and a sense of democracy are two issues that have attracted public attention, primarily since legal reform was implemented. To prove law enforcement and democracy feel, we searched data for 50 articles published between 2010 and 2020. We analyzed them to gain an in-depth understanding of whether our assumptions were correct. We search for data practically, i.e., searching through digital aids on well-known publication data sources such as Google Books publications, Sagepub, Taylor & France, ResearchGate, and many other website data. Since we conducted this study in the era of implementing the national public restriction policy, we decided that this study would rely on secondary data. As for finding the answers to this research, we analyze them by coding, in-depth evaluation, and draw conclusions that answer the problem validly. Based on the discussion of the findings, we can say that the application of law in Indonesia adheres to the civil law legal system in terms of the legal system, political system, legal sources, and system of application; in the form of regulations and laws that are systematically arranged in codification to provide a sense of democracy and justice
