ANALISIS KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN PUBLIK: PERSPEKTIF PUBLIC RELATIONS PADA PT PLN ICON PLUS SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN
Get PDFPublic transparency is a fundamental issue in building public trust in institutions or organizations. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of information transparency at PT PLN Icon Plus on public trust in the company, as well as to disseminate information on the influence of transparency on the level of trust. The research method applied in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to reveal or investigate information in more detail. The analysis was carried out by describing public trust in PT PLN Icon Plus in South Sumatra through interviews with a number of sources. The data collection methods applied include field observations, in-depth interviews with information sources, and the roles and involvements that have been recorded by the author as primary data, and documentation and literature studies as secondary data. The research findings show that public information transparency at PT PLN Icon Plus South Sumatra has functioned optimally and meets the criteria for transparency. Transparency can be explained through four dimensions: leadership commitment, formal processes, training programs, and communication with stakeholders. The challenge faced is that complex technical and operational information is difficult to achieve without sacrificing accuracy, which can cause confusion among the public

Based on research conducted by researchers with the research title The Influence of Pet Attachments on Happiness in Pet Owners in the City of Medan, it can be concluded that: The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of pet attachments on happiness in pet owners of 11.9%. If the value of variable X (Pet Attachment) increases, there will be an influence on variable Y (Happiness). This shows that there is a positive relationship, which means that the higher the pet attachment score, the higher the happiness and vice versa. The majority of pet owners in the city of Medan have pet attachments in the medium category and pet owners in the city of Medan experience more pet attachments in the form of animal rights/animal welfare. The majority of pet owners in the city of Medan have happiness in the high category and pet owners in the city of Medan experience more happiness in the form of full involvement

Get PDFThis research aims to see The Influence of Interpersonal Communication on Marital Satisfaction of Women Who Marry at an Early Age in Nias Regency . Based on the discussion of research data analysis conducted on women who married at an early age in Nias Regency, the following conclusions can be drawn: Based on the results of statistical tests carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that there is no significant influence between Interpersonal Communication and Marital Satisfaction in Women Who Marry at an Early Age in Nias Regency. These results indicate that other factors, such as social and economic pressures, may play a greater role in determining marital satisfaction in this group. Further research is needed to identify these factors and understand how they influence marital satisfaction. From the results of the categorization analysis on the Interpersonal Communication variable, it shows that the overall Interpersonal Communication variable is in the low category with 1 person (1%), in the medium categorization there are 72 people (83%), in the high categorization there are 14 people (16%). From the results of the categorization analysis on the Marital Satisfaction variable, it shows that the overall Marital Satisfaction variable is in the low category as many as 11 people (13%), in the medium categorization as many as 62 people (71%), in the high categorization as many as 14 people (16%). From the results of the T test, the significance of the regression coefficient between the independent variable (Interpersonal Communication) and the dependent variable (Marital Satisfaction) was tested, where the result was t-count < t-table = 0.550 < 1.662, so Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected (no influence)

Get PDFAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 1 Wonoboyo, khususnya penerapan modul ajar dan metode pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara terhadap guru kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran di sekolah ini difokuskan pada pencapaian Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) yang telah ditetapkan. Modul ajar yang digunakan disusun berdasarkan model pembelajaran diferensiasi, mengakomodasi kebutuhan individu siswa, serta berorientasi pada pengembangan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Penggunaan teknologi seperti Quizziz, Wordwall, dan Canva juga diterapkan untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penilaian otentik digunakan untuk mengevaluasi ketercapaian pembelajaran, sementara refleksi dan umpan balik dari siswa memastikan modul tetap relevan. STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI D’KANDANG AMAZING FARM DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN NILAI REVISIT INTENTION WISATAWAN
Get PDFThis study explores communication strategies in the tourism sector, with the primary objective of analyzing the communication strategies implemented by D’Kandang Amazing Farm to enhance tourists' revisit intention. The research employs a qualitative method, involving data collection through interviews with three key informants. This study adopts the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) theory approach. The implementation of the IMC theory approach, which aligns with D’Kandang Amazing Farm’s communication strategy, includes personal selling, sales promotion, digital marketing, and events. The findings indicate that D’Kandang Amazing Farm’s strategy is predominantly evaluated through direct customer surveys. The survey results are collected and discussed in a weekly evaluation meeting involving all management members. The evaluation outcomes serve as the basis for improvements that are expected to align with visitors' preferences. Additionally, the communication strategy also involves utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to disseminate information and updates about D’Kandang Amazing Farm to visitors. Moreover, the farm organizes festivals and events to attract a larger audience. The implementation of these communication strategies has successfully increased revisit intention and continues to show growth

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the utilization of the internal media Energia Weekly by the Public Relations Division of PT Pertamina (Persero) in building effective internal communication within the company. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, literature studies, and internal document analysis. The findings indicate that Energia Weekly plays a crucial role as a two-way communication medium that supports the dissemination of corporate policies while serving as a participatory platform for employees. The media successfully enhances employee engagement, loyalty, and the delivery of corporate values through its interactive sections. A SWOT analysis reveals the strengths of Energia Weekly in fostering engagement and strengthening corporate culture, although challenges such as limited distribution and outdated content remain. Opportunities lie in digital transformation and increased employee involvement, while the main threats include shifting information consumption preferences and the risk of internal data leaks. Thus, Energia Weekly is considered a strategic tool that supports effective internal communication and enhances the company’s overall corporate image

Dalam masyarakat yang semakin kompleks dan dipenuhi oleh kepentingan politik, ideologi, serta dominasi simbolik, komunikasi publik kerap mengalami distorsi yang menghambat tercapainya pemahaman bersama. Melalui pendekatan studi pustaka, artikel ini mengulas konsep-konsep utama dalam teori Habermas seperti tindakan komunikatif, klaim validitas, kompetensi komunikatif, situasi tutur ideal, dan komunikasi yang terdistorsi secara sistematis. Pembahasan juga mencakup relevansi teorinya dalam konteks kontemporer, seperti perdebatan di media sosial, praktik pendidikan, serta dinamika dalam keluarga dan institusi publik. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teori Habermas dianggap idealistik dan mengutamakan konsensus, kurang memperhatikan aspek emosi dan konteks budaya, kerangka ini tetap relevan sebagai acuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas komunikasi yang adil, terbuka, dan berbasis argumen. Sebagai refleksi kritis, tulisan ini mendorong pentingnya literasi komunikasi dan budaya diskursus rasional sebagai bagian dari penguatan ruang publik yang demokratis dan inklusif

Get PDFPenerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan agenda tahunan krusial dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Surabaya. Implementasinya seringkali memunculkan berbagai permasalahan kompleks yang perlu dianalisis secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk;(1) menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di Kota Surabaya; (2) menelaah faktor-faktor penyebab permasalahan dalam PPDB; (3) mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan PPDB; (4) rekomendasi kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi kendala dan meningkatkan kualitas implementasi PPDB di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan (Dinas Pendidikan, kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua siswa, dan siswa), serta melalui analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan dan pelaksanaan PPDB. Penelitian ini telah mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi untuk mewujudkan sistem PPDB yang lebih adil, transparan, dan merata. Rekomendasi kebijakan yang diajukan diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan konstruktif bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam menyempurnakan sistem PPDB dan memastikan setiap anak memiliki kesempatan yang setara untuk mengakses pendidikan berkualitas.

Development Of An Interactive Digital Module Based On Local Wisdom To Support The Independent Learning Curriculum For Grade VI
Get PDFThis study aims to develop an interactive digital module based on local wisdom as an alternative learning medium to support the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in elementary schools. The background of this research is based on the need for contextual, engaging learning media that can instill local cultural values in students from an early age. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The trial subjects in this study were fourth-grade students of GKPS Rambungmerah Private Elementary School in an area with a rich local culture. The module was developed by combining thematic curriculum content with folklore, traditional games, and regional songs, packaged in an interactive digital application-based format. Validation results by material and media experts indicated that the module had very good feasibility, while field trials showed increased learning motivation, material understanding, and positive attitudes towards local culture. These findings indicate that an interactive digital module based on local wisdom can be an effective, relevant learning innovation, and in line with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar
