Effect of Fear on the Interrelationships of the Domains of Destination Image
COVID-19 pandemic, which triggered fear, has affected the tourism industry globally, and Philippine tourism was not an exception. Gen Z travelers, an underexplored generation, are seen to play a key factor in tourism innovations. Further, destination image in the context of COVID-19 pandemic has not yet been widely explored. This study aims to investigate the effect of Filipino Gen Z’s COVID-19 fear on their perception of cognitive, affective, and conative image. Partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) revealed that Gen Z’s COVID-19 fear did not have a significant effect on destination image. Significant positive relationships among the destination image components were proven. Affective image mediated the relationship between cognitive and conative images. The study contributes to the limited studies on Gen Z’s and their destination image perception during the pandemic. It encourages organizations and marketers to focus on Gen Z travelers to form positive destination image during the pandemic

Kajian Semiotika Ruang Publik Sunken Court ITB: (Studi Kasus: Sunken Court ITB)
Sunken Court ITB is one of the public open spaces that serves as a venue for various types of Student Activity Units (UKM) at ITB. In addition, this place also serves as a pedestrian pathway connecting the ITB campus with Saraga ITB. By using the theory of spatial semiotics and analyzing it through the semiotic methods of Saussure/Barthes, this research aims to identify the factors in the spatial language that enable this public space, despite being crowded with various types of UKM and different activities, to foster mutual respect, establish boundaries for their activities, and promote good socialization. It was found that there are several factors in the spatial language that enable Sunken Court ITB to fulfill its role as a public open space in addressing these aspects. These factors include distance, framing, and facilities within the public space.
Synthesis of Human Antibodies Against HBsAg in Newly Established Chinese Hamster Lung (CHL-YN) Cell Line
Hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) is an effective treatment for hepatitis B, including postexposure prophylaxis of HBV infection, prevention of HBV reinfection in liver transplant patients, and reducing sexual transmission. This study investigated the synthesis of human IgG antibodies that specifically target HBsAg subtype adr in CHL-YN cells, a newly established cell line that grows faster than CHO-K1. To achieve the synthesis of human IgG antibodies, a plasmid vector encoding DNA sequences for human IgG antibodies against HBsAg was constructed and then transiently transfected into CHL-YN cells. The expression and antigen-binding capacity of the recombinant human IgG antibodies were analyzed using western blot and ELISA. The results showed successful expression and secretion of human IgG antibodies that recognize HBsAg subtype adr in CHL-YN cells. The ELISA test confirmed the specificity of the human IgG antibodies towards HBsAg subtype adr. Thus, this study concluded that human IgG antibodies that target HBsAg subtype adr were transiently expressed in CHL-YN cells

Abstract
Infrastructure development can be initiated by the selection of available land, the selection includes various considerations such as location, access, price, to land contours. The contours of the land affect the many costs of land preparation related to cut and fill work. The contours can be known by taking theestris measurements using theodolite, total station, or RTK/GNSS. However, the cost and time required for the measurement of terestris are not efficient to use during land selection. Small Format Aerial Photography (SFAP) technology is one that is being developed because it is more efficient. SFAP is processed into a DEM data through stereo-plotting methods so that an overview of the size and contours of the land is obtained. However, the results of SAPF extraction have limitations in accuracy. This study was conducted to analyze the accuracy of SAPF extraction results. The study was conducted in 2 locations with 9 experiments with different flying heights and overlaps. The results of this study as a whole had a horizontal geometric accuracy value of CE90 0.400 to CE90 0.158 and a vertical accuracy value of LE90 0.648 to LE90 0.223 and calculations of cut and fill volumes had absolute errors of 3.39% to 14.21%.

The Effect of Dadap Port Structure in Indramayu on Coastal Morphology
Abstract
Human activities in coastal area will generally lead to a greater erosion rate due to the loss of natural protection or inappropriate structure. Dadap Beach, located at Juntinyuat District, Indramayu, West Java is one of the locations experiencing problems above. In 2003, a Fishing Port was built on Dadap Beach, with structure jutted 200 m from the shoreline to prevent sedimentation. However, currently there has been a massive sediment deposition in the port pool and behind the port. This study aims to determine the sedimentation pattern in Dadap Port, and the influence of the port structure on the coastal morphology, using a numerical model simulation. The results of this study indicate that the presence of the port structure has caused wave diffraction that forms a circulation flow behind the port structure and around the entrance area to the port pool, that lead to the formation of a tombolo behind the port and the sediment from the longshore currents and local scour enters the port pool area. Furthermore, the existence of Dadap port structure causes the obstruction of longshore currents so that the supply of sediment to the area around the port is reduced and the erosion rate is increasing.

The Evolution of Seismic Design Provisions in Indonesia's National Bridge Code
To accommodate increased seismic hazards in Indonesia, provisions regarding structural details on seismic regulations have been tightened. In this paper, the variations in seismic hazard and detailing requirements from bridge code era before 1990 to the present was provided. To examine the bridge performance, pushover analysis was carried out based on the latest bridge code SNI 2833:2016/Seismic Map 2017. From the analysis results, the performance of older bridges would typically be less than more recently designed structures. The performance level of the bridge in the era before SNI 2833:2016/Seismic Map 2017 will be Operational-Life Safety (LS) whereas the performance level of the bridge designed with SNI 2833:2016 will be Elastic – Operational. Referring to NCHRP 949 for bridge performance level evaluation, results show that the performance level of the bridge still satisfies the requirement, which is Life Safety under upper-level earthquake. Therefore, the existing bridge shows adequate capacity under the current seismic load Seismic Map 2017 (7% probability of exceedance in 75 years (RP= 1000 years)). Evaluation of seismic vulnerability needs to be done to ensure the safety of the existing bridges in Indonesia, most of which are located in earthquake-prone areas, especially those that were designed with older version regulations
Physiological and Psychological Effects of Walking in Campus Landscape on Young Adults
Green space has a vital role in the community’s health and well-being. Forest bathing is an effective method of enjoying the forest atmosphere through physical activity or relaxing in a forest landscape. However, until now, no one has declared the benefits of forest therapy in Indonesia. This study clarifies the physiological and psychological effects of walking in a campus landscape. This research was conducted using experimental methods through physical activity survey, self-report questionnaires, Visitor Employed Photography (VEP), and automatic classification based on the image annotation API. The experiment was conducted in a park and an arboretum, and thirty-two young university subjects were tested. The participants walked for fifteen minutes on walking routes and district roads. Their blood pressure was measured before and after walking, and their heart rate was measured continuously. During the walk, the subjects took photographs of striking scenes using the Visitor Employed Photography method. Profile of Mood States (POMS) and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) were used to evaluate the psychological responses. Walking in the campus landscape resulted in a lower heart rate, less negative moods, and less anxiety than walking on the district road. Out of 837 photographs, 45% were taken from the Academic Event Plaza, 41.5% from the Arboretum, and the remaining 13.5% from district road, Jalan Raya Dramaga. Two main groups of campus green spaces included man-made landscape consisting of road surface, buildings, plant organs, stairs, and terrestrial plants; and natural landscape consisting of sky, trees, flowers, clouds, and plant community. This study found that walking in campus green space induced physiological and psychological health benefits and prominent landscape elements supported the green campus
Design and Characterization of Ultrasonic Langevin Transducer 20 kHz Using a Stepped Horn Front-Mass
Ultrasonication is a method that is widely used in various fields. One of its applications is to accelerate the process of homogenization, emulsification, and extraction. In the ultrasonicator system, the transducer is an extremely important device. The resonant frequency, longitudinal vibration amplitude, and electromechanical coupling are the targets in designing an ultrasonic transducer. In this investigation, the main contribution was the development of a simple and effective method for mechanically tuning the resonant frequency of the transducer by adding mass to the front end of the mass or stepped horn. This study also aimed to obtain optimal results by examining the effects of geometric dimensions, bolt prestress, stress distribution, resonant frequency, amplitude, and electrical impedance. The ultrasonic transducer model was designed with a resonant frequency of 20 kHz and simulated using the finite element analysis. The steps involved included calculating the dimensions and geometric structure of the transducer, modeling using the finite-element method, and experimental validation. The simulation results and measurements showed that the series resonant frequency, electrical impedance, and effective electromechanical coupling of the Model-4 transducer 16∙13 mm radiator configuration were 20.15 kHz, 100 Ω, and 0.2229 from the simulation results, and 20.17 kHz, 24.91 Ω, and 0.2033 from the measurement results. A percentage difference, or relative error, of 0.1% was obtained between the simulation and the experimental results for this Model-4 with bolt prestressing at 15 kN
