支払手段論の再構成と展開(1)
Get PDFマルクス経済学の商品貨幣説を金属貨幣説の旧弊な枠組みから解放するためには,価値形態論のフォーマットを変更するだけでは足りない。不換銀行券どうしの交換比率が算定される実在の為替市場を念頭に置いた上で,信用貨幣を背後から支える支払手段の原理を論じることから始める必要がある。マルクス経済学の為替論は,いまなお金本位制下の理論としての性格を色濃く残しているために,不換制下の外国為替市場の特殊性を一面的に強調するきらいがあり,マルクス経済学の貨幣論の側から見ると肝心な点で説得力を欠いている。特に疑問視されるのは,貿易媒介通貨としての「内在的価値」の疑わしい通貨でも,為替媒介通貨としての取扱費用が安くつけば国際通貨たりうるという命題の妥当性である。この命題は,商品貨幣説から逸脱しかねない内容を含んでいる。
マルクス経済学の為替論では,各国の国内貨幣が存在している状況から出発して国際的な債権=債務関係の発生を説くという理論構成がとられる。これは,流通手段論よりも後ろの位置に蓄蔵手段論を置き,その蓄蔵手段論に内接する位置に支払手段論・世界貨幣論を置いた『資本論』の理論構成とは符合する。しかし,まだ各国の国内貨幣が存在していない状況から出発しても,差額計算のために用いられる国際的な価値尺度や,差額決済のために用いられる国際的な支払手段の発生を説くことはできる。この価値尺度=支払手段は,無価値なイデアルマネーではなく,商品貨幣の範疇に属するリアルマネーであるが,手交可能な物品貨幣である必要はない。また,国際的な価値尺度=支払手段としての世界貨幣の発生は,国際的な規模をもった「商人的機構」の存在なくしては起こりえない事象であり,世界市場における資本の発生とも緊密にリンクする。departmental bulletin pape
Environmental characteristics of subalpine ponds and their use by animals in a massive landslide area of the Northern Japanese Alps
Get PDFPonds and wetlands often develop in landslide areas; however, their environmental characteristics and ecological roles remain underexplored. This study examined ponds withi n a massive landslide area in the northern part of the Northern Japanese Alps, investigating their environmental attributes and animal usage. Water analysis showed that ponds differ markedly from streams in the landslide area in terms of water quality and temperature, besides the distinction of being lentic or lotic systems. In addition, the ponds themselves were categorized into two groups in terms of water quality. This diversity in water environments may enhance the site's biodiversity, warranting further investigation. Sika deer Cervus nippon were the most frequently observed species, engaging in behaviors such as drinking water and consuming aquatic plants. Wild boar Sus scrofa were also observed wallowing in mud along the pond edges. These findings suggest that the ponds serve as valuable habitats for mammals in this landslide area.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF変幻自在で縦横無尽なビジネスモデルを駆使する商社を支えるのは人的資源である。したがって,商社には優秀で仕事に献身的で,情熱的で,そして良くも悪くも上昇志向の強い競争的な人材が集まってくると言われる。こうした人材をモデルにしたのが,本稿で取り上げる二つの作品,城山三郎(1979)「毎日が日曜日」と高杉良(2011)「人事異動」である。
「ビジネスで世界をつなぐ,そして日本経済を支える」,そうした日本の商社マンの仕事に奮い立つものには誇りと献身が不可欠だが,この仕事は家族も含めて悩みがつきものである。それとどのように折り合いをつけてサラリーマン人生そしてそのあとの日々を過ごすのか。そうしたことをこの二つの作品は問いかけてくる。本稿では戦後の我が国の総合商社のありようと関連付けながら,この二つの作品を読み解いていく。It is said that working at Japanese general trading houses is one of the most successful scenarios in business career. We have several big and prestigious general trading houses in Japan. Those companies have made great contribution to Japanese economic development since the post war era of Japan. Trading houses have abundant talented human resources to find business opportunities and to formulate projects for commercializing them. Dedication to work is essential in this business. The life of the employees is very busy and hard. The life is, however, associated with successive agony.
"Mainich ga nichiyoubi" ("everyday is Sunday") written by Saburo Shiroyama and "Jinji ido" ("personal change") written by Ryo Takasugi depict the reality of the employee's business life very insightfully.
