ABORDAGEM MULTIDISCIPLINAR NO PROCESSO DE TRANSPLANTE E DOAÇÃO DE ÓRGÃOS EM SAÚDE: UM ENFOQUE PSICOLÓGICO
Get PDFIntroduction: Transplantation is the replacement of an organ or tissue, through a surgical procedure, from a sick person with another from a living or dead donor. Considering the process for carrying out a transplant, for the patient to get in line to receive the donation, there is a careful evaluation, carried out by a multidisciplinary team. Aim: To discuss the possibilities of interventions and contributions in the multidisciplinary approach, inserted in the process of transplantation and organ donation, looking at the psychological aspects of patients and donors. Method: Using a narrative literature review, we sought to present the specificities of psychological issues depending on the organ to be transplanted by the patient, as well as the coping between the donor and recipient of a living donor with a focus on psycho-emotional aspects. Results: The importance of health interventions was highlighted, as well as the multidisciplinary approach, giving the professional psychologist's role as an essential part during the process and post-transplant. Conclusion: The identification, evaluation and guidance related to psycho-emotional aspects contribute to better understanding, elaboration and support in the face of the moment experienced, favoring adherence, minimizing psychological risks and negative repercussions, as well as strengthening mental health care, both for the patient , to the donor, as to the team. In the end, the development of efficient multidisciplinary protocols proved to be essential, ensuring quality and safety in the services offered throughout the entire process of transplantation and organ donation.Introdução: O transplante é a reposição de um órgão ou tecido, através de um procedimento cirúrgico, de uma pessoa doente por outro de um doador vivo ou morto. Considerando o processo para realização de um transplante, para que o paciente entre na fila para receber a doação, existe uma avaliação criteriosa, realizada por uma equipe multidisciplinar. Objetivo: Discutir acerca das possibilidades de intervenções e contribuições na abordagem multiprofissional, inseridos no processo de transplante e doação de órgãos, lançando o olhar sobre os aspectos psicológicos dos pacientes e doadores. Método: Utilizando-se de revisão de literatura narrativa, buscou-se apresentar as especificidades de questões psíquicas conforme órgão a ser transplantado pelo paciente, como sobre o enfrentamento do doador e receptor de doador vivo com enfoque nos aspectos psicoemocionais. Resultados: Ressaltou-se a importância das intervenções em saúde, bem como da abordagem multidisciplinar, conferindo a atuação do profissional psicólogo como parte essencial durante o processo e no pós-transplante. Conclusão: A identificação, avaliação e direcionamentos relativos aos aspectos psicoemocionais, contribuem para melhor compreensão, elaboração e suporte frente o momento vivido, favorecendo adesão, minimizando os riscos psíquicos e a repercussões negativas, bem como fortalecendo os cuidados em saúde mental, tanto ao paciente, ao doador, quanto à equipe. Ao fim, evidenciou-se como essencial o desenvolvimento de protocolos multidisciplinares eficientes conferindo no decorrer de todo o processo de transplante e doação de órgãos a qualidade e segurança assistencial nos serviços ofertados
EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL: CONJUNTURAS E PARADIGMAS HISTÓRICOS DO PROCESSO DE INCLUSÃO DE PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA
Get PDFThis article analyzes the historical evolution of Special Education in Brazil, highlighting the paradigms of exclusion, segregation/institutionalization, integration/services, and inclusion. This is a descriptive and exploratory narrative bibliographic research with a qualitative approach. The corpus was constructed through searches in the SciELO and Google Scholar databases, using the descriptors “special education,” “inclusion,” and “person with disabilities,” combined with Boolean operators. A total of 47 publications were identified, of which 14 were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. National normative documents that regulate Special and Inclusive Education in the country were also analyzed. The study discusses the historical, social, and cultural processes that have influenced/influence the perception and treatment of people with disabilities over time. The study highlights the impact of legal frameworks and social movements on the transition to inclusive education, committed to valuing human diversity and overcoming social and institutional barriers. The need to reformulate Pedagogical Political Projects is discussed, with a view to implementing inclusive practices that promote the full development and social representation of people with disabilities. It is concluded that school inclusion must be a priority and prioritize the right to education and citizenship as fundamental pillars for a more just and equitable society.O presente artigo analisa a evolução histórica da Educação Especial no Brasil, destacando os paradigmas de exclusão, segregação/institucionalização, integração/serviços e inclusão. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica narrativa, de natureza descritiva e exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa. A construção do corpus foi realizada a partir de buscas nas bases SciELO e Google Acadêmico, utilizando os descritores “educação especial”, “inclusão” e “pessoa com deficiência”, combinados com operadores booleanos. Foram identificadas 47 publicações, das quais 14 foram selecionadas com base em critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Também foram analisados documentos normativos nacionais que regulamentam a Educação Especial e Inclusiva no país. O estudo discute os processos históricos, sociais e culturais que influenciaram/influenciam a percepção e o tratamento das pessoas com deficiência ao longo do tempo. O estudo ressalta o impacto dos marcos legais e movimentos sociais na transição para uma educação inclusiva, comprometida com a valorização da diversidade humana e a superação de barreiras sociais e institucionais. Discute-se a necessidade de reformulações dos Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos tendo em vista a efetivação de práticas inclusivas que promovam o desenvolvimento pleno e a representatividade social das pessoas com deficiência. Conclui-se que a inclusão escolar deve ser uma prioridade e primar pelo direito à educação e à cidadania como pilares fundamentais para uma sociedade mais justa e equitativa
