Program of acceleration of local resource-based diversification of food consumption (P2KP - BSL) has nationally implemented as the initial stage for program socialization since 2009 and simultaneously implemented in 2011. This is a descriptive study. Districts of Sekarbela, Selaparang, and Ampenan were selected as the research focused-areas considering that the three districts have already implemented three sub-programs of P2KP – BSL that is; a) Sub-program of Optimizing Courtyard Utilization, b) Sub-program of Food Processing, c) Sub-program of Consumption Campaigns of Diverse Food, Balanced Nutrition, and Safe for School Children. Finding of the study in Mataram town shows that there are seven planned sub-programs of P2KP – BSL; however, due to the limited fund, there only three sub-programs; sub-program of Optimizing Courtyard Utilization, sub-program of Food Processing, and sub-program of Consumption Campaigns of Diverse Food, Balanced Nutrition, and Safe for School Children have been realized
Length plastron correlation towards ridley turtles long flipper that given lemuru and seaweed feeds
A turtle security that was released their habitat in conserving, it was determined by their speed and agility to swimming and diving at avoiding predators even chasing prey to be eaten. The most an important part of turtle organs for agile swimming and diving was a flipper. Flippers forward more function as paddles when swimming and diving while the rear flippers serve as a rudder to steer the direction of movement of swimming and diving. The front flippers are unlike paddle when swimming and diving, whereas, the back flippers as a rudder at direction when swimming and diving. At front flippers, there was belong strong nails for ripping or tearing their prey, therefore, it was easy eaten. The study was intended to know a feeding effect of lemuru and seaweed on different percentage towards length plastron correlation to in front length flippers both

A comparative study of psychological factor among female athletes
Psychological needs play an important role in the promotion and demotion of tension, because any type of tension provide frustration and these frustrated needs leads towards aggressiveness in the individual, need of direct gain, power, and prestige, need for resolving ambiguous cries and for group belongingness and conformity are the main needs which appear to be of utmost importance. The most of the tensions are due to physical, social, cultural, religious, economic, political and psychological cause, and the stability of the tension has been found to be due to high competition, lack of common goals, lack of contacts, value conflict, ignorance, partiality, prejudices, conformity, and maladjustment and to achieve dominance by someone. The objective of this paper is to study to measure different kinds of tension viz. communal tension, caste tension, and religious tension cultural tension regional tension and language tension. For this purpose Fifty female athletes of age group 18-25 participated in south-west zone inter-varsity tournament of respective sport viz judo, badminton; table tennis, wrestling, swimming, and athletics, during 2007-2008 were selected as subjects for this study at random. COMPREHENSIVE SCALE OF TENSION by Dr. Rajeevlochan Bhardwaj was used. Reliability—IT POSSESS SPILT-HALF RELIABILITY OF .81 THROUGH Spearman Brown Formula and of .88 by Gutman Formula. The reliability of data was ensured through tools reliability as well as tester’s reliability. The information gathered was treated with ANOVA (F-Ratio) technique was used for comparing all the six sports with respect to Locus of control’s-Score- All the scores of comprehensive tension scale are converted to T-Score to find out the level of tension in each of six sports and also in total. It is found from The findings that the study indicates that there is no significant difference among female players of Athletics, Weight Lifting, Judo, Badminton, Swimming and Table Tennis.
Startups in India: sustainable development
This paper deals with Startups in India. It is a scheme launched by the Indian Government on 16th of January in 2016. This initiative is to encourage the young entrepreneurs to greatly involve in the entrepreneurship for a better future. According to the program, around 1.25 lakh bank branches will encourage youth. Entrepreneurs by giving them a loan. This campaign will create new jobs for the people in India. This scheme will provide employment in long run. The success of this program may happen with overcoming some barriers like the rigid licensing system, lack of banks support, the absence of tax holiday etc
Aquifer porosity prediction base on resistivity data and water conductivity
The research of aquifer porosity prediction based on resistivity data and water conductivity was conducted. The research was a case of study that conducted at Desa Bugbug, Karangasem Regency in Bali. Resistivity data were taken by geoelectric tools set off. Water conductivity data was obtained by directly measuring the water conductivity of the wells drilled based on geoelectric data. In regard the measurement results was obtained 26.5 ohm.m of resistivity aquifer and the water conductivity was 0.02 s/m so that the aquifer porosity based on the calculation was 39.9%. The implications of this calculation were to obtain data that serves as a soil porosity aquifer, e.g. as the soil porosity at existing wells site, it was enough conducted resistivity measurements on the spot and measure the conductivity of wells water. Thus the process was expected to be more practical
Literature review on HR practice in banking sector
Presently the competition was going on sky high in the banking industry. Merely tough competitors can persist under these prompt changes. Every single bank wished to face this situation and emerge as victorious, but it was not as easy as one could imagine. But this could be possible somewhat if a desire to work all together for transformation was made. Fast moving and complex world of new techniques &skills had forced banks to consider it and to adjust themselves to the changing banking environment. There was a requirement to advance competencies i.e. skill, knowledge, and approach among the bank employees to make them more appropriate to the altering circumstances. Since every human being had the potential to do remarkable things and to support him to understand, develop and utilize his/her potential, the bank should provide the knowledge and emerging climate as well as prospects. And this was possible only if efficient and effective Human Resource Practices, which would maximize value and minimize cost within the organization should be applied
Kobasa concept of hardiness: A study with reference to the 3Cs
The concept of Hardiness was first given by Suzanne C. Kobasa (1979) as a personality style or pattern associated with continued good health and performance under stress. According to her, hardy people are buffered against stressful life situations because they engage in certain affective, cognitive, and behavioral responses. In her foundational paper entitled ‘Stressful life events, personality, and health: An inquiry into hardiness’, published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology in 1979, Suzanne C. Kobasa introduced the concept of psychological hardiness and suggested that hardiness moderates the relationship between stressful life events and illness. Kobasa characterized hardiness as comprising of three components or the 3C’s: Commitment, Control, and Challenge. This paper is an attempt to study these hardiness components and the subsequent additions to the research work in the area of study made by such succeeding scholars as Salvatore R. Maddi, S. Kahn, Paul T. Bartone, W. D. Gentry, et al. In 2005, Maddi added Connection as the 4th C and in my paper I have proposed Culture as the 5th C, a component relevant especially to the Indian context
