SLEMAN TOURISM VILLAGE CLASSIFICATION 2016
Sleman Regency is one of the areas that has the potential for alternative tourism activities. Thus, the development of tourist attractions in this district needs to be considered, especially related to cultural diversity and natural uniqueness. In 2016, the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Sleman Regency held a classification activity for the Sleman Regency Tourism Village. A total of 39 Tourism Villages in Sleman Regency participated in this program. This classification program is expected to motivate the community to build a tourism village. Furthermore, it is also an effort to evaluate and improve competitiveness between tourism villages in Sleman Regency. Another purpose of the classification is to identify the distribution of tourism villages in Sleman as well as to categorize the level of tourism villages based on their development. The research data were collected through interviews, documentation, observation, and using an assessment instrument with 8 (eight) indicators that had been agreed upon by a team of experts as well as the Department of Culture and Tourism. The data were analyzed using simple interval calculations strengthened by a qualitative description of the field observation results. The analysis results show that the classification of Tourism Villages in Sleman Regency in 2016 is divided into three categories, namely the Growing Category, the Developing Category, and the Independent Category of Tourism Villages. Based on the results of the conducted classification, from the 39 classified tourism villages, 14 villages belong to the growing category, 8 villages belong to the developing category, and 9 villages belong to the independent category. In addition, there are 8 villages that are considered unqualified as tourism villages.

KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA INGGRIS DALAM KINERJA PELAYANAN RESEPSIONIS DI HOTEL WISATA BEACH WAKATOBI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan resepsionis dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris di Hotel Wisata Beach Wakatobi dan upaya manajemen dan resepsionis dalam meningkatkan kinerja layanan bahasa Inggris di Hotel Wisata Beach Wakatobi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan resepsionis dalam bahasa Inggris masih sangat kurang dan masih ada beberapa yang tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris sama sekali dalam bentuk: mendengarkan, berbicara, menulis, dan membaca, serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen dan resepsionis adalah dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang istilah-istilah bahasa Inggris yang sering digunakan sebelum memulai pekerjaan dan penggunaan Google Translate saat melayani tamu asing
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DALAM MENDUKUNG PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN DI DESA SEPUTIH, KABUPATEN JEMBER
Seputih Village, located in Mayang District, Jember Regency, is an emerging sustainable tourism village that possesses natural and cultural tourism potential, supported by six leading MSMEs: teak wood crafts, rattan crafts, cassava chips production, coffee processing, tobacco packaging, and roasted peanut production. This study aims to identify the spatial distribution of these leading MSMEs and formulate development strategies to support sustainable tourism. The data analysis methods employed include spatial analysis using QGIS (Quantum Geographic Information System) to map the distribution of MSMEs. Furthermore, SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats) was conducted to identify internal and external factors, followed by a QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis to objectively determine priority development strategies. The results indicate that the leading MSMEs in Seputih Village are concentrated in two hamlets: Pandean and Tetelan. Based on the SWOT and QSPM results, the selected development strategies include an S–O strategy comprising capacity building for production and digital promotion based on local potential, followed by a W–O strategy consisting of innovation training and product certification. Priority strategies are directed toward strengthening digital branding, enhancing product innovation, and fostering cross-sector partnerships to expand market access and establish a competitive creative economy ecosystem
PERAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN AKHLAKUL KARIMAH DI PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN NURUL IKHLAS
The rapid development of digital technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought changes in various areas of life, including Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. One form of influential technological innovation is the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in management and learning systems. This article aims to analyze the role of AI in supporting the management of AK (Akhlakul Karimah) learning at the Nurul Ikhlas Modern Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Data was collected from various sources such as journals, books, and research reports relevant to the theme of AI integration and Islamic education. The results of this study indicate that (1) AI plays a role in automating the AK learning management administration process, which is carried out in three stages of learning, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. This application is carried out by integrating the use of AI platforms such as Chat GPT, Canva, Assemblr Edu, and Quizizz. (2) opens up opportunities for the development of more adaptive Islamic education models. However, the implementation of AI requires careful preparation in terms of IT infrastructure, human resources, and a multidisciplinary collaborative approach. It is concluded that with adequate preparation, AI can make a significant contribution to innovation in Islamic education systems in the digital age. Further research is needed to formulate contextual guidelines for the implementation of AI in Islamic education settings
STRATEGI MULTI- PLATFORM COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST DALAM MENINGKATKAN BRAND AWARENESS PT PREDIKT TANGGUH INDONESIA
This study aims to explore multi – platform digital communication strategies by the communications specialist division of PT Predikt Tangguh Indonesia in effectively increasing the company’s brand awareness in this digital era. Instagram and LinkedIn are utilized to reach different target audiences, with adjusted communication approaches for each platform. This research uses a qualitative method, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, content observation, documentation of social media activities, and literature review. In addition, digital metrics such as engagement rate, reach and growth are used as supporting indicators for analysis. The findings of multi-platform strategy reveal consistent cross-platform communication efforts significantly enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The application of visual storytelling content personalization, audience segmentation, and optimization of posting times are key success factors. Furthermore, PT Predikt Tangguh Indonesia’s brand awareness is reinforced by distinctive color palette that makes the content easily recognizable and memorable to the public. This communication strategy not only boosts digital interaction but also strengthens the company’s image as an active, professional, collaborative institution that is committed to disaster preparedness issues
Penyusunan Konsep Naratif Tiga Babak Dalam Penyutradaraan Film Dokumenter “Ngindung ka Waktu Mibapa ka Jaman”
The documentary film “Ngindung ka Waktu Mibapa ka Jaman” was inspired by concerns about the declining interest of the public, especially the younger generation, in gamelan as one of Indonesia’s cultural heritages. The rapid development of technology and popular culture has marginalized gamelan from everyday life. This study aims to apply the concept of three-act narrative directing in building a documentary film plot that is not only informative, but also emotional and easy for the audience to understand. The three-act narrative structure consists of introduction, confrontation, and resolution, which are used to structure the story journey. The type of documentary used is a participatory documentary, where the director is actively and interactively present in the interview process and narrative development. The resource person becomes the subject who forms the narrative based on their experiences, especially gamelan craftsmen and cultural figures in Bogor. The results of the application of this concept show that the three-act narrative structure is able to build a documentary plot that is both emotionally and communicatively strong. This film is expected to be an effective educational media to revive public awareness of the importance of preserving gamelan culture amidst of the modernization era
Teknologi Digital dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Asertif Pada Pemimpin Milenial di PT.GemaSehat Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the influence of digital technology and emotional intelligence on assertive communication among millennial leaders at PT Gema Sehat Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The theoretical foundations of this study are the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis, the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman, and the theory of assertive communication by Alberti and Emmons. The sample was determined using a total sampling technique, with a total of 150 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire.The analysis results show that digital technology has a significant effect on assertive communication (p = 0.001 < 0.05). Emotional intelligence also significantly influences assertive communication (p = 0.001 < 0.05). Simultaneously, digital technology and emotional intelligence have a significant impact on assertive communication (F_calculated = 91.533 > F_table = 2.147). The coefficient of determination is 55.5%, indicating that both independent variables have a strong influence, while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables such as leadership style, organizational culture, or digital literacy. This study contributes to the research on millennial leadership and strategic communication planning within organizations
KOMUNIKASI INOVASI PERTANIAN DAN PARTISIPASI PETANI DALAM KEGIATAN PENYULUHAN DI KABUPATEN BOGOR
Penyuluhan pertanian berbasis komunitas di Desa Ciherang, Kabupaten Bogor. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari ketidakefektifan model penyuluhan konvensional yang cenderung top-down dan kurang memperhatikan konteks lokal serta keterlibatan petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis dan jenis studi kasus instrumental. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penyuluhan sangat ditentukan oleh efektivitas komunikasi dua arah yang dijalankan penyuluh sebagai agen perubahan. Penyuluh tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai informasi, tetapi juga fasilitator dialog yang mampu membangun kepercayaan dan keterlibatan sosial. Partisipasi petani teridentifikasi kuat pada tahap pelaksanaan, namun masih lemah pada tahap perencanaan dan evaluasi. Ini menunjukkan perlunya strategi penyuluhan yang lebih partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan, guna meningkatkan efektivitas adopsi inovasi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan model komunikasi penyuluhan yang adaptif, dialogis, dan inklusif terhadap dinamika sosial petani skala kecil
STRATEGI PASANGAN LONG DISTANCE MARRIAGE DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN HUBUNGAN PERNIKAHAN : STUDI FENOMENOLOGIS
Long-distance marriage is a significant issue, particularly in rural areas where many residents work as Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI), such as in Baturaden Village, Karawang Regency. This study aims to describe the communication experiences of couples in maintaining their long-distance marital relationships. The research employs a qualitative approach using Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological method. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving five couples, in which one spouse, typically the wife, had worked abroad. The findings indicate that these couples face communication challenges, including time constraints, media limitations, and prolonged physical longing. However, they are able to manage conflicts through openness, mutual trust, and adaptation to communication technologies. The success in sustaining the marriage is influenced by shared commitment, the meaningfulness of family, and long-term goals such as children's education and economic improvement. This study contributes to the discourse on interpersonal and family communication within the context of labor migration
MIDWIFERY COMMUNICATION ETHICS IN INDONESIA
Communication serves as a crucial determinant in the provision of health services by midwives, thus necessitating careful consideration of ethical standards in communication. This study aims to elucidate the communication ethics of midwives from the perspective of public space, intending to offer advantages and knowledge to the community, particularly to stakeholders invested in midwifery. This research employs a literature study methodology. From the standpoint of public space, the ethics of midwife communication can be defined as a method of interaction between midwives and clients aimed at articulating the objectives of health services through dialogue, thereby achieving mutual agreements that safeguard clients and adhere to the midwife code of ethics. The public space serves as a venue for clients and midwives to address any problems. In public spaces, birth attendants and clients can express thoughts or findings openly and honestly. Moral discourse in the public domain can encompass any topic, and once all sentiments have been articulated, it will culminate in a decision regarding the optimal health service
