STRATEGI CONTENT WRITING DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA TARIK INSTAGRAM PT INHUTANI I
Get PDFThis research aims to understand the content writing strategy applied in an effort to increase the attractiveness of PT Inhutani I's Instagram social media, as well as knowing the challenges and solutions faced by the company. PT Inhutani I is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the forestry sector that utilizes Instagram as a means of communication to the public and company branding since 2017. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach and is supported by data from in-depth interviews with the company's Communication Department team and audiences. The results showed that the content writing strategy implemented by PT Inhutani I can be analyzed using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) approach which has been proven to be applied in a well-structured manner through consistent visual content, selection of communicative language styles, and utilization of trends that are aligned. However, the Desire and Action elements still require improvement with the presentation of call-to-actions that need to be strengthened. The challenges faced are the absence of specific writing guidelines, lack of references to the use of forestry technical terms, and limited time in content production. Solutions include cross-team coordination, periodic evaluation, and the preparation of permanent guidelines for content writing. This content writing strategy is highly important for the company because it has great potential in increasing the company's revenue.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami strategi content writing yang diterapkan dalam upaya meningkatkan daya tarik media sosial Instagram PT Inhutani I, serta mengetahui adanya tantangan dan solusi yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. PT Inhutani I sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang kehutanan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana komunikasi kepada masyarakat dan branding perusahaan sejak tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan didukung melalui data hasil wawancara mendalam kepada tim Departemen Komunikasi perusahaan hingga audiens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi content writing yang diterapkan oleh PT Inhutani I dapat dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) yang telah terbukti diterapkan secara terstruktur baik melalui visual konten yang konsisten, pemilihan gaya bahasa yang komunikatif, serta pemanfaatan tren yang selaras. Namun, pada unsur Desire dan Action masih memerlukan peningkatan dengan penyajian call-to-action yang perlu diperkuat. Tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu belum adanya pedoman khusus penulisan, kurangnya referensi penggunaan istilah teknis kehutanan, dan keterbatasan waktu dalam produksi konten. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah keterlibatan koordinasi lintas tim, evaluasi berkala, serta penyusunan panduan tetap penulisan konten. Strategi content writing ini sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan citra positif perusahaan dan kredibilitas PT Inhutani I dimata publik.

Penerapan Sigalovada Sutta Terhadap Character Building Pada Mahasiswa Stab Maha Prajna Pasca Pandemi
Get PDFEducating adolescents is a planned effort to develop students' potential and shape their character, so they become individuals who are beneficial to themselves and their environment. The current era of globalization influences the character of adolescents, with issues emerging in society such as violence perpetrated by adolescents, free sexual relations, fights among students, free association, and alcohol consumption. In Buddhism, the education taught by the Buddha to the youth Sigala in the Sigalovada Sutta becomes a foundation for building good attitudes and behaviors. The instillation of character values in that sacred text is expected to change the attitudes and behaviors of today's adolescents. The character values instilled include responsibility, discipline, hard work, friendship, tolerance, peace, and religiosity. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The result of the study in this article is to form a better character and personality and easily adapt to the environment through understanding the character values contained in the sigalovada sutta and education in Buddhism

Perayaan manggasri yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat desa Sindurejo dengan kepercayaan Budho Jawi Wisnu dengan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Ditemukan fenomena sungkeman pada saat perayaan manggasri dengan konsep sujud bakti, pengakuan kesalahan dan permohonan maaf. PENGARUH KURIKULUM MERDEKA TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR DAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA SMK BUDHI PADA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA BUDDHA DAN BUDI PEKERTI
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMK Buddhi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha dan Budi Pekerti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan desain ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Buddhi dan siswa kelas XI SMK Ariya Metta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 189 siswa yang terdiri dari dua kelompok: 96 siswa yang mengikuti Kurikulum Merdeka (SMK Buddhi) dan 93 siswa yang mengikuti Kurikulum 2013 (SMK Ariya Metta). Teknik analisis data menggunakan MANOVA untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dua variabel dependen, serta uji univariat untuk menguji pengaruh parsial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara jenis kurikulum terhadap kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa (0,000 < 0,05). Namun, secara parsial, hanya kemampuan berpikir kritis yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan, sementara kemandirian belajar tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, sedangkan pengembangan kemandirian belajar memerlukan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam dan berkelanjutan
The Role Of Local Original Income (PAD) And The Level Of Community Welfare In Stimulating The Rate Of Economic Growth In Bojonegoro Regency In 2014-2024
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the role of Locally Generated Revenue (PAD) and community welfare in driving economic growth in Bojonegoro Regency. PAD is one of the main sources of financing for regional development, while community welfare is an indicator of the success of sustainable development. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis obtained from official publications of the Central Statistics Agency and related agencies in Bojonegoro Regency over the past five years. The results show that PAD has a positive influence on regional economic growth, primarily through increased development spending. On the other hand, the level of community welfare—as measured by indicators of poverty, unemployment, and the human development index (HDI)—also contributes significantly to the dynamics of economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of synergy between optimizing PAD and improving community welfare in creating inclusive and sustainable economic growth at the local level.

No full textThis study aims to determine the Effect of Toxic Masculinity on Father Involvement in Parenting in the Toba Batak Tribe. From the results of research and data analysis conducted on Toba Batak fathers, the following conclusions can be drawn. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant negative influence between toxic masculinity and father involvement in parenting. This means that the stronger the values of toxic masculinity held by a father, the lower his involvement in childcare, both emotionally, physically, and communicatively. The majority of Toba Batak fathers in this study were in the moderate category in terms of involvement (father involvement), especially in the aspects of engagement and accessibility. However, involvement in the aspect of responsibility was relatively higher, which indicates that fathers tend to focus more on fulfilling economic needs than emotional closeness with children. Most respondents also had a moderate level of toxic masculinity, with the most dominant aspects being violence, misogyny, and greed. This indicates that traditional masculinity values still strongly influence the way fathers play their roles in the family.This study shows that the tendency towards toxic masculinity behavior contributes 20.7% to father involvement in parenting, while the remaining 79.3% is influenced by other factors

Get PDFThis study aims to determine The Influence of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Work Teams in the Medan City Social Service. This study involved active employees in the Medan City Social Service. PSI (Information System Center) provided a total of 115 participants for this study. Medan City Social Service 2024, where 44 Permanent Employees and 71 Casual Daily Employees (PHL) . The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) and the influence of organizational communication based on the results of the regression analysis, the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.816, which means that organizational communication is able to explain 81.6% of the variation in the effectiveness of work teams in the Medan City Social Service. This shows that organizational communication has a very strong and significant influence on the effectiveness of work teams. In other words, the better organizational communication that occurs in the work environment, the effectiveness of teamwork will also increase significantly. The remaining 18.4% of work team effectiveness is influenced by other factors outside of organizational communication. Majority of Respondents The majority of respondents in this study were employees aged between 25–32 years (56.5%), who are included in the productive age group. In terms of organizational communication, 66.1% of respondents rated organizational communication in their workplace as high, and 67% of respondents rated the effectiveness of work teams as high. This indicates that the majority of employees have a positive perception of communication and team effectiveness in their work environment, although there are still a small number who experience obstacles in the division of tasks, workload, and suboptimal two-way communication

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Subjective Well Being in Nurses at Hospital X. Based on the research that has been conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that: It was found that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on subjective well-being in nurses at hospital x. This is indicated by the results of a simple linear regression analysis with a regression coefficient value of 0.205 with a significance level of 0.02, which is below the significance limit of 0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence plays a role in shaping the level of subjective well-being of nurses. The higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the subjective well- being felt by nurses. Emotional intelligence significantly influences subjective well-being. However, it falls into the low category, at 11.9% (R-square = 0.119), meaning that 88.1% of the variation in subjective well-being is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These factors can include external factors, such as work pressure, hospital management, social support, and the nurses' physical and mental health
Marketing Analysis Of Smallholder Oil Palm In Village Negeri Lama, Labuhanbatu Regency
Get PDFThis article aims to analyze the marketing channels of smallholder fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm in Negeri Lama, Labuhanbatu Regency. The study focuses on the distribution structure, marketing functions performed by each actor, and the efficiency and profitability for farmers within two main marketing channels. To approach this problem, marketing efficiency theory, marketing margin, and market structure concepts are employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with farmers, agents, and RAMs, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The results show that the majority of farmers (80%) market through indirect channels involving intermediaries, while only a small portion (20%) sell directly to the mills. Marketing functions such as transportation, packing, and sorting are mostly handled by agents and RAMs rather than farmers. This study concludes that direct marketing channels provide higher profit margins but require stronger logistics and better fruit quality. Therefore, strengthening farmer capacity and improving logistics infrastructure are key to enhancing marketing efficiency in the study area

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning on students' conceptual understanding and mathematical problem solving abilities on quadratic function material at SMK Negeri 5 Medan 2024/2025. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The research population was all class X, and the research sample consisted of 65 class X students. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were tests, questionnaires and observation sheets. Hypothesis testing in this study used t-test and descriptive test. The results of the study showed that: (1) problem-based learning has an effect on conceptual understanding abilities, (2) the magnitude of the influence of problem-based learning on students' conceptual understanding abilities is 89.2%, (3) problem-based learning has an effect on mathematical problem solving abilities, (4) the magnitude of the influence of problem-based learning on problem solving abilities is 69.0%, (5) problem-based learning on students' conceptual understanding abilities is effective, (6) problem-based learning on problem solving abilities are effective
