The effect of good corporate governance on company value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on firm value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. GCG is proxied through managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, and independent board of commissioners, while firm value is measured using Tobin's Q. The research method used purposive sampling with a sample of 19 companies. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software version 25. The results showed that: (1) managerial ownership has a positive but insignificant effect on firm value, (2) institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on firm value, (3) independent board of commissioners has a significant negative effect on firm value, and (4) audit committee has no significant effect on firm value. These results indicate that GCG implementation still varies in influencing firm value in Indonesia
Diagnostic study of the transformation of educational internships in three public Islamic Universities in Indonesia
This study aims to diagnose the transformation of educational internship programs in three State Islamic Universities (UIN), namely UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The main focus of the research is to understand the changes that occur in the implementation of educational internships, the supporting and inhibiting factors of transformation, as well as the impact on students and institutions. The research method used was a diagnostic study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the internship program. The results showed that the transformation of the educational internship program involved significant changes in the curriculum, increased student involvement, and the use of technology in teaching. The main supporting factors include Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka policy support, supporting technology, and university commitment while inhibiting factors include variations in the quality of partner schools, limited technological infrastructure, and curriculum adjustment constraints. This transformation has a positive impact on improving students' teaching skills, better work readiness, and strengthening the university's academic reputation
Standard operating procedure planning product marketing with participatory ergonomic approach principles
Candikuning II is part of Baturiti District as a tourism village better known as Bedugul, Bali, Indonesia, and what is no less noteworthy is a range of chips produced by MSME groups as mementos after touring, such as Chips: Spinach; Bean; Tempeh. The goal of this study is to create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Product Marketing by adopting participatory ergonomic concepts from MSME members. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews, and Focus Discussion Group. Data analysis techniques using techniques developed by Miles & Huberman, namely analysis including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of this study is the design of Product Marketing SOP by incorporating participatory principles. The conclusion of the study shows that the design of this marketing SOP is considered effective and easy to understand in marketing production products in household industries in Candikuning II Village, Tabanan, Bali

International joint training plays a very important role in the effort to improve the quality of the education sector, thereby enhancing the prestige and status of the industry and the nation. In recent times, departments and universities have continuously strengthened their expansion efforts, seeking the best partners and cooperation opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of managing international joint training programs. In addition to the achievements in enhancing management capacity, there are still many limitations. Therefore, thoroughly researching and evaluating the experiences of some countries in international joint training activities, and subsequently proposing appropriate solutions for the next phase, especially regarding policies to promote cooperation and foreign investment, is one of the urgent requirements for higher education in Vietnam
Project-based learning
In the degree in Pedagogy in Experimental Sciences at ULEAM Chone extension, the effectiveness of the project-based learning methodology has not been evaluated, so it is necessary to determine its uses and advantages at the university level. The objective of the study is to analyze project-based learning among students of the Pedagogy in Experimental Sciences career. It is developed through a mixed approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative data, the inductive method is used, and the study population is made up of students of the degree. The survey technique is used. The results demonstrate that PBL contributes to the development of research and problem-solving skills, collaboration and teamwork, the application of theoretical knowledge to practical situations, and the motivation and commitment of students, with a positive experience in its use.
Technological education and its influence on traditional education
Traditional education faces significant challenges in the face of rapid digital evolution, the objective was to evaluate the impact of new technologies on pedagogical practice and its influence on student learning, a deductive approach was used to identify the difficulties faced by both teachers and students when incorporating technology into their school activities. The research was carried out at the Monserrate Álava de Gonzáles Educational Unit, where a structured questionnaire was applied to eighth-grade students, applying quantitative methodology, using numerical data collection and analysis techniques. The result was the importance of continuous training of teachers in educational technology to improve their ability to effectively integrate technology in the classroom. A deductive approach was used to analyze the level of adaptation capacity of the students in the management of educational technology. Highlighting the need for complementary education programs, as well as providing support to develop technological competencies in teachers and students, which will contribute to guaranteeing the successful integration of technology in the educational environment and improving educational quality in general
The influence of perceived safety culture and safety knowledge on safety performance mediated by safety motivation: Study of field work partner employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Central Kalimantan Distribution Main Unit
Perceived safety culture and safety knowledge are the two independent variables in this study. Safety performance is the dependent variable, and safety motivation is the mediating variable at PT. Central Kalimantan Distribution Main Unit of PLN (Persero). This research method uses a questionnaire with 101 employees of fieldwork partners at PT. PLN (Persero) Central Kalimantan Main Distribution Unit is the sample and has been selected from the population. Variable estimations utilize the LC procedure with a weight scale from 1 to 5. Utilize the partial least squares method to determine the correlation between variables X1, X2, Y, and Z. The consequences of the examination express that (1) PSC meaningfully affects SP, (2) SK affects SP, (3) SM affects SP, (4) PSC affects SM, (5) SK significantly affects SM, (6) PSC affects SP with SM Intercession and (7) SK affects SP with SM Intervention
Physical activity in the creative learning of adolescents
In the educational context, the use of physical activity as a teaching resource to generate creative learning in adolescents is commonly ignored by teachers, wasting the opportunity that, through body movement, the student can acquire significant knowledge for his life. In this context, the objective of the research was to analyze the incidence of physical activity on the creative learning of adolescents. The quantitative approach was used by collecting quantitative data and its analysis was carried out with the help of computer and statistical tools that showed the reality of the management of physical activities. A population of 129 students was considered the General Baccalaureate of the Gonzalo Abad Grijalva Educational Unit in the city of Chone, province of Manabí – Ecuador. The Results demonstrate a relevant connection between physical activity and the development of thinking skills, obtaining that the strengthening of interpersonal relationships between students, the relaxation of the body, and the promotion of health care, constitute a path for the development of creativity in the acquisition of interdisciplinary knowledge in the educational process. 
The influence of service quality from PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) on customer satisfaction at PT Bukit Asam Tbk
This study examines the effect of service quality provided by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) on the level of corporate customer satisfaction, specifically PT Bukit Asam Tbk. As a user of railway transportation services for coal logistics, PT Bukit Asam requires quality services to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents consisting of PT Bukit Asam Tbk employees involved in the logistics process. Data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the service quality of PT Kereta Api Indonesia has a positive and significant influence on PT Bukit Asam's customer satisfaction, with the indicator of friendly service and responsiveness of the officers scoring the highest. These findings suggest that improving service quality can strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty
Enhancing the quality of competency assessment for elementary school students in modern education
The paper aims to explore strategies to enhance the quality of competency assessment for elementary school students in the context of modern education. Through a comprehensive study conducted from February 2022 to January 2024 in Hai Phong city, data were collected from 112 educational administrators and 564 teaching professionals. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews to gather insights into current assessment practices and challenges. Findings underscored the critical role of competency assessments in facilitating student development. They revealed a need for tailored assessment methods aligned with contemporary educational standards and student-centered approaches. Additionally, the study highlighted the importance of continuous professional development for educators to improve their assessment literacy and competency evaluation skills. Overall, the research suggests that implementing targeted strategies can lead to more accurate and holistic assessment practices, ultimately fostering student growth and development in elementary education
