Understanding Influencer Marketing in the Gaming Industry: The role of social influence and engagement
The gaming industry is experiencing rapid growth, and influence marketing has become an essential tool for brands seeking to reach gamers. Based on a narrative literature review, this study aims to explore the role of social influence in the context of influence marketing in the gaming industry, with a focus on the impact of user engagement.
Drawing upon social influence theory and the concept of social congruity, we propose a conceptual model that connects these key variables. The model suggests that social influence exerted by gaming influencers on social media can influence user engagement.
The expected results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the role of social influence in influencer marketing within the gaming industry. Furthermore, the proposed conceptual model will provide insights for marketing professionals to optimize their influence strategies and enhance user engagement among gamers.

This research focuses on the personal brand of Niger's political leaders and voters' voting intentions. The main objective is to identify the dimensions linked to this brand in order to explain their influence on voters' voting intention. An interview guide for 55 voters and a questionnaire for 489 people were developed to achieve this objective. The results of a multivariate analysis using linear regression showed that the variables in the literature, namely the competence, credibility, sincerity, morality and robustness of the political leader, exist at contextual level and are known by voters. These variables have a positive and significant influence on voters' voting intention. This research merits further investigation with a larger sample spread over a longer period that could take into account other towns in the country and, above all, other variables to provide a better understanding of the problem.

In recent years, the techniques used by certain companies to reduce their tax burden have been the subject of numerous studies. Although discussions about aggressive tax planning activities and their regulatory responses are often conducted in reference to moral concepts such as "fairness," the philosophical analysis of the ethics of corporate tax aggressiveness remains limited. In particular, the virtue ethics approach that focuses on the agent (and their character) and the execution of specific roles has not been examined in detail. This article examines how moral theories associated with Alasdair MacIntyre's contemporary virtue ethics can be applied to the issue of tax aggressiveness in family businesses and explores the role played by accountants in these activities. It argues, firstly, that MacIntyre's approach provides a more useful philosophical analysis of the issue (compared to utilitarian and deontological approaches, for example), and secondly, that the main stakeholders (accountants) are likely to agree with the key principles of this approach. The article also contributes by reconceptualizing, using MacIntyre's framework, the issue of tax aggressiveness in relation to Donald Cressey's "fraud triangle." In this article, the study of tax aggressiveness was conducted in a family context because family businesses have unique characteristics that distinguish them from other enterprises, and specifically focused on small and medium-sized Moroccan enterprises. Although these businesses are often overlooked in management literature, they play a crucial role in the national economic landscape.

Innovation is an essential condition for any company that wants to survive or be competitive (Temri, 2000). Thus, SME must anticipate the desires and expectations of customers despite the difficulties of access to financing (Diop, 2019) that they encounter knowing that innovation requires a lot of resources, knowledge, skills, tools and interrelationships (Cortes Robles, 2006; Morel et al. 2015). This paper is part of a resources approach and aims to identify the different factors which determine the capacity for marketing innovation among SME. The results obtained after using the qualitative and quantitative methodology as well as the Churchill paradigm, show that the capacity for marketing innovation has three dimensions: partnerships for innovation, means of innovating and the manager's desire to innovate. An analysis and discussion of these results makes it possible to understand that the innovation capacity of SME/TCFL does not only depend on the financial resources at their disposal.

This article explores the impacts of digital transformation (DT) on occupational health and safety (OHS), highlighting the challenges and opportunities for OHS associated with new forms of work organization "New way of work", notably teleworking, this mode of work offering on the one hand a certain flexibility to employees, can also, on the other hand, generate risks to their safety, physical and mental health. However, the article also assesses EU OHS legislation relating to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotization in the work context, and highlights the need for concrete actions to ensure a safe and healthy working environment in the digital age, such as establishing an adequate legal framework for the digital "right to disconnect", investing in training and skills development, promoting a culture of prevention, etc. As a result, this article also highlights the importance of supporting change in the context of digital work in the workplace. Indeed, the implementation of a prevention strategy within organizations is fundamental to the optimal management of OHS. This strategy involves raising workers' awareness of emerging psychosocial and ergonomic risks, adequate safety measures and good practice in the use of digital tools. However, the article also raises ethical concerns, concerning data confidentiality, privacy and the difficulties of automated decision-making, particularly with the implementation of AI and its increasing use in work supervision and management.

Paper type: Theoretical Research.

Developing Inclusive Business Models at the Base of the Pyramid: A Resource-Based View
This paper is grounded in the extended resource-based theory proposed by Warnier, Weppe, and Lecocq (2013), which emphasizes the role of managerial subjectivity in defining resources that can be leveraged for competitive advantage. Traditionally, resources have been classified as strategic, ordinary, or negative, with negative resources often overlooked despite their potential value. This study explores how the business model framework can facilitate the identification, capture, transformation, and delivery of negative resources by combining them with other resources. We address the gap in the literature concerning the integration of negative resources and their strategic importance.
Through an exploration of two detailed case studies of companies operating in the Base of the Pyramid (BOP) market, we provide empirical insights into innovative practices that enable these firms to convert negative resources into valuable assets. The case studies include THE ORGANIZATION X 's "Branchements Sociaux BS" program in Morocco and THE ORGANIZATION Y in Bangladesh. These cases illustrate how organizations can repurpose negative resources to create inclusive and sustainable business models, offering essential services to underserved communities.
Our findings suggest that negative resources, when effectively integrated and managed, can significantly contribute to both social and economic value creation. This study highlights the importance of developing inclusive business models that not only provide essential services to marginalized populations but also utilize and enhance local resources and capabilities. The implications of this research extend to managers and policymakers seeking to foster innovation and sustainability in resource-constrained environments. By focusing on how negative resources can be transformed into strategic assets, this research offers valuable insights into creating competitive advantages in BOP markets.

The Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) is seen as a new field crowned by initiatives that aim for social, environmental and economic development while strengthening the social ties between the various players. By its very nature, the SSE sector is resolutely innovative. It is in the field of SSE that we can speak of social innovation, which makes it possible to improve or solve a social problem from a global perspective (C. Bouchard, 1999).
In this paper, we seek to highlight the role that social innovation can play in strengthening the SSE sector and improving its competitiveness. Our problem is as follows: "To what extent can social innovation be a determining factor for the SSE? To answer this question, we will review the literature on the birth and development of the social and solidarity economy. We will also detail and explain the theoretical foundations and principles of the social and solidarity economy, with the aim of highlighting the characteristics that make up this new field and making it a key area for the development of social innovations. We will then show that the social/solidarity-based economy is a prime example of social innovation. And to fully understand the links between the SSE and the SI, we plan to conduct a qualitative study by interviewing professionals, experts and university professors using an interview guide.

This article aims to identify and analyze the main determinants of financial distress among SMEs in the southern regions of Morocco. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), we studied the relationships between various factors, such as financial ratios, access to financing, financial management skills, financial innovation, and strategic and judicial interventions, and their impact on the financial performance of SMEs. Data were collected from surveys of 373 SMEs in the regions of Guelmim-Oued Noun, Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, and Dakhla-Oued Eddahab. The results show that unfavorable financial ratios increase the risk of financial distress, while access to financing, financial management skills, financial innovation, and strategic and judicial interventions have significant positive effects on the financial performance of SMEs. These findings highlight the importance of improving access to financing and financial management to strengthen the resilience of SMEs.

Sporting events of all types and sizes attract tourists, whether spectators or participants, and have become tourist attractions, considerably enhancing the image of the host destination. They can act as a catalyst for tourism development because of their ability to attract visitors, stimulate demand, promote local culture and identity, and foster synergies between sectors, all of which help to improve the destination's image.
Event-based sports tourism in Morocco occupies a considerable place in tourism policy strategies, whether it's a professional, amateur or leisure event. In the Dakhla Oued-Eddahab region of southern Morocco, tourism activities are characterized by an often positive trend in overnight stays, a growing number of visitors and a rich and varied tourism offering. This quantitative evolution is marked by the organization of a series of sporting events, thanks to customer demand and the high quality of the offer on offer. This result is the culmination of efforts to improve the development of sports tourism.
In this article, we have chosen to treat sports events as an approach to territorial promotion, to consider sports tourism as a powerful locomotive of socio-economic growth, and to present event-based sports tourism as an instrument of progress and development for the pilot tourist destination. Indeed, our study shows that thanks to sporting events, the region has been able to benefit in terms of development, since these events endorse their capacity to create generative activities for the benefit of the local population, making them a real factor in the development of the local economy, not forgetting their remarkable role in promoting a very positive image for the region and a tool for promoting tourism on an international scale benefiting from worldwide visibility.
