The Role of Ecological Mediation in Government in Realizing Governance Responsive Local Government in Baubau City
This study aims to analyze the role of government ecology as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital public participation and government digitalization towards responsive local governance in Baubau City. The background of this study is based on the increasing public demand for fast, adaptive, and technology-based public services, which has not been fully balanced by the readiness of the local government ecosystem. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method . Data were collected through a survey of 100 respondents from local government agencies and related stakeholders, with research instruments that have met the criteria of validity and reliability. The analysis results show that digital public participation has a significant impact on responsive governance and has a very strong influence on government ecology. Government digitalization is also proven to have a significant direct impact on responsive governance, but does not significantly affect government ecology. Furthermore, government ecology has a significant impact on responsive governance and acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of digital public participation and government digitalization on governance responsiveness. These findings confirm that the success of digital transformation of local government is not only determined by technological aspects, but is highly dependent on the quality of the government ecosystem that includes the integration of actors, processes, and institutions. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of digital governance studies based on a government ecology approach, as well as practical implications for local governments in formulating more holistic, collaborative, and sustainable digital transformation policies.

Analisis Kajian Ekofeminisme Dalam Novel Perempuan Yang Menunggu Di Lorong Menuju Laut Karya Dian Purnomo
MINDFULNESS INNOVATION APPROACH TO DEVELOPING HAPPINESS INDICATORS FOR PERSONNEL AT INTERNATIONAL BUDDHIST STUDIES COLLEGE
This study examines a Mindfulness Innovation framework for developing happiness indicators among personnel at the International Buddhist Studies College (IBSC). Grounded in Theravāda, Mahāyāna, and Vajrayāna (TMV) Buddhist traditions, it addresses the need for work-life balance and well-being strategies in an international academic setting. The objectives were to identify mindfulness-based happiness indicators for IBSC personnel, evaluate the impact of mindfulness innovations on stress reduction and happiness within TMV frameworks, and assess the overall effectiveness of this innovation approach in developing happiness indicators. A mixed-methods design was used, combining qualitative interviews with 10 key informants from Thailand, Bhutan, Vietnam, Korea, and Hungary and a quantitative pilot intervention. Tools included structured questionnaires, interview guides, and observational checklists. Pre- and post-intervention measures of emotional resilience, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction were analyzed via paired-samples t-tests. The 5-day mindfulness intervention drew on TMV practices; an example pilot course significantly increased participants’ self-reported happiness (mean score 4.08 to 4.26, p<.01). Thematic analysis of interviews identified core happiness dimensions that were both culturally-specific and universal across traditions. The findings empirically support a culturally sensitive model of mindfulness-based well-being: TMV-inspired practices improved well-being in a diverse academic community, producing validated happiness indicators tailored to the IBSC context. This contributes to Buddhist and organizational psychology by linking traditional Buddhist wisdom with employee happiness science, offering an evidence-based model to foster a balanced, supportive academic environment.

The Impact Of Loneliness On The Intensity Of Mobile Phone Use Among Early Adolescents Of The Gen-Alpha Generation
This study aims to analyze the Impact of Loneliness on the Intensity of Mobile Phone Use in Early Adolescents of the Gen-Alpha Generation. The subjects in this study were early adolescents of the Gen-Alpha generation. Early adolescents in this study are defined as individuals aged 12-14 years, according to the developmental age limits. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is a significant relationship between loneliness and the intensity of mobile phone use. This result is proven by the value of the loneliness variable on the intensity of mobile phone use variable of .000, namely .000 > 0.05. This shows that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely there is an impact of loneliness on the intensity of mobile phone use in early adolescents of the Gen-Alpha generation. The Pearson Correlation value of = .948 indicates a positive direction of the relationship between loneliness and the intensity of mobile phone use. This shows that the loneliness variable (X) has a strong level of relationship with the intensity of mobile phone use variable (Y), namely a unidirectional relationship. If the X variable increases then the Y variable also increase
The Effect Of Implementing The Cooperative Learning Model STAD Type (Student Teams Achievement Division) On Students' Economic Learning Outcomes Class XI
This study aims to determine the effect of applying the cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) on the economics learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a One Group Pretest–Posttest design, involving a sample of 36 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test that had been validated in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. The findings indicate an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the implementation of the STAD model, as evidenced by higher average posttest scores compared to pretest scores. The prerequisite tests showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous, making them suitable for further analysis. The simple linear regression analysis resulted in the equation Y = 27.069 + 2.114X with an R² value of 0.884, meaning that 88.4% of the variation in learning outcomes was influenced by the implementation of STAD. The t-test revealed t value = 16.118 > t table = 2.048 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus confirming that the hypothesis was accepted. Moreover, the N-Gain score of 0.6819 (68.19%) fell into the medium-to-high category, indicating the effectiveness of the STAD model in improving students’ learning achievement. In conclusion, the application of the cooperative learning model type STAD has a positive and significant effect on economics learning outcomes and can serve as an innovative and effective instructional strategy in senior high schools, particularly at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Paka
Adat Sayur Matua Dalam Budaya Batak Simalungun (Kajian Semiotika)
