The relevance of green branding on competitive strategies in service firms
Get PDFThe study evaluated qualitatively the relevance of green branding in service firms. Drawing the manufacturing industry perspective. Two objectives were drawn for this bordering on environmental actors and green innovation as it affects competitive advantage, The extant literature revealed a strong impact of these predator variables on competitive advantage in service industry management. The findings was that the performance of green innovation, product and process has a positive influence on the performance of the firms, although green innovation process is rarely discussed in the literature, it is very important to highlight the green innovation process, as it is easy to imitate the final product, compared to the process. Recommendations were made on the need to continue to uphold green innovation and major environmental factors to promote firm performance and profitability
Influence of digital media on student practice of the faculty of philosophy, letters and educational sciences
Get PDFThe objective of this study is to determine the influence of digital media on student practice at the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Sciences of Education, given that it is of vital importance to guarantee that the infrastructure of digital media, keeping up with the current development of teaching and learning, in addition, educators and students should be encouraged to enjoy more in the use of these tools. The methodology applied in the research is descriptive, exploratory, field, and explanatory, with a mixed approach, that is, qualitative and quantitative, a structured survey was applied on a Likert scale, applied to 245 students. A high reliability of 0.842 was obtained through the SPSS statistic, which shows that digital media have an influence on student practice, generating benefits in the learning-teaching process
Factors influencing policy dividends in manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia stock exchange
Get PDFThis research aims to investigate how dividend policy, as measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio, is influenced by firm Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Liquidity measured by the Current Ratio, and solvability measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. This study's sample consists of all manufacturing businesses that will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. This study used a sample of 22 manufacturing companies. The examination procedure utilized in this study is relapse utilizing board information. The findings demonstrated that both Size and Debt positively and significantly influenced the Dividend Payout Ratio to Equity Ratio. On the other hand, the Dividend Payout Ratio was significantly and negatively impacted by the Current Ratio and Return on Equity
Management of community-based Melasti beach tourism destinations
Get PDFCommunities in a tourism destination have the potential for a variety of activities that can be created into attractive tourism products. Tourism destinations encourage the emergence of new trends towards community-based tourism development. Planning and developing tourism destinations so as to have opportunities for the community to get hopes, wishes from the development of existing tourism destinations in Ungasan Village, Badung Regency. Based on this phenomenon, there are three main problems in this study. First, why can Melasti Beach become a tourist destination in Ungasan Village, Badung Regency? How is the management of the community-based Melasti Beach tourist destination carried out with the relevant government in Badung Regency, Bali? These problems are studied with several theories, namely imperative functionalism theory, management theory. Management of community-based Melasti Beach Tourism Destinations in Ungasan Village, Badung Regency because Melasti Beach has beautiful beach tourism attractions, complete facilities and infrastructure, and there are institutions that regulate the course of tourism activities. 
Best practice for character education for millennial generation: The correlation between Pancasila values and Indonesian Muslim families
Get PDFThe discussion about best practices in shaping character for the millennial generation about Pancasila values and Muslim family education is an exciting topic to be discussed in various contexts and content. To discuss this issue, we have conducted a series of searches for supporting data and additional information electronically on literature sources in the form of field study findings that actively discuss best practices in shaping the character of the young Muslim generation concerning Pancasila education and the habits of Muslim families in Indonesia. We cannot use this data to answer questions with high times. After a summary of the data and an in-depth discussion of the relationship between the two variables, the researcher can finally conclude that there are some best practices in shaping the character of the millennial generation, in this case, looking for a correlation between Pancasila education and Indonesian family education to form a young age that follows the character Islamic nation and religion. Thus, it is hoped that these findings will add to the wealth of knowledge and perspectives of family religious education and are also in line with Pancasila education as Muslim Indonesian citizens
Islamic education governance towards independent learning: From creativity to innovation with a blended learning approach
Get PDFAlong with the development of knowledge and technology, today demands changes in all sectors, especially in the country's governance of Islamic education. The author believes that today's updated education governance is the implementation of technology-based learning, such as a blended learning-based approach. For this reason, we have completed a series of data searches from many publications or literature that discuss the issue of Islamic education and also the issue of learning through learning. Furthermore, our data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach to explore scientific evidence relevant to this study, after getting the data and reviewing it with a coding system of evaluation data, interpretation, and drawing conclusions that answer the study questions. Based on the existing data and additional discussions of this study, we can conclude that learning Islamic education governance from a creative learning community to innovation in educational services based on a blended approach learning has turned out to be a very innovative solution where technology has been able to transform learning, especially in an era that is being disrupted by various crises. It is hoped that this salary will become an essential input for examining studies and educational issues in the future
Leadership style and personnel performance: A literature review
Get PDFThis article mainly discusses the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. Research on the relationship between leadership style and employee performance still shows mixed results. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership style and employee performance by comparing the results of primary research on these two variables. The method used is a conceptual analysis of various previous studies in the last ten years. The results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between leadership style and employee performance, especially in the Indonesian context where social relations take priority in society. This implies that managers must be able to create a favorable leadership style to encourage employee performance improvement, although this is not the only thing that must be considered

From this contradiction, this work is presented, which aims to analyze the influence of the integral formation of the child in the development of language, affective and social of the Child Development Center "Nidito de Ternura" in Santa Marta of the Chone canton in 2022. For this, a bibliographical and exploratory research was used, through which truthful sources were investigated, whose information was analyzed under the analytical-synthetic method. In addition, data was obtained through the information collection instruments, which were tabulated and interpreted using the statistical method. A survey was applied to parents and educators, and an observation sheet for children. From the analysis of the research literature and the quantitative data obtained, the result was that comprehensive training positively influences the development of language, and the socio-affective aspects of children
Blockchain applications in business and financial activities in Vietnam: Situation, trends, opportunities and challenges
Get PDFThe emergence and rapid development of blockchain technology is an important milestone in the development of every country across the world. In Vietnam, blockchain is applied in many aspects of life, such as finance, banking, business, commerce, e-commerce, tourism, education, and healthcare. Previously, blockchain was known as the origin of cryptocurrencies. However, in recent years, blockchain technology and its applications have gone far beyond cryptocurrencies. This study aimed to assess the current situation, development trends, opportunities, and challenges in applying blockchain in business and financial activities. The research analyzed the Vietnamese government’s policies related to blockchain technology. In addition, the study updates the development trends of blockchain technology in business and financial activities through international scientific conferences, books, newspapers, and magazines. The study’s findings indicate that Vietnam is a high potential market for developing blockchain technology. Also, Vietnam faces many opportunities and challenges in catching up with this trend, especially when Vietnam is implementing many policies to develop the digital economy. Therefore, thanks to assessing the current situation, development trends, opportunities, and challenges in Vietnam, the study helps to suggest some solutions for the difficulties in applying blockchain technology, especially the thirst for human resources in the blockchain industry
The influence of career, experience, and professionalism on audit quality at the audit board of the Republic of Indonesia representative of South Sumatera Province
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of career, experience, and professionalism on audit quality at The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sumatera Province. The sampling technique in this study was by using the sampling method, namely as many as 108 employees consisting of Intermediate Expert Auditor, Junior Expert Auditor, and First Expert Auditor. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that career, experience, and professionalism variables partially have a positive and significant effect on audit quality at The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sumatera Province. The experience variable significantly influences audit quality more than the career and professionalism variables. In addition, career, experience, and professionalism simultaneously positively and significantly affect audit quality at The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sumatera Province
