    The role of job satisfaction and job stress in mediate the effect of organizational justice on deviant behavior in the workplace

    Workplace deviant behavior is the behavior of members of the organization that is not in accordance with the rules or norms, general habits that serve as guidelines in the organization that have a negative impact on the organization and/or members of the organization. This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction and job stress in mediating effect of organizational justice on workplace deviant behavior. This research was conducted on government employees in Udayana University with a sample of 106 employees. The samples were collected by using proportionate random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result showed that job satisfaction was not able to mediate the effect of organizational justice on workplace deviant behavior and job stress was able to fully mediate the effect of organizational justice on workplace deviant behavior. These result showed that in order to reduce workplace deviant behavior, the leader’s must improve organizational justice that can increase job satisfaction and reduce job stress levels, so that the employee’s intention to behave defiantly in the workplace will be reduced.

    The objective of this research is to design and build an information system for manufacturing processes that fits the requirements of small automotive component industrial enterprises. The waterfall method was used to construct this information system; this method is used to examine the object of research that will be carried out beginning with the background of the organizational structure and other items that may be utilized for the object of research. SWOT analysis is the first stage in analyzing the company's most pressing information system requirements. Analyze the system design DFD (Data Flow Diagram) is a type of analysis used in business management or inside organizations to systematically assist in the design of the information system to be designed.     The various types of culinary businesses offered are so diverse such as restaurants, cafes, lounges, and bars. One local restaurant that is well known to the public is MM Juice and Restaurant. An indicator of the success of a company is determined by the intention to repurchase its consumers on an ongoing basis which is one of the factors that MM Juice and Restaurant want to improve. This study aims to explain the role of experiential value in mediating the effect of experiential marketing on repurchase intention. This research was conducted in Denpasar City involving 185 respondents who live in Denpasar with an age range of 18 years and over and have completed high school education. The method used is online purposive sampling via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis technique, path analysis, and Sobel test.     Service quality delivery and consumers’ choice of fast-food outlets

    This study examined the effect of service quality delivery on consumer’s choice of fast foods outlets. Cross-sectional survey research design was adopted. Primary data was collected from respondents using structured questionnaire. Simple regression in the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was adopted to analyze the data collected. Consequently, it was found that service tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had significant effects on consumer’s choice of fast foods. Thus, it was recommended amongst others, that fast food outlets should be more responsive to consumers’ service requirements by rapidly eliciting and resolving consumers’ enquiries and complaints; consistently deliver fast, strong and reliable service; ensure their personnel treat consumers with politeness and consideration at every point of service encounter and constantly seek ways to offer freshness in order to remain relevant in the market place

    Effect of inflation, consumption credit on purchase power of the community

    The people's purchasing power as seen through per capita expenditure adjusted for the province of West Java during the last 4 years 2017-2020, tends to increase and in the last year the purchasing power of the people of West Java has decreased due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of inflation and consumption credit on people's purchasing power in the province of West Java. The results of the study show that inflation and the distribution of banking consumption credit simultaneously have a significant effect on people's purchasing power. Partially, inflation has a negative and significant effect on people's purchasing power, while banking consumption credit has a positive and significant impact on people's purchasing power, economic growth, income per capita and other unknown variables

    The research focuses on the systematization of experience that had as its object the "Pedagogical-Didactic Induction (planning) for teachers of physics and mathematics based on learning styles (theoretical, pragmatic, reflective and active), from the Experimental Science Management project of the Sciences Area of The Mathematics and Physics Specialization Education of the Redesign of the ULEAM, was based on the identification of the didactic strategies based on the class plan according to the learning styles in the students of the Millennium Educational Unit "Eugenio Espejo" in the year 2019. Considered that through class planning based on learning styles with strategies for each teacher, they achieve the quality of education at the time of executing the planning. The objective is to analyze the effectiveness of lesson plans with the four learning styles in physics and mathematics teachers in the second phase of the project's pedagogical induction. As technique for gathering information an interview checklist were applied to the teachers and students who participated in the project and the educational unit.     Moderating social support on the influence of work-family conflict on job satisfaction

    Human resources (HR) is one of the main elements that occupy a very strategic position in an organization or company. For this reason, every company must be able to maintain its employees and strive to increase job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and social support on job satisfaction. This study also examines the moderating role of social support on the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the State Savings Bank (BTN) located in Denpasar City, Bali. The sample in this study were permanent employees of BTN in Denpasar, Bali, totalling 103 people. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that work-family conflict had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while social support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Social support is a moderating variable of the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. The type of moderating role of the social support variable is the quasi moderator. Specifically, social support weakens the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction

    The influence of work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic

    This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire as an instrument to measure research variables. Questionnaires were distributed to 114 respondents, employees of BLUD at the RSUD Palembang BARI. The data collected from the questionnaire instrument was processed using the SPSS program to perform multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the work environment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results also show that the work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic
